We were thinking about going into business together doing CPR training, so I called up the State University of New York (Stony Brook) in early 1996 to find out about his degree. I talked to a lady at the registrar's department and she told me that Danny Crain got his Ph.D In 1989.

Re; Danny B Crain ( AKA: Danny Burisch) my son, PhD of 1989

Danny was living at home at the time he received his PhD. I was the one who brought in the mail with Danny's PhD in a tube. My recollection it was in FEBRUARY of 1990. He was so, so happy to discover his PhD had come at last. Danny called Debra all excited when she got to work, she stated she would stop by the next day before going to work. Meanwhile, Danny and his Dad framed the PhD and it was hung on Danny's bedroom wall.

Debra took it down and said she would make copies at work and would bring the original and copy back the next day. Well it should not have surprised me, she never brought it back. I asked several times for the copy and the original and her response was "she had forgot it at home again." Well we never got a copy or the original. That was the last time anyone has seen Danny's PhD certificate. Debra was the last one to have possession of Danny's PhD.

Now everyone is asking for proof of Danny's PhD. I know he has a PhD I saw it and I know who had it last, his wife Debra K. Burisch.

Without a doubt for years now Debra and the BLACK OPS have controlled my son Danny, and has tried to wipe out his past history, family, friends and educational status and any credibility he has left.

Check with his wife Debra K Burisch and the BLACK OPS for Danny's original PhD certificate.

The information above is to the best of my knowledge.

I was employed at Area-51 (mostly in the Groom Lake facility) as a supervisor of custodians through Bechtel, at the same time that Dr. Danny Crain (Danny B Catselas Burisch) was working up there. I was a civilian contractor with a security rating of Q-8 from 1981 through 1993 when I got laid off. That rating was high enough to allow me to be in the same labs where Dr. Crain was working on biology things, and many times we were working in the same room.

I remember Dr. Crain clearly, even though at the time he was younger and had dark hair. I also saw him in the common areas of Area-51, where we ate, and in the residential places that the scientists stayed when they were working up there. We didn't talk to each other much, because the scientists usually kept to themselves, but he was always a joyful person, and smiled a lot.

Before the undersigned, an officer duly commissioned by the laws of Nevada, on this 24th day of September, 2005, personally appeared Deborah Kay Burisch who, under penalty of perjury hereby states the following facts:
1, Deborah Kay Burisch became an agent for the Committee of the Majority (closed in 2002) and for the Majestic 12 in 1977 and remained an active agent until 2005, when I retired.
My husband, Dr. Danny B Ctselas Burisch (formerly Dr. Danny B Crain) was an agent for the same groups from 1986-2005.
Both he and myself, as senior agents, are retired with Emeritus Status, which offers us many "perks."
In 1991 I removed my husband's "Doctor of Philosophy" degree (in "Cellular and Developmental Biology"), from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (SUNY SB), off his bedroom wall, where it was displayed inside of John and Doreen Crain's residence. I told everyone that I was just going to make a photocopy of it, but I had no intention to give it back, as I wanted to keep it "safe" for my husband.
In 1992, at our residence, I gave my husband a photocopy of his SUNY SB degree, and he displayed it on the livingroom's wall.
In 1998 my husband was censured by the Committee of the Majority for violating their rules and one of his punishments was to have his SUNY SB degree removed. I took the photocopy of his degree off the wall and sent it to be stored with his original degree, in the United Kingdom. That's where it remains to this date.
My husband can't have his degree back because those are the rules and he doesn't need it anyway because he's retired.

appeared before me to make this statement and Affidavit of Fact under oath and affirmation of
belief and personal knowledge; that the following matters and facts set forth are true and correct
to the best of his knowledge:

I hereby affirm and attest, under Penalty of Perjury,

That my name is Danny B Ctselas Burisch, Sc.D.
That my Date of Birth is February 2, 1964.
That I am a retired Senior Operative, Emeritus, of the Majestic.
That I am a Former Seated Member (Pro Tempore) of the Majestic 12, as MJ#9.
That I entered into a relationship as a sworn member of the Majestic 12 and the Committee of
the Majority in March, 1986.
That I entered into Final Retirement on September 7, 2006, having been deemed to have
successfully completed my final orders (given October 12, 2005).
That I was informed, on October 12, 2005, the Majestic 12 sat adjourned as of that date.
That I have since been informed that a new group, with a new name, has been seated and is
protected by the original Charter of the Majestic, crafted by President Harry Truman, hand drafted
in 1946, and placed into Operation following the Roswell crash(s) of July 1947, and the
subsequent National Security Act of 1947.
That the final seated members of the complete Majestic 12 were, as of October 12, 2005, to
my best knowledge:

