[00:00:00.480] What's up vettors? Patrick here with
[00:00:02.560] Vetted. Today I have a very special
[00:00:04.799] episode for you because today I have an
[00:00:07.759] interview to share an interview with
[00:00:10.639] someone who up till now has remained
[00:00:13.599] anonymous and unfortunately through this
[00:00:16.080] interview will remain anonymous as well
[00:00:19.279] except with one stipulation which you'll
[00:00:21.840] hear about at the very end of the
[00:00:24.000] interview. So this could be part one of
[00:00:27.119] part two or could end here. Now you may
[00:00:30.720] be wondering what are you talking about
[00:00:32.640] Patrick? Well, talking about this former
[00:00:36.399] deputy director of Arrow Tim Phillips
[00:00:39.360] went on MC West podcast not too long ago
[00:00:43.120] and in that podcast he talked about
[00:00:45.280] someone who essentially tried to extort
[00:00:48.239] the US government of UAP materials and
[00:00:53.199] described him as basically a crackpot
[00:00:56.320] who he wouldn't bring his family around.
[00:00:58.960] I was frustrated by some of the claims
[00:01:02.079] made by witnesses um to members of
[00:01:04.960] Congress. I I know that we had people
[00:01:08.240] referred to us. Um one particular
[00:01:12.159] individual um we thought he was
[00:01:14.799] extorting us. You know, we were going to
[00:01:17.439] uh uh pay him for his knowledge or his
[00:01:21.360] materials or he was going to take it to
[00:01:23.040] a foreign country. It sounded like
[00:01:25.360] extortion to us and reported it to our
[00:01:27.759] FBI counterparts. And by the way, we
[00:01:30.159] actually had at various times FBI um you
[00:01:34.079] know agents or analysts who were part of
[00:01:36.560] the Euro staff. So we did work very very
[00:01:39.600] closely with the FBI. Um, so
[00:01:43.439] >> so that was some physical material that
[00:01:45.600] he had. But uh,
[00:01:46.560] >> it was it was and I actually went back
[00:01:50.560] to members of the of this uh member's
[00:01:53.680] staff saying they should, you know, they
[00:01:56.159] they should protect the member from this
[00:01:58.479] individual. It wasn't fair to him um to
[00:02:01.840] give him an audience. I I didn't, you
[00:02:03.759] know, I I am not a medical professional.
[00:02:06.240] Um, but what I heard, um, based off
[00:02:10.080] common sense, I wouldn't want him around
[00:02:12.160] my family.
[00:02:12.959] >> Well, the person he was talking about,
[00:02:15.200] nobody has known who that is until now.
[00:02:18.160] And this is his very first public
[00:02:20.480] interview. He goes by the pseudonym
[00:02:22.800] Michael. The things he had to say in
[00:02:25.440] this interview, if true, are absolutely
[00:02:30.239] minds. The rumor I've heard is that you
[00:02:34.000] and maybe a group filmed something back
[00:02:37.040] in the early 2000s.
[00:02:39.519] Um,
[00:02:41.200] and also that you somebody took a rock
[00:02:44.239] and threw it at it and a piece fell off,
[00:02:46.160] but you collected it. That's the rumor
[00:02:48.720] floating around. Just FYI. Is that is
[00:02:51.519] that how true is that?
[00:02:52.879] >> So, well, like all rumors, there's some
[00:02:54.560] truth in there. So, I'm going to go into
[00:02:57.200] some things I haven't mentioned before,
[00:02:58.720] but are vitally important to what people
[00:03:01.280] need to know about what's going on.
[00:03:04.400] One is that SSCI and Arrow don't give a
[00:03:08.640] [ __ ] about your UFO stories. There's a
[00:03:10.959] lot of other things going on, and I know
[00:03:13.120] people don't like secrets, but there are
[00:03:16.640] things that were said and happened in
[00:03:18.959] that skiff that if it was to get out, it
[00:03:22.400] would ruin people's career. Soon as they
[00:03:24.959] run around the corner, that staff member
[00:03:26.480] took the folder, came over the guy I was
[00:03:28.159] standing next to who was a high up,
[00:03:30.480] asked him what to do with it, and that
[00:03:31.920] guy literally said, "Put it in the
[00:03:33.440] trash."
[00:03:35.440] And he went and put in the trash. Then
[00:03:36.799] the guy said, "That doesn't look good.
[00:03:38.080] Put it through the shredder." Shredded
[00:03:40.319] the [ __ ] thing. Never made it to the
[00:03:42.480] senator. This is your bombshell.
[00:03:45.200] >> All right.
[00:03:46.959] >> Senator Rounds
[00:03:49.200] talks a lot about me, but people don't
[00:03:51.120] understand that because they don't know
[00:03:53.519] who I am. and they don't know what I
[00:03:54.720] told them. I was told that literally
[00:03:57.760] everything he says in the new age of
[00:03:59.519] disclosure film is for me and him's
[00:04:02.159] relationship over two years. I've got
[00:04:03.760] the guy's cell phone.
[00:04:07.920] All right, batters. Please hit that like
[00:04:09.200] button. That really helps out the
[00:04:10.560] videos. And of course, if you're not
[00:04:11.840] already subscribed, hit that subscribe
[00:04:13.439] button, y'all. I'm trying to get to
[00:04:15.200] 100,000 subscribers by the end of the
[00:04:17.680] year. All right, Michael. Well, listen.
[00:04:19.759] Thanks for coming on Vetted here and um
[00:04:22.240] willing to talk to me. I do appreciate
[00:04:24.320] it.
[00:04:25.759] >> Yeah, I'm glad you had me on and
[00:04:27.759] eventually we'll be able to go to a
[00:04:29.520] visual, but for now I'll have to still
[00:04:31.199] remain hidden a little bit.
[00:04:33.360] >> That's all good. You you made that clear
[00:04:35.280] to me ahead of time. So, just so the
[00:04:36.960] audience knows that that's all set up.
[00:04:39.199] It wasn't like, you know, you you you
[00:04:41.360] sprung that on me at the last second.
[00:04:42.960] This was all set up. Totally agreed to
[00:04:44.960] it and I respect it 100%. And you know I
[00:04:48.479] was kind of thinking about this Michael
[00:04:49.840] before you know uh preparing for this
[00:04:52.880] interview. I thought, you know, where do
[00:04:54.560] we start here? You know, um what's the
[00:04:57.120] background, right? Like what what are
[00:04:59.120] people how are people going to know
[00:05:01.040] about this story? Like why are you
[00:05:02.240] coming on? What what are we going to
[00:05:04.080] talk about? And for me, it's been
[00:05:06.479] basically Tim Phillips, who was the
[00:05:09.280] deputy director of Arrow, said some
[00:05:11.520] things about you. At the time, we didn't
[00:05:14.080] know who it was. I mean, I even covered
[00:05:15.919] it on my channel. uh he said some things
[00:05:18.320] about you that you basically vehemently
[00:05:21.840] disagree with and that's kind of what
[00:05:23.680] we're here to discuss. I'm sure we'll
[00:05:24.960] get into other things of course I would
[00:05:26.639] love to uh but am I correct there?
