    The important memo goes on to spell out what is breakaway civilisation level technologies that were developed at least half a century ago (craft that just materialise into existance) and an impending invasion in or around 2030?

    TL;DR is that the 'Important Document' is real. As are much of the MJ-12 documents. Our friend MJLogic proved this three or four months ago and he and Geoff went on Reality Check with Ross Coulthart to talk about it. Geoff shouts out our little team around 49 minutes in.