That, I was made aware during a conversation on the morning of April 3, 2007, by one Ann M.
McDowell (who has since taken leave for her own protection), sister to Marcia McDowell, Ph.D.,

A. That the Majestic 12, during the middle 1990's were aware, by use of "Looking Glass"
Technology that a war with Islamic Extremists was coming within a decade, and would be
initiated by a massive attack upon the United States of America.

B. That said war was considered a "preferred avenue rather than alternate consequences
befalling mankind."

C. That a possible Timeline #1 Asteroid Impact Event, of less than extinction level, would have an
increased likelihood (but not certain), such impression established by virtue of Majestic interest in
the possible event, before the year 2050.

D. That the Majestic, prior to its adjournment, and now with the new group, are hiding this
information and doing so even from retired Senior Operatives such as myself, in order to gain
economic superiority, if such were to occur, post-event.

E. That the continued marginalization of certain groups, such as the Native Americans and other
economically challenged groups, is considered beneficial to their own (Majestic's) economic
outcomes as such would likely attune and cement the populace to near term earth-changes and
spiritual ideals, thus making them less economically pliable.

I am a professionally trained and professional performing level vocalist, cellist,
pianist, and organist.
Among my sibs is one Ann Marcia McDowell (aka Ann Marcia McDowell
Marchert), who was a sworn Senior Operative for the Majestic 12 (henceforth in
this document called "MJ12") and Committee of the Majority (henceforth in this
document called "CotM"), and Sergeant at Arms for the Consistory of the
Majestic (henceforth in this document called "CMAJ"), until her full retirement in
I, and my sibs, grew up in a family intimately associated with the MJ12 and the
CotM.
Our Father, William James McDowell, and Step-Father, Robert F. McDowell,
were Sworn Agents of the MJ12 and CotM.
Our Step-Father is personally known to me to have been a courier for the
deceased former United States Secretary of the Navy and Defense, James Vincent
Forrestal, and for the MJ12/CotM, to both the Canadian Crown (Ottawa, Ontario,
Canada) and the CMAJ (Washington, D.C., USA).

Our deceased Mother, Thelma Rose McDowell, was knowledgeable of her husbands' roles in the MJ12, CotM, and other government service; assisted them with such "service," where asked to do so as a dutiful and faithful wife, but was never a Sworn Agent of either the MJ12 or CotM.
I am President of Eagles Disobey, Inc., and am a Co-Founder (with Danny B Catselas Burisch, Sc.D., listed "Director" in the Nevada Corporate Charter of Eagles Disobey, Inc. [previous legal name: Danny B Crain, [Dr. Danny B Crain, and Danny B Crain, Ph.D.]], henceforth in this document listed as "DBCB") to a growing humanitarian aid effort, to feed the needy, now known as "Angel Eagles."
The existence and purpose of "Angel Eagles" is an extension and partial fulfillment of the promise that DBCB and myself made to an ancient Religions Order, based in France, of which DBCB, Deborah Kay Burisch, Met.D., my sib (Ann), others, and myself, are members.
I am the founder of "Eagles Disobey" (as a known "symbol"), and that such name was originally applied in honor of DBCB's struggle against the power structure of the MJ12 and CotM, to bring the truth to the world, regarding anomalies found on images of the surface of the Planet Mars.
I was the original web-mistress of http://www.eaglesdisobey.com, a website no longer owned by me.
15 I am the sole owner and Chief Operator of http://www.eaglesdisobey.net, and other websites.
I own the legal trademark of the name "Eagles Disobey".
In 1998, I wrote, and retain the legal copyright of the book, Eagles Disobey: The Case for Cydonia Mars, (henceforth in this document called "ED1") under the Nevada (USA) legally registered pseudonym "B.J. Wolf."
Three men, DBCB (presently alive), Robert Charles (believed deceased) and Albert "Butch" Howell (deceased, 1998), were the listed co-authors of ED1.
Reprint rights to ED1 were subsequently granted to others, but said reprint rights do not include many images enhanced by DBCB, from whom Copyright was not yet then transferred from he to me. (This, essentially, makes the reprint rights, worthless to them, as the book was based largely on DBCB's enhanced imagery; images they have not been granted the right to reproduce.)
To my best knowledge, DBCB was censured, by the CotM, for violation of their rules regarding his participation in the co-authoring of ED1.
To the best of my knowledge and evidence presented to me, as a result of said censuring by the CotM, DBCB had the records of his first Doctoral Degree from New York, suppressed by Sworn Agents of the CotM, and they also made changes to his undergraduate record at a Nevada institution of higher learning.
I possess personal knowledge and legally sworn documents from Deborah Kay Burisch, Met.D. (DBCB's legal wife) admitting that under instruction of the CotM, she (also a formerly Sworn Agent of MJ12/CotM) removed DBCB's first Doctoral Degree, from his bedroom wall, when he lived with his Mom/Dad (Doreen Aglaie [LaPierre] Crain & John Dennis Crain [former surname, "Catselas"]), and gave it to Sworn Agents of the CotM.