[00:05:30.000] >> Yeah, I would say you that's exactly it.
[00:05:32.639] You know my whole position on this even
[00:05:35.280] though it's been going on for years is
[00:05:36.720] to intentionally remain in the shadows
[00:05:40.080] with what I'm doing as a business. And
[00:05:42.800] when he came out and said what he did,
[00:05:44.880] it then started the definition of
[00:05:46.639] insanity, which is this sort of maximum
[00:05:49.520] accusations
[00:05:51.199] >> out of the blue. He's talking about
[00:05:52.880] staff members telling them stuff,
[00:05:54.320] backstabbing, and then here we are
[00:05:56.160] trying to cover decades of work from
[00:05:58.479] kind of the middle piece of the uh story
[00:06:02.240] >> and go as we do.
[00:06:04.080] >> Sure. And and basically just, you know,
[00:06:06.880] I'll steal man the accusation back to
[00:06:09.600] you. You can tell me if I'm right or
[00:06:10.800] correct, you know. That's correct. But
[00:06:11.919] he basically I mean the way I understood
[00:06:13.840] it because I'm the audience. I think
[00:06:17.120] this is what a lot of people understood
[00:06:18.800] about it. So that's why it's good that
[00:06:20.240] you're here to help clear it up because
[00:06:21.840] the way I understand it is Tim Phillips
[00:06:24.560] accused you of trying to extort the
[00:06:27.520] American government which is a bonkers
[00:06:31.360] accusation.
[00:06:32.960] Right. Is that basically the gist of it?
[00:06:35.520] >> Correct. So Tim Phillips who in his own
[00:06:38.639] words was a SCES which means in his own
[00:06:41.600] words again that he served at the
[00:06:43.280] pleasure of the president. That's the
[00:06:45.680] level of position we're speaking about
[00:06:48.080] here.
[00:06:49.840] Who was still at the time actually
[00:06:51.520] collecting a paycheck even though he was
[00:06:53.520] in the deferred program
[00:06:55.840] >> for whatever reason went on a podcast
[00:06:58.080] and essentially ended up being a chapter
[00:07:00.479] title actually is that
[00:07:03.039] >> he got asked a question following some
[00:07:05.440] conversation to do with Luna and Berles
[00:07:07.599] which was what was it like to deal with
[00:07:09.360] the UAP caucus? A question that had
[00:07:12.319] nothing to do with witnesses. Um, keep
[00:07:14.560] in mind I had only dealt with the Senate
[00:07:16.479] and for some reason he kind of went
[00:07:17.919] through a little bit of a word salad and
[00:07:19.280] some jerky movements and then answered
[00:07:22.240] with an answer that had nothing to do
[00:07:23.440] with the question and the answer was he
[00:07:25.199] was bothered by some witnesses um
[00:07:27.680] statements and then went on to say that
[00:07:30.800] uh I had physical material pieces. He
[00:07:34.319] confirmed that and that uh either they
[00:07:37.759] were going to pay me for my knowledge or
[00:07:39.440] I was going to take them to a foreign
[00:07:40.800] country. It sounded like extortion to
[00:07:42.639] him and then even continued on further
[00:07:44.479] with my mental state. And it was as much
[00:07:47.599] as a shock as it was to everyone
[00:07:49.280] watching this. I was in the same seat.
[00:07:51.520] So was my attorney. So were the
[00:07:53.280] government funding people we worked
[00:07:54.560] with. That came out of left field. No
[00:07:56.560] one was expecting that.
[00:07:58.800] >> Oh, really? Okay. So that's interesting.
[00:08:00.960] So for you that was a shock for him to
[00:08:03.759] say that.
[00:08:05.280] >> Complete and total shock. I mean,
[00:08:09.440] when he started to ramble through that,
[00:08:12.720] um, my phone was blowing up and it was
[00:08:16.879] amazing. I can't go into everybody that
[00:08:18.639] was texting me, but let's just say a lot
[00:08:20.319] of people that were very close, um, to
[00:08:23.199] what was going on,
[00:08:25.120] >> sure.
[00:08:25.840] >> Were were shocked and had already heard
[00:08:27.599] of it, too. So, it Yeah, that was out of
[00:08:30.560] complete left field allegation. Did
[00:08:34.159] didn't he say something about um you
[00:08:37.599] know there was an investigation into it
[00:08:39.360] or something? Yeah, I mean he really uh
[00:08:42.560] I mean first he made it a point to bring
[00:08:44.720] that up that had nothing to do with the
[00:08:46.080] question and then he he made it
[00:08:48.880] definitely it was leading to say that uh
[00:08:51.120] they had turned it over to the FBI and
[00:08:54.000] then it kind of then started rambling on
[00:08:56.959] that uh the chairman of that committee
[00:08:58.880] which would have been SSCI
[00:09:01.360] sent him to the Nevada Test Range uh
[00:09:04.880] essentially over what I had done because
[00:09:06.399] they were worried that um programs on
[00:09:09.680] record had been compromised.
[00:09:12.000] So, he really left it out as this um big
[00:09:15.519] whoop to do that I was in the wrong.
[00:09:17.360] They were investigating it. But he also
[00:09:19.440] made it very quick. He made it sound
[00:09:21.040] like well they they came to him uh a
[00:09:24.640] member of the committees which would
[00:09:26.240] have been SSCI to interview and they did
[00:09:31.040] and that's not at all what happened. You
[00:09:33.600] know, it was over a two-year process. I
[00:09:35.760] mean, Tim wasn't even there when I
[00:09:37.200] started going in in early 23, and the
[00:09:40.160] last time I was in the SSCI skiff was
[00:09:42.240] January of this year, 2025. So, you
[00:09:45.839] know, again, the way he tried to shorten
[00:09:47.519] that story and form an opinion is so
[00:09:49.839] wrong and so misleading.
[00:09:52.480] >> Sure. I mean, that's that's why I'm glad
[00:09:54.160] you're coming on so we can discuss this.
[00:09:55.839] There's always two sides to a story, and
[00:09:57.519] definitely a person who's being accused
[00:09:58.959] of something like that has every right
[00:10:02.240] uh to come out and defend themselves. a
[00:10:04.720] you know thousand% which is why I wanted
[00:10:06.560] to to you know to talk to you. I thought
[00:10:08.320] you absolutely are owed um that right to
[00:10:11.680] in your own words to sort of um uh maybe
[00:10:15.440] yeah shine some light on on this. So so
[00:10:17.680] what is what's the real story?
[00:10:19.920] >> Yeah, if you have time let me kind of
[00:10:21.279] jump in here. So
[00:10:22.320] >> yeah absolutely take it away. little
[00:10:24.000] bits and pieces of this art. So, I'll
[00:10:25.440] try not to make it too long, but to get
[00:10:27.040] to the Tim Phillips part, um, we had
[00:10:30.880] developed technology over decades that
[00:10:33.040] had the ability to pick up a lot of
[00:10:34.800] things in the air, uh, that aren't there
[00:10:36.880] unless you can prove they're there. Um,
[00:10:39.760] and some of those ended up being what
[00:10:41.360] we're referring to as UAP, where you
[00:10:43.360] have the flight characteristics that um,
[00:10:46.240] like from the NITS encounter, which is
[00:10:48.079] not what we refer to as traditional or a
[00:10:50.880] lot of people immediately think maybe
[00:10:52.240] off-world. And so,
[00:10:54.000] >> what when you say pick up, I'm sorry, I
[00:10:55.680] don't mean to interrupt. just just for
[00:10:56.959] me
[00:10:57.200] >> pick up on radar for tracking
[00:10:58.959] identification photos videos uh GPS
[00:11:02.560] coordinates with the date and time so
[00:11:04.079] they can use their own methods and
[00:11:05.600] satellites and whatnot to you know data
[00:11:07.600] links to to verify that. So
[00:11:10.959] >> we try to sell directly to the military
[00:11:13.120] because that's what our point was. We're
[00:11:15.760] we're not picking up anything that I
[00:11:17.279] would say is um nonhuman or alien or
[00:11:20.480] anything like that. So it's not like a
[00:11:22.480] disclosure thing. Now the technology
[00:11:24.959] secrets I have some issue with but point
[00:11:27.680] being we went through the military they
[00:11:30.640] were very interested in what we had but
[00:11:32.399] it was not in the sense of um wanting to
[00:11:35.600] purchase it. It was throwing us into
[00:11:37.200] every possible investigative branch they
[00:11:39.360] had afosi NCIS
[00:11:42.560] cyber command I mean IG's and it was
[00:11:47.040] pretty poor treatment. Now keep in mind
[00:11:49.200] that me and my group were essentially
[00:11:51.600] civilians.
[00:11:53.360] So due to jurisdiction, we ended up at
[00:11:55.519] the FBI office with the Department of
[00:11:58.000] Justice and attorneys all around.
[00:12:00.880] To explain our story, we went through
[00:12:02.800] the story there over a couple hours. The
[00:12:06.000] FBI agent came on hard, which they
[00:12:08.160] normally do. Senator Rounds would later
[00:12:10.560] say it was the good cop, bad cop
[00:12:12.240] routine. He was the bad cop. So he
[00:12:14.560] accused us of all sorts of stuff right
[00:12:17.519] at the table. The Department of Justice
[00:12:19.360] at the end said, "I'm clearing you guys.
[00:12:22.399] you've done nothing wrong. You have
[00:12:24.800] something that the United States wants,
[00:12:27.040] but you have a right as a business to
[00:12:30.240] sell that to them. They can't just
[00:12:34.160] charge you with something because they
[00:12:35.440] don't like your abilities. Um, and so
[00:12:38.800] that was it. That's where that ended.
[00:12:40.959] And it was such a negative um long drawn
[00:12:44.720] out process through all this that I did
[00:12:47.279] contact um Senate Select Committee on
[00:12:49.360] Intelligence and Senate Armed Service
[00:12:51.120] Committee. to complain about the
[00:12:52.800] treatment.
[00:12:53.839] >> I mean, we were trying to help out, not
[00:12:57.440] do anything wrong. So, I ended up
[00:13:00.240] getting contact back from Senate Select
[00:13:02.560] Committee on Intelligence, who was
[00:13:04.320] interested in just one word that I said,
[00:13:06.240] and that was UAP.
[00:13:08.880] And that was about uh early 2023 when
[00:13:11.839] they were kind of ramping up their whole
[00:13:13.440] investigation into this. So, they asked
[00:13:16.240] for me to come in. Um, I brought a
[00:13:18.720] couple people with me as a company. They
[00:13:21.440] understood that at the beginning, the
[00:13:23.360] whole story. We were a business looking
[00:13:24.800] for a deal because we had the goods and
[00:13:26.800] we had information they wanted. Came in,
[00:13:29.680] briefed them. Uh, they then drove us
[00:13:31.920] over to Arrow. That would have been May
[00:13:33.519] of 23.
[00:13:35.279] Uh, we spoke to Arrow well past 5:00. I
[00:13:38.399] don't even remember what time it was
[00:13:39.360] when we got out of there. It could it
[00:13:40.800] would have went to midnight if we'd have
[00:13:42.000] let it.
[00:13:42.959] >> Yeah. And basically the pro the problem
[00:13:44.959] we kept running into is we had to keep
[00:13:46.480] telling them like we don't work for you
[00:13:48.639] guys. That's the whole point.
[00:13:51.200] >> Um and they they knew exactly too we
[00:13:53.519] were a business. So at some point in
[00:13:55.120] time in a business you can't just every
[00:13:57.600] time tell them exactly how you're doing
[00:13:59.040] what you're doing exactly the
[00:14:00.959] information you got. Now we gave them
[00:14:02.480] coordinates and date all the
[00:14:03.760] verification stuff. Right. So at the end
[00:14:06.959] of that meeting, we agreed with Arrow
[00:14:09.199] that both of us were interested in
[00:14:11.440] national security. We'd had a lot of
[00:14:13.920] foreign contacts that that would be our
[00:14:16.720] starting point to work together. So they
[00:14:18.720] would give us DoD dropbox. We turn over
[00:14:21.040] all the contacts, you know, phone
[00:14:22.800] numbers, emails, wherever it came from.
[00:14:25.600] And that was our relationship. And there
[00:14:28.000] were some pretty nasty ones that came
[00:14:29.440] in. you know, there were death threats
[00:14:30.959] that came in that OSI ended up verifying
[00:14:34.320] uh from more than one country. Um, a lot
[00:14:37.040] of financial offers came in and at one
[00:14:39.760] point in time, I think I've shared that
[00:14:41.120] some a little bit online. Even Dr.
[00:14:43.839] Kurpatre wrote me directly um over
[00:14:46.560] Chinese nationals offered money if I
[00:14:48.639] would work with OSI basically
[00:14:51.440] get these guys off the street. That's
[00:14:54.079] the true story of what was going on
[00:14:56.240] before Tim Phillips showed up. So
[00:15:00.639] Tim Phillips showed up. I believe it was
[00:15:02.079] October is what he has down. Um I've
[00:15:05.760] never spoke to Tim Phillips ever.
[00:15:08.880] >> Oh wow.
[00:15:09.360] >> I don't have I don't have any emails
[00:15:10.880] from him. Um
[00:15:12.160] >> yeah,
[00:15:12.880] >> never called me
[00:15:14.399] >> during what his very last uh podcast he
[00:15:17.760] did. It sounds like he says that
[00:15:20.720] uh he interviewed me or I met him or
[00:15:24.000] something like that. I've never met him.