That said agents, listed in point #21, spirited said Doctoral Degree away to (an)
place(s) unknown.
I possess multiple legally sworn (and other) independent documents from
independent witnesses affirming both the existence of DBCB's said first Doctoral
Degree, as well as his work at the Papoose Dry Lake (S4) and Groom Dry Lake
(Area 51), United States Government facilities, Nevada, USA, to include:

An affidavit signed under penalty of perjury by a former Area 51 maintenance
worker (Janitor), whom DBCB has never personally met, who personally
positively identified DBCB from the Groom Dry Lake (Area 51), United States
Government facilities, Nevada, USA.
An affidavit signed under penalty of perjury by a former coworker of DBCB's,
who personally verified his credentials with the New York Institution prior to the
degree's suppression;
An affidavit signed under penalty of perjury by DBCB's Mom (Doreen Aglaie
[LaPierre; Crain]) who:
a. Has corroborated DBCB's first Doctoral Degree and Deborah Kay
Burisch, Met.D.'s sworn affidavit about said degree (see points #21/22).
b. Has stated she acted as a go-between for Professors from New York, to
travel to Las Vegas, to moderate DBCB's first Doctoral Dissertation and
Oral Defense.
c. Has stated she personally witnessed DBCB being escorted from her
residential apartment property via uniformed members of the United
States Military, and being saluted by said members of the Military before
his entrance into their vehicles for transport.
d. Has stated she personally transported DBCB to Nellis Air Force Base
(NAFB), where he was saluted and admitted by the gate Sergeant, then
picked upon within the confines of NAFB by unmarked vehicles for
transport out of her sight.
e. Was personal witness (on a second phone) to telephone calls from
individuals to DBCB, using "tone signal" code to establish when/where he
would be picked up for transport.
f. Has stated she transported DBCB to McCarran International Airport,
where she personally watched him board a white colored 737 jet aircraft
with a red stripe painted down the length of its fuselage, consistent with a
so called "Janet Airways" flight.
g. Has stated she watched that same aircraft "taxi" and take off and turn
generally northward, departing Las Vegas, Nevada, and flying out of sight,
with DBCB and others aboard.
h. Has stated having suffered a burglary, by person(s) unknown, during the
interim when DBCB was under his final orders from MJ12, and readying
to fully retire.
i. Has stated that the only items taken from her apartment, in said Burglary, were items relating to the history and life of DBCB.