[00:15:25.680] I mean, again, the story just keeps um
[00:15:28.560] rolling on. So,
[00:15:31.440] no idea, right? Uh I was in contact with
[00:15:33.920] with Arrow through that time, different
[00:15:36.399] dropboxes. You got to turn in who
[00:15:38.000] approaches you. All that information. Um
[00:15:41.839] they thanked me for it. You know, I
[00:15:43.279] think I've shared one too online that
[00:15:44.720] says, "Michael, thanks for keeping these
[00:15:48.160] pieces of material away from our
[00:15:49.680] groceries. You know, thanks for the
[00:15:50.959] contacts you sent in." I mean it was a
[00:15:53.440] working
[00:15:55.040] relationship.
[00:15:56.480] >> Sure.
[00:15:57.279] >> Uh
[00:15:57.680] >> why would he say this? You think why why
[00:15:59.360] would he
[00:15:59.759] >> Well, it comes down to really the end is
[00:16:03.040] the end and that is that
[00:16:06.240] SSCI actually never trusted Era. And I
[00:16:09.440] think that's evident even when you look
[00:16:10.880] at the um Rush Foye that came out where
[00:16:15.440] you've got Kurpatre talking back and
[00:16:17.040] forth saying I basically don't think you
[00:16:18.639] guys are sending us the people you
[00:16:20.079] promised to and holding up your part.
[00:16:21.759] That's really how it was operating.
[00:16:24.160] >> Yeah. you know, so all of a sudden with
[00:16:27.600] all these deals that were being promised
[00:16:29.759] um the various senators in the room with
[00:16:32.000] us in the skips with us, they came to a
[00:16:35.120] point where they realized frankly, oh
[00:16:37.440] [ __ ] these guys have technology that
[00:16:40.959] defeats multiple things. Just for
[00:16:43.279] instance, stealth.
[00:16:45.680] You know, there's planes uh on order
[00:16:48.880] right now to be built that are supposed
[00:16:50.399] to be 700 million each. will probably
[00:16:52.560] come in around a billion each. You have
[00:16:54.880] trillions of dollars of assets. Our two
[00:16:56.639] of the most expensive programs we ever
[00:16:58.160] run are both stealth jets.
[00:17:00.720] >> Sure.
[00:17:01.040] >> And now you're sitting across the table
[00:17:02.399] from a guy that's just ruined all that.
[00:17:05.280] And that's not even our whole portfolio.
[00:17:08.480] >> So you have developed a a technology
[00:17:11.039] that could
[00:17:12.959] >> change the world pecking order, right?
[00:17:15.280] >> Yeah. Um, for anyone that's familiar
[00:17:17.280] with battle, for those that aren't, it's
[00:17:18.880] the same um, situation, which is that
[00:17:21.199] the motto in battle or conflict or war
[00:17:24.400] is when the air, win the battle. That's
[00:17:28.559] the number one key to any battle. So, if
[00:17:30.799] you lose that,
[00:17:32.559] >> you're in trouble.
[00:17:33.919] >> It's over.
[00:17:34.559] >> Keep in mind why this was going on. This
[00:17:36.320] is highly important.
[00:17:38.320] The same people we've been working with
[00:17:40.559] even now after this
[00:17:43.440] briefed SSCI on how to fund this.
[00:17:47.440] These are government people. So
[00:17:49.440] >> sure
[00:17:50.160] >> again there was never any sort of
[00:17:52.640] extortion. Um unless you're going to
[00:17:55.679] accuse your own employees of extorting
[00:17:58.960] you which they wouldn't. I mean the
[00:18:00.720] audacity of the story is just
[00:18:02.240] mindboggling.
[00:18:04.240] >> Sure. So we got to that point and it
[00:18:06.880] seemed like they felt that it was better
[00:18:09.440] to go back to their old methods. You
[00:18:11.360] know, we had been told by one of the
[00:18:12.720] senators that we had a sitting senator
[00:18:16.240] on both senate armed services and
[00:18:18.000] intelligence in our corner and that's
[00:18:19.840] very rare in his own words and it is to
[00:18:23.200] defend us against the invention secrecy
[00:18:25.039] act which is what we were fighting and
[00:18:26.960] he did confirm with basically the
[00:18:28.480] Pentagon that that's what the plan had
[00:18:30.000] been to take this from us. So, we were
[00:18:33.520] kind of forced into working with them
[00:18:36.160] >> and we felt like they had good
[00:18:37.600] intentions, but at the end it seemed
[00:18:39.360] like with some staffing changes and some
[00:18:41.760] committee leadership changes,
[00:18:44.080] >> they just wanted to go back to the old
[00:18:45.679] invention secrecy act. It'd be easier
[00:18:48.320] for them because the nastiness part of
[00:18:50.960] that is
[00:18:52.799] once they get it, you don't have to sign
[00:18:55.520] anything. You're automatically in the
[00:18:56.720] NDA. Anything you bring up or say about
[00:18:59.440] it, you couldn't even talk to your
[00:19:00.799] spouse about it. You can't even really
[00:19:03.200] go to court about it is a violation.
[00:19:06.160] You're talking federal prison time,
[00:19:08.080] millions and fines. In other words,
[00:19:10.240] they're going to shut you up. They're
[00:19:11.360] going to take what you have. And that
[00:19:12.400] seems to be what they wanted. I don't
[00:19:14.480] want to drag on too long here, but right
[00:19:16.000] before this all happened, we were
[00:19:17.760] notified that um from actually Senator
[00:19:21.600] Round staff
[00:19:23.760] that we should seek uh legal counsel and
[00:19:28.400] it was kind of a shock. We're like,
[00:19:29.440] "What do you mean? That's a weird email
[00:19:30.880] to get."
[00:19:31.840] >> Sure.
[00:19:32.240] >> Been recommended to him that we seek
[00:19:33.679] legal counsel.
[00:19:35.520] >> Wow.
[00:19:36.320] >> So, we got talking a little bit and
[00:19:37.919] ended up being over the whistleblower
[00:19:39.280] protection this whole time. Everything
[00:19:41.200] we signed said we had it. We were told
[00:19:43.200] we had it. We still qualified. You know,
[00:19:46.559] spill the beans. Um, so I checked over
[00:19:50.080] at Arrow OSI with my contact over there,
[00:19:52.559] the embedded OSI, and he said, "Yeah,
[00:19:55.760] um, because you guys are military
[00:19:57.919] contractor clearance holders, you have
[00:20:00.160] no whistleblower protection on privacy
[00:20:02.000] act protection."
[00:20:05.280] >> And so this was some of the the
[00:20:06.559] backstabbing that was going on. So right
[00:20:09.280] now what Tim's doing although not
[00:20:12.160] ethical is actually legal because he's
[00:20:16.000] not violating the the whistleblower
[00:20:19.200] protection. If you listen to him and
[00:20:20.880] every one of his podcast
[00:20:23.360] multiple whistleblowers are brought up
[00:20:25.520] and some of the names you think oh man
[00:20:28.080] here's where Tim's going to let loose
[00:20:29.679] because we know some of the testy
[00:20:31.280] relationships
[00:20:32.880] with whistleblowers and arrow but he
[00:20:34.799] doesn't. He always says something to the
[00:20:37.039] fact that Arrow or the United States
[00:20:39.039] government doesn't want to disparge
[00:20:41.440] people from coming in talking. You know,
[00:20:43.280] recently on my Twitter, I released his
[00:20:45.520] um
[00:20:47.280] write up of his first meeting he had at
[00:20:49.520] the round table invite only. He's saying
[00:20:51.679] things like, you know, I'm a guy from
[00:20:53.919] Tucson. You know, I treat anybody that
[00:20:55.919] comes in with respect and we're not
[00:20:58.400] biased and I'd give you my phone number
[00:21:00.720] if I could. You know, good old boy Tim.
[00:21:02.880] But this is what happens when they
[00:21:05.039] realize you got them by the balls. They
[00:21:07.600] come after you. And so again, this is
[00:21:09.760] all we were blindsided.
[00:21:12.159] But it does explain a little bit about
[00:21:13.840] what happened at the end because the end
[00:21:16.000] was supposed to be we were refusing to
[00:21:19.039] come back in to have a meeting in Skiff
[00:21:21.200] because it just didn't look like the
[00:21:22.960] deal was going anywhere. They
[00:21:24.559] continually wanted more information.
[00:21:26.960] >> Yeah.
[00:21:27.200] >> They're the ones that asked for the
[00:21:28.480] photos. They're the ones that wanted the
[00:21:30.799] video. They're the ones that gave us the
[00:21:32.320] assignment to go out and get it. So
[00:21:34.480] that's all on them. That wasn't a first
[00:21:37.039] skiff meeting sort of deal.
[00:21:40.640] And then at the end of it, we basically
[00:21:42.480] said, "We're not coming in unless we
[00:21:44.000] have an agreement." And you sent it to
[00:21:46.159] us. We'll have attorney look it over,
[00:21:47.600] right? Sign it. We'll come in. Got a
[00:21:50.960] personal call from Senator Rounds. Um
[00:21:53.679] sat here just him, not like I'm so and
[00:21:56.480] so. Let me let me get you to Senator RS.
[00:21:58.240] Just him calling us directly from his
[00:21:59.679] phone.
[00:22:01.600] you know, promised not all these things.
[00:22:03.360] He said he had the top IC and the top
[00:22:05.440] military in the same room. These people
[00:22:07.760] had never been in the same room
[00:22:08.960] together. They all had access to my
[00:22:11.360] folder, my TSSCI folder. They would know
[00:22:13.919] who's was what.
[00:22:16.480] I would come in that one of his
[00:22:18.080] employees, his staff, Dan, would hire
[00:22:20.240] the logistics. Come in for a couple
[00:22:22.559] days. He'll introduce you to all these
[00:22:24.240] various people, whether it be DARPA or
[00:22:26.000] these or that funding people. uh you
[00:22:28.640] know the handoff, that sort of thing.
[00:22:30.480] And then he said, "If anything ever
[00:22:31.679] happens the whole way through, they know
[00:22:33.200] I'm watching them, but you get back to
[00:22:34.720] me if you feel like they're trying to
[00:22:35.840] take it." They told me they wouldn't
[00:22:37.039] take it. I'm watching. And we get up
[00:22:40.080] there and it's like they asked us all
[00:22:41.440] the questions at the skiff in January.
[00:22:43.280] Some pretty vital information. You know,
[00:22:45.520] there's a massive problem with insider
[00:22:47.120] trading. Imagine knowing what you'd want
[00:22:49.679] to bid in on the stock market for the
[00:22:51.520] secret sauce of this technology, that
[00:22:53.280] sort of information, you know.
[00:22:55.840] >> Yeah. And then what came was they
[00:22:58.320] refused to have the final call at the
[00:23:00.080] end with the funding. The funny guy was
[00:23:02.880] going to come back in on conference to
[00:23:04.080] get this done.
[00:23:05.919] They literally just said, "Well, it's
[00:23:07.039] not happening today." And we were kind
[00:23:08.480] of like, "Okay, well, we got we got our
[00:23:10.880] own funding people. You know, we're
[00:23:12.320] going to hand them off to you." We said,
[00:23:13.760] "Oh, all right." And we got an email
[00:23:16.799] couple weeks later that basically said,
[00:23:18.640] "Posing out the skiff. Here's four
[00:23:21.039] generic addresses, you know, mill kind
[00:23:24.240] of like.com generalized. DARPA.com, it's
[00:23:26.720] not dot com, but that sort of, you know,
[00:23:28.559] >> yeah,
[00:23:28.880] >> where would you start on a front page
[00:23:30.720] of, you know,
[00:23:32.480] >> Sure.
[00:23:32.799] >> funding. I mean, it's worthless like
[00:23:34.320] Google results. So,
[00:23:35.840] >> yeah,
[00:23:36.480] >> that was the end of it. And so, until
[00:23:38.159] Tim really spilled the beans with the
[00:23:40.000] backstabbing and whatnot, we still had
[00:23:42.559] to piece it together after that.
[00:23:45.039] >> Sure. Wow. So let just I want to make
[00:23:49.039] sure that I understand the story again
[00:23:51.440] just for the audience. I'll kind of
[00:23:52.880] steel man it back make sure I I heard
[00:23:55.039] you correctly. Um basically the idea is
[00:23:57.840] that
[00:23:59.600] you developed a technology that they
[00:24:02.000] wanted
[00:24:03.520] um and you went in to talk to them about
[00:24:06.320] it and they kind of agreed, okay, yeah,
[00:24:09.280] we we can pay you for this. And then
[00:24:11.600] they kind of pulled the rug on that and
[00:24:13.039] maybe brought in this secrecy act where
[00:24:15.200] the government could come in and take
[00:24:16.559] something you've invented free of charge
[00:24:19.840] essentially take it from you and shut
[00:24:21.840] you up and they basically keep it. And
[00:24:24.240] that's essentially what had happened to
[00:24:26.240] you. But you thought maybe there was a
[00:24:27.760] deal that you could you know make a deal
[00:24:29.679] with the government to to get something
[00:24:31.760] for this technology you had developed.
[00:24:35.760] >> Yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it.
[00:24:37.679] I mean we were always dealing with the
[00:24:39.039] invention secrecy act. It was always a
[00:24:41.120] problem, but there was protection
[00:24:42.960] offered.
[00:24:44.320] >> Sure.
[00:24:44.799] >> Uh, and so that looked like the path to
[00:24:46.960] go. Um,
[00:24:49.279] you know,
[00:24:51.120] there's a lot of other things going on
[00:24:53.279] and I know people don't like secrets,
[00:24:55.440] but there are things that were said and
[00:24:59.200] happened in that skiff that if it was to
[00:25:01.600] get out, it would ruin people's career.