That DBCB is verifiably and personally known to me to possess 1 accredited earned Bachelor of Arts Degree from a Nevada institution of higher learning, and

3 accredited (declared/supported) earned Doctorates from the same institution of
record which granted my own Doctorates.
26. That I first briefly met DBCB, in late 1980, in Scotland, at Vashti Bunyan's (a
professional and world-known Folk Singer's, and daughter of the famous
[deceased] Dr. John Bunyan's) residence, while attending a soiree with my Step-
Father.
27. That I next personally met DBCB in 1991, at the Sahara Hotel/Casino, Las Vegas,
Nevada, USA, and have been close friends and business associates with him ever
since.
28. Both DBCB and myself are appointed Vice Presidents of Research and
Development for an International Biomedical Corporation, wherein we both also
serve under the title of "Special Science Advisor" to the corporation's Corporate
Director and Founder.
29. I am the sole legal owner of the Life Story of DBCB, and am the sole legal owner
of his personal property, as it relates to that Life Story.
30. I was first formally Sworn as an Agent of the MJ12, in the Fall, 2003.
31. I entered into retirement from active service to the MJ12 shortly after DBCB did,
in September, 2006.
32. The contents of legally sworn affidavits, signed by DBCB about his life, were/are
to the best of my knowledge, true and correct both to him and me.
33. Between 2003-2006, on more than one occasion, I personally visited above and
underground United States Government facilities at the Papoose Dry Lake (S4)
and Groom Dry Lake (Area 51), Nevada, USA, and was witness to more than one
meeting of the MJ12 at the CMAJ, Washington, DC, USA.
34. Between 2003-2006 I was personal (and a physically present) witness, on more
than one occasion, to the operation of devices called the "Looking Glass"
(henceforth in this document called the "LG") and the "Orion Cube" (henceforth
in this document called the "QRC").
35. Between 2003-2006 I was briefed on the operation and capabilities of both the LG
and QRC, by senior agents of the MJ12, who were responsible for related
equipment and projects.
36. I am in possession of highly detailed graphics/schematics, capable of creating of
working devices, of both the LG, and physical "transport pods" based upon the
structure/function of the LG.
37. Between 2003-2006 I was both personal witness to the operations, and
observed/heard high quality videotaped material, of professional laboratory
personnel (including DBCB) performing advanced science applications inside of
United States Government facilities based at the Papoose Dry Lake (S4) and
Groom Dry Lake (Area 51), Nevada, USA, as well as other facilities in other
locations.
38. In 2006, at Papoose Dry Lake (S4, underground), Nevada, USA, I observed/heard
the taped content of high resolution (full color) coherent motion digital and
videotaped material which showed DBCB and allied Project Aquarius (MJ12)
personnel interacting with a living, small (approximately 3' tall), anthropoid being
described as an "Extraterrestrial of Human-lineage" also called a "J-Rod."

"Gray," who was personally named "Chi'el'ah," and who was self nicknamed "Captive," and who I personally heard nicknamed by others as "Stump."
39. I am in possession of extensive personal intimate information, much of which I understand remains United States Government legally classified material, which therefore cannot be relayed in this affidavit, relating to the previous Biodefense work, of DBCB, for the Government and Military of the United States of America.
40. I am in possession of extensive intimate and deeply personal information about DBCB's combat service in 1991, while under USAP designation as an assigned Commissioned "Captain" in the United States Marine Corps, while part of a Black Operations unit, working for the MJ12-CotM, and under cover with a unit designated as "USA 160th, SOAR(A) Night Stalkers," in Northern Saudi Arabia and South Iraq, during Operations "Desert Shield" and "Desert Storm."
41. I was the person of record who read the final orders of the MJ12, to DBCB, and in the presence of Deborah Kay Burisch, M.D., on October 12, 2005.
42. I am in possession of a videotaped record of said orders being read to DBCB, and his acknowledging and accepting said orders.
43. Following DBCB's acceptance of said (final) orders, on October 12, 2005, after he was assigned a new MJ12 number, from H-6196-E Maj. to H-1-Maj. I was subsequently given new MJ12 numbers, from permanent H-9997-Maj. to H-9997-E-Maj. to H-2-Maj. making me Co-Responsible for his completion of the final orders from the MJ12 which exactly read:

From: The Most Honorable MJ#1, for the Consistory of the Majestic 12, Washington, D.C.