[00:25:05.440] And that's at the highest level. We're
[00:25:07.120] talking about the Senate Select
[00:25:08.320] Committee on Intelligence, not some
[00:25:10.799] low-level, you know, manure caucus or
[00:25:14.080] something. And if that happened, you
[00:25:17.200] could have a swing
[00:25:19.440] pretty fast. I guarantee the leadership
[00:25:21.679] of these committees and the committee
[00:25:23.840] standings would be knocked down. And
[00:25:26.640] that's the sort of stuff that they
[00:25:28.159] panicked at. I wasn't planning on coming
[00:25:30.480] out saying any of it, just so we're
[00:25:32.960] straight here.
[00:25:34.159] >> Sure. um
[00:25:35.520] >> you just felt like you had to defend
[00:25:36.640] your name.
[00:25:37.200] >> As you can tell, I'm pretty good at
[00:25:38.559] keeping secrets. Um yeah, and that was
[00:25:40.960] just part of how things had to happen.
[00:25:44.320] So, I think that was another panic
[00:25:46.080] because they were like,
[00:25:47.520] >> before he starts talking,
[00:25:49.520] >> let's make sure we tell everybody he's
[00:25:51.120] crazy and he's selling technology to the
[00:25:53.520] other side,
[00:25:54.720] >> let's try and ruin him before he says
[00:25:56.240] anything. So, there's multiple layers
[00:25:57.919] here.
[00:25:58.960] >> Wow.
[00:25:59.520] >> Um and it turned into this massive mess.
[00:26:02.799] Sure. Like what kind of stuff are they I
[00:26:06.240] guess I know you can't talk about I
[00:26:07.679] guess I What's the best way to pull this
[00:26:10.559] thread a little bit like I guess I'm
[00:26:12.000] curious.
[00:26:12.799] >> Le let's put it this way. I was never in
[00:26:15.440] any skiff without a witness for a
[00:26:17.200] reason. At least one witness.
[00:26:19.440] >> Okay.
[00:26:19.840] >> And keep in mind anything I've ever said
[00:26:21.679] I've always been more than glad to be
[00:26:23.440] polygraphed on. And so they know they're
[00:26:25.440] screwed in some senses. Um,
[00:26:29.120] so when that happens, unfortunately by
[00:26:31.600] human nature, most people default to let
[00:26:34.320] me get my slander out first.
[00:26:37.440] >> Sure. So they're worried about things
[00:26:39.600] they said to you,
[00:26:41.600] >> right?
[00:26:42.080] >> There's things were said happen in a
[00:26:44.400] skiff that would be
[00:26:46.640] >> damning. I mean, it would be front page
[00:26:48.320] news everywhere.
[00:26:50.080] >> Like, is it about the government? Is it
[00:26:52.000] about you? Just you specifically, UAPs?
[00:26:54.799] Like I guess that's what I'm confused
[00:26:56.080] about. I guess people listening like
[00:26:57.840] what
[00:26:58.159] >> it's hard to get it's hard to get into
[00:26:59.840] without directly talking about it. But
[00:27:01.840] >> sure.
[00:27:03.039] >> Um first and foremost I guess what I'll
[00:27:06.159] say is this. I can't really get into the
[00:27:08.000] nitty-gritty but and this has been
[00:27:10.240] pointed out to me. You know when we went
[00:27:12.640] in everything we signed was in the
[00:27:15.919] format for contractors or military.
[00:27:18.799] There was no setup for us the only
[00:27:20.640] civilians to ever go in. They didn't
[00:27:23.919] write new legal contracts, nothing like
[00:27:26.880] that. So, we just got the same thing all
[00:27:29.279] those people got.
[00:27:30.720] >> Got it.
[00:27:31.120] >> We got the verbal thing said to us we
[00:27:33.440] have to agree to which is like now that
[00:27:35.679] the skiff door is closed, you're
[00:27:37.520] relieved of all NDAs, but soon as that
[00:27:40.000] skiff door opens, they're immediately
[00:27:41.440] back on you for life. Well, we don't
[00:27:42.960] have any.
[00:27:44.640] But that's just the process of going
[00:27:47.600] through as the only civilians. Nothing
[00:27:49.360] was set up. So with that said, they just
[00:27:54.080] handled it like they normally would. So
[00:27:56.880] you know, my folder that they would get
[00:27:58.399] out when we came in and put on the table
[00:28:00.000] and we go through the information in it
[00:28:02.000] was marked TSSCI
[00:28:04.000] by them, not me. And it's held in this
[00:28:06.399] skip safe.
[00:28:07.760] >> Yeah.
[00:28:08.399] >> None of that should have happened with
[00:28:09.840] civilians,
[00:28:11.440] but I understand why. I actually don't
[00:28:14.080] have a problem with it because as you
[00:28:15.919] know when
[00:28:18.720] China is issuing a death threat to a US
[00:28:20.880] civilian over what he has and Tim's
[00:28:22.720] confirmed physical material pieces, it's
[00:28:25.840] okay to go ahead and mark that TSSCI
[00:28:28.159] even though that may not fit within the
[00:28:30.559] legal justification of how you can do
[00:28:32.559] that or who you're just playing it safe.
[00:28:35.679] >> Got it. So, because rules weren't really
[00:28:39.440] um
[00:28:42.000] official and they handled it how they
[00:28:44.080] want, that really created a free-for-all
[00:28:47.360] through the whole process that goes a
[00:28:49.279] thousand times that. But that's kind of
[00:28:51.120] the method of there's a lot of rules and
[00:28:53.840] laws that were not followed or
[00:28:55.200] intentionally broke
[00:28:58.159] >> to get to this point, which is solving a
[00:28:59.919] secret.
[00:29:01.039] So they essentially thought certain
[00:29:03.600] things were in place for protection
[00:29:06.080] because of the normal protocol they fall
[00:29:08.240] with, you know, fall into with dealing
[00:29:10.399] with maybe people like yourself who were
[00:29:12.159] quote contractors, but you're coming in
[00:29:13.520] as civilian, but they they just use the
[00:29:16.000] same method as always and then at the
[00:29:17.600] end realize, oh [ __ ]
[00:29:19.360] >> there was some things we didn't cover or
[00:29:21.279] protect ourselves from.
[00:29:22.640] >> It's mainly the ending of that because
[00:29:24.080] the ending of that is normally I would
[00:29:25.679] be locked into not being able to say a
[00:29:27.120] word or I'm going to prison.
[00:29:28.880] >> Sure. And I think when they finally
[00:29:30.559] realized this isn't good, the guy with
[00:29:32.559] all the answers can speak. Although they
[00:29:35.440] haven't clarified that, we've asked
[00:29:36.960] several times, including their legal
[00:29:38.559] counsel that was in the skip with us
[00:29:40.159] each time, you know. So that's the worry
[00:29:43.440] is that I start talking about what goes
[00:29:45.919] on. I mean, I just want to kind of
[00:29:47.360] mention this too to people is that,
[00:29:50.559] you know, I keep hearing about rules and
[00:29:52.159] laws, but it's I'm a proud American by
[00:29:55.039] all means, but when you look at the
[00:29:56.880] history
[00:29:57.919] >> Me too. um just even recently where
[00:30:01.360] there essentially the Senate Select
[00:30:03.919] Committee on Intelligence was hacked by
[00:30:05.919] the intelligence community
[00:30:08.240] over an issue that had to do with John
[00:30:09.760] Kuryaku who's the gentleman for the CIA
[00:30:11.840] that served prison time over torture
[00:30:15.520] and even you go into the Snowden thing
[00:30:17.200] whether you like him or not
[00:30:20.159] other than the fall guy got in trouble.
[00:30:22.320] So the people that went said, "No, we're
[00:30:24.080] not spying on Americans." Still got
[00:30:25.520] their pension in the medals, right? Um,
[00:30:29.360] no one gets in trouble. So now you're
[00:30:31.200] dealing with their boss. The Senate left
[00:30:32.799] many on television. Who's really going
[00:30:34.559] to come in and slap their hand
[00:30:37.200] or get them in trouble for breaking
[00:30:38.720] rules, right? It just doesn't happen. So
[00:30:41.360] they were never worried about it to
[00:30:42.960] start with. But now because of the
[00:30:44.640] situation all of a sudden that sort of
[00:30:47.440] playing it loose
[00:30:49.520] um sort of system could really backfire
[00:30:52.480] on them which by the way I've got to
[00:30:54.159] clear up I haven't released to do that.
[00:30:57.279] That's not my intention here.
[00:30:59.440] >> Sure. Um, the same people that briefed
[00:31:01.840] them on how to do this as I've also
[00:31:04.640] briefed
[00:31:06.399] uh Congressman Burlesson when I sat with
[00:31:08.000] him recently
[00:31:09.840] and Berles has one on record saying I am
[00:31:12.000] a patriot and there is some complication
[00:31:14.480] getting the deal done. He's kind of
[00:31:15.760] straightened it up a little bit. But the
[00:31:17.679] same people that want the government to
[00:31:19.279] have what I have are still with me
[00:31:21.279] finding. It's just the craziness of the
[00:31:23.760] Tim Phillips scenario that
[00:31:25.760] >> threw this all into a giant mess. Sure.
[00:31:29.200] Of course. Like I guess I I do have a
[00:31:32.159] lot of questions that you I'm sure
[00:31:34.720] you'll be able to talk about actually
[00:31:36.159] because you know I run a UFO channel,
[00:31:39.679] right? Like why am I talking to you?
[00:31:42.240] Does this you know what I mean? Like
[00:31:43.600] what why would you go to arrow? Does
[00:31:46.159] this have anything to do with UAP? Like
[00:31:48.880] UFOs like why? And if it doesn't why go
[00:31:52.000] to arrow? Like you know what I mean? I
[00:31:54.799] guess that's right.
[00:31:56.320] So, I'm going to go into some things I
[00:31:58.799] haven't mentioned before, but are
[00:32:00.080] vitally important to what people need to
[00:32:02.559] know about what's going on.
[00:32:05.279] One is that SSCI and ARO don't give a
[00:32:09.519] [ __ ] about your UFO stories. That it's
[00:32:11.919] not don't kill the messenger, right? But
[00:32:14.480] I'm just telling you, I've been in a
[00:32:18.080] senator's office. You know, we used to
[00:32:19.840] use the back door to go in and out. Um,
[00:32:21.760] if you're not aware of that, that's how
[00:32:23.039] come they that's how they avoid you,
[00:32:24.559] right? Sneak out of a back door that's
[00:32:27.200] just a white door into the wall. You
[00:32:28.880] know that you can't even unless you have
[00:32:30.159] a key card.
[00:32:31.360] >> Yeah.
[00:32:31.600] >> And then head over to the skiff and
[00:32:33.039] back. So, I'm standing in the office.
[00:32:35.519] Some members who were armed services
[00:32:37.760] members come in. They had been calling.
[00:32:41.679] No one had answered. So, they bought
[00:32:43.600] tickets. They came up there. They had a
[00:32:45.200] folder of information they wanted to
[00:32:46.399] share with the senator who was on the
[00:32:48.399] committee. Um they left that with the
[00:32:51.679] the staff members at the office and
[00:32:54.080] talked to him for a while and they were
[00:32:55.519] going to get back in touch and as they
[00:32:56.880] walked out of the office I see him kind
[00:32:58.720] of give each other the pat on the back
[00:33:00.159] sort of you know five soon as they run
[00:33:03.279] around the corner that staff member took
[00:33:04.799] the folder came over the guy I was
[00:33:06.320] standing next to who was a high up asked
[00:33:08.880] him what to do with it and that guy
[00:33:10.240] literally said put in the trash
[00:33:13.600] and he went put in the trash then the
[00:33:15.120] guy said that doesn't look good put it
[00:33:16.480] through the shredder shred the [ __ ]
[00:33:19.760] never made it to the senator.
[00:33:22.960] I've talked to the senators and I'm just
[00:33:25.360] telling you from can't say a whole lot
[00:33:27.600] about what happens in the skiff, but
[00:33:28.720] I'll say this, there's a hell of a lot
[00:33:30.240] of laughter and jokes about you guys
[00:33:32.000] leaving UFOs.
[00:33:34.159] >> Don't kill the messenger, but I'm just
[00:33:36.000] telling you
[00:33:37.440] >> I've seen people
[00:33:39.120] >> choke and have to get a drink on the
[00:33:41.600] laughter of repeating some of the stuff
[00:33:43.600] that they've been told
[00:33:45.679] into.
[00:33:46.159] >> Wow.
[00:33:47.279] So when you get into things like why has
[00:33:50.000] the Senate been all drones and the House
[00:33:53.440] has been NHI and abductions? Well, you
[00:33:57.200] may not like it, but I'm the reason they
[00:33:58.720] switched to drones and I never talked to
[00:34:01.519] the House until I got out of um this
[00:34:04.880] year dealing with SSCI. So they've been
[00:34:08.079] running a different route. So that's the
[00:34:09.919] first thing. Um, I kind of want people
[00:34:13.359] to understand
[00:34:15.200] even if it's not what they want to hear
[00:34:16.800] because you guys are wasting time. If
[00:34:19.040] you really think SSCIO, you need to hear
[00:34:22.240] that whether you like it or not.
[00:34:24.240] >> You're cheering people on, you know,
[00:34:27.679] calls of this and I know they're hosting
[00:34:29.440] after parties and they're doing this and
[00:34:31.119] they're doing that. I'm just telling you
[00:34:32.399] it's a load of crap.
[00:34:34.079] >> Um, it just is.
[00:34:36.560] >> Uh, so you know, that's the first thing.
[00:34:39.040] The second thing is, and this goes back
[00:34:41.280] to Tim's allegations,
[00:34:44.000] at no point in time did anyone in SSCI
[00:34:49.200] or ERO tell me I had to give them the
[00:34:51.839] physical material pieces.