DBCB, Deborah Kay Burisch, Met.D., my Sib (Ann) and I possess a close,
personal, friendship with the former Agent-In-Charge (henceforth in this
document known as "fmr MJ1") of MJ12.
I am in possession of extensive information about DBCB's 1973 abduction, and
how it relates to the family of fmrMJ1.
I was approached by fmrMJ1 and the Agent-in-Charge of the "group" which was
established in the wake of the MJ12's 2005 permanent adjournment, and agreed
to be assigned as a permanent kind of "shepherdess" to keep DBCB safe, for the
remaining years of his life, should I outlive him.
I am the same person who co-authored and presented a presentation with DBCB
at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), on March 10, 2008, titled, "A
Peculiar Silicate-Associated Phenomenon," detailing the first legitimately
authorized scientific presentation of a Biological/Biophysical (and possibly also
Metaphysical) phenomenon nicknamed "Lotus."
I can personally attest, as a direct witness and co-and-independent discoverer of
some of the aspects of the "Lotus" system's attributes, that the "Lotus," is a
legitimate and highly anomalous phenomenon with possible wide-ranging
ramifications to Evolutionary Biology and Life Origins.
I am Co-Director of the project by the same name ("Lotus").
I have been fully briefed on all the aspects of "Lotus," including a highly guarded
"physical optics train" which could, in the wrong hands, result in the production
of an energy weapon, and all the Metaphysical import surrounding the project.
In my opinion, DBCB's so-called "case" has been proven beyond preponderance
of evidence, by a mass of evidence available to the public, to be valid.
In my opinion, some of those within the so-called community of "ufology" have
purposely avoided a balanced and honest analysis of DBCB's so-called "case."
In some instances, some members of the so-called community of "ufology"
(which includes sparse representatives of former government employees charged
with purveying covert disinformation to the public) have:
• Committed (and continue to commit)-
a. Ad hominem and false accusations against DBCB, Deborah Kay Burisch,
Met.D., the members of the Eagles Team, and myself, including some
which are believed by me to be possibly criminally fraudulent in nature,
due to-
i. Their own greed by fear of loss of revenue,
ii. Personal grudges against DBCB and I, as we have both refused
[and will always refuse] to alter our honest recollection and
rendition of events, which they desperately want to coincide with
Their personal philosophies, and/or due to-
Their emotional ties to the unreal folklore they believe,
and/or due to-
Their inability or lack of training to deal with evidence
analysis, a mass of which is available about DBCB and
myself, which establishes our high credibility.
■ By outright application of disinformation in an effort to lie to the public, believed
by me to be for

a. Their own personal monetary gain and,
b. To prevent (at any cost), outright disclosure about the truth of the extraterrestrial reality.
54. I was a personal witness, on more than one occasion, via multiple-angle live color
video/audio surveillance, to a Large Light Being, believed to be an Angel,
personally interacting with DBCB, speaking with him, holding him, and lifting
him into the air during said interaction.
55. I have been personal (present) witness, on one occasion, where Tall Beings,
believed to be Angels or Angelic Attendants, were standing around DBCB, while
he was resting, during a period of illness; and that said Tall Beings corresponded
in description and demeanor to those described to me by DBCB's Mom, to have
encircled his bed, years before during a period of illness
56. I am a close personal friend of DBCB's cat, from the Papoose Dry Lake (S4),

That I, Danny B Catselas Burisch, am legally entitled and do regularly represent myself with the title "Docteur de la Science" written abbreviated post-nominatively as "Sc.D.", having earned and been awarded the degree in Sacred and Life Sciences, from a legally authorized and accepted institution of higher learning.
That I, Danny B Catselas Burisch, was recruited by operatives of the Committee of the Majority and the Majestic 12 in March, 1986.

That I, Danny B Catselas Burisch, was placed under recall orders on October 12, 2005, and that I (even given very poor, failing, health) accepted such orders for the purpose of being a servant to the greater needs of humanity.

Such Orders read as follows:

That I, Danny B Catselas Burisch, was the named leader for a world-wide operation conducted during the time I was bound by the October 12, 2005 orders. Such operation ended with a declaration of success (September 7, 2006, 19:30 PT), as defined within the

Operational Parameters Section, Project Preserve Destiny, Operation One People:

"During the time of the Cycles' Cross (a time to begin within a two year period before or after 1982 AD, with a middle danger point within a two year period before or after the Summer Solstice of 1992 AD, and ending within a two year period before or after the Winter Solstice of 2012 AD), that the efforts of the militaries of the aligned nations of the world, sealed by their representatives in the Tau-IX Treaty,