[00:34:56.240] SSCI asked, see it, right? Never said
[00:34:59.839] it's ours. Now,
[00:35:02.079] Arrow asked if I would provide it. I
[00:35:04.720] didn't provide it to Arrow. I did ask
[00:35:06.880] them, is this legally a request or are
[00:35:08.720] you just asking? And they said,
[00:35:11.280] >> it's just us asking. We have other
[00:35:14.160] people that have said they had material.
[00:35:16.160] We have that now. We're going to send
[00:35:17.839] that off for testing. The results are
[00:35:20.079] going to come back. We'll bring you in.
[00:35:21.520] We'll talk about it. And then the
[00:35:23.280] results and the material is yours again.
[00:35:25.440] And it does sound like from what I heard
[00:35:27.359] that that actually did
[00:35:30.000] happen over some missile casing or arch
[00:35:32.400] parts or whatever it was they got a hold
[00:35:33.920] of. So
[00:35:34.480] >> yeah, I remember that.
[00:35:35.359] >> Again, at what point time is it that
[00:35:38.560] there's this line where like anything I
[00:35:41.119] do is is wrong and horrible, but not
[00:35:45.839] them. So lastly, I want to leave you
[00:35:47.599] with this, and I guess this is your
[00:35:48.880] breaking news because um I know you
[00:35:51.760] could get in some trouble. This is your
[00:35:53.520] bombshell.
[00:35:54.960] >> All right.
[00:35:56.720] >> Senator Rounds
[00:35:58.960] talks a lot about me, but people don't
[00:36:00.880] understand that because they don't know
[00:36:03.280] who I am. They don't know what I told
[00:36:04.720] them. I was told that literally
[00:36:07.520] everything he says in the New Age of
[00:36:09.280] Disclosure film is from me and him's
[00:36:11.920] relationship over two years. I've got
[00:36:13.520] the guy's cell phone number. When he
[00:36:16.000] starts talking about, "Do you think for
[00:36:17.440] a minute China and Russia wouldn't try
[00:36:19.359] and get this technology?" It's all the
[00:36:21.359] same thing came from us.
[00:36:23.920] >> He's not talking about UFOs at all. He's
[00:36:26.320] he's talking about Oh, wow.
[00:36:27.920] >> I don't know how the film's going to be
[00:36:29.200] created, but I'm just telling you.
[00:36:31.599] >> Wow. sitting around has had some pretty
[00:36:33.359] good laughs over stuff that's coming. So
[00:36:37.839] he asked the OD on our behalf
[00:36:42.400] based on GPS coordinates and date time
[00:36:44.880] stamps if this was theirs and they said
[00:36:48.640] no.
[00:36:50.320] This is not our asset. It can be
[00:36:53.119] verified. Tim kind of did that. You
[00:36:55.520] know, he breaks stuff apart at the end.
[00:36:57.040] He starts saying something to the effect
[00:36:59.119] of I can't remember exactly, but you got
[00:37:01.440] spooky things in places they shouldn't
[00:37:04.320] be with performance characteristics we
[00:37:06.240] can't duplicate today. Well, guess what?
[00:37:08.960] That's the same damn thing. Now, what I
[00:37:12.079] will say is the next thing Senator Reyn
[00:37:14.000] wanted was a data link. And I can't go
[00:37:15.760] into that because you can deny
[00:37:18.000] >> he wanted to. I'm sorry.
[00:37:19.599] >> Data link.
[00:37:21.040] >> How's this thing flying?
[00:37:22.640] >> Got it. his his position was they can
[00:37:24.720] deny, you know, coordinates and photos
[00:37:27.599] and videos and metadata, but they can't
[00:37:30.560] deny data. Now, I can't go into that
[00:37:32.640] story, but one other thing Senator Round
[00:37:35.520] says in one of his other interviews is
[00:37:37.040] that it's either
[00:37:40.160] a very hidden program or and he kind of
[00:37:44.240] puts his shoulders up. So, my position
[00:37:47.680] is is that they know enough. I know
[00:37:49.920] because I gave it to them that this is
[00:37:51.599] ours even though they don't necessarily
[00:37:54.240] have the jurisdiction they wanted over
[00:37:57.440] it. So because of that,
[00:38:00.160] it's still a UAP. Like we know what UAP
[00:38:03.200] means, right?
[00:38:04.240] >> Sure.
[00:38:04.640] >> It's still unidentified, unexplained.
[00:38:07.520] >> Sure.
[00:38:07.839] >> Unclaimed.
[00:38:09.280] >> Sure.
[00:38:09.599] >> So that is why I still use UAP. And then
[00:38:12.320] just kind of an end note to that,
[00:38:16.160] I was against the UAPDA.
[00:38:19.119] It's the only time in my life I've ever
[00:38:20.720] seen anyone cheer on imminent domain to
[00:38:22.560] start with. That's never like a cheer
[00:38:24.720] point for the general population.
[00:38:26.880] >> Sure.
[00:38:28.240] >> If you read through that, it says
[00:38:31.920] >> the latest one that says anything that
[00:38:35.119] is essentially
[00:38:37.599] they don't know where it's from. doesn't
[00:38:39.920] say it has to be NHI or anything. It
[00:38:42.880] would just become their prop. Any piece
[00:38:45.680] and there's like a thousand things
[00:38:47.119] listed on there of the definition of
[00:38:49.200] pieces. If you got a spark plug,
[00:38:50.880] whatever it may be.
[00:38:52.160] >> Yeah.
[00:38:52.720] >> So, what the plan there is is that
[00:38:54.720] because they don't know where this is
[00:38:56.560] from, which is what their claim is, even
[00:38:58.720] though they know it's there, that's
[00:39:00.960] still their property if that passes.
[00:39:03.599] Doesn't matter if it's Russia, China.
[00:39:05.520] And then when you take it, it's gone.
[00:39:09.359] They don't have to give you, nor will
[00:39:11.119] they, an explanation of what it was or
[00:39:14.480] where it came from. So, all evidence is
[00:39:17.200] now disappeared legally without them
[00:39:19.520] ever having to admit it being
[00:39:22.240] theirs.
[00:39:23.359] >> Sure,
[00:39:23.839] >> people seem to think this is some way to
[00:39:25.760] kick down the doors of Locky and that's
[00:39:27.359] not how it works because for people that
[00:39:29.520] don't understand the government and I'm
[00:39:31.359] not getting on to you about it, but it's
[00:39:33.599] become pretty evident where even Luna
[00:39:35.359] had to be like, "Well, I'm not actually
[00:39:36.480] a senator. just to clear this up like
[00:39:39.920] it's a complicated mess up there. So the
[00:39:43.040] branch that is going to be
[00:39:46.400] um like SSCI
[00:39:48.960] they need Arrow to actually do things.
[00:39:52.560] They form Arrow. Arrow is supposed to be
[00:39:54.320] the ones investigate. They find
[00:39:56.320] something and they can kind of send it
[00:39:58.160] on to someone to kick down the doors.
[00:40:01.440] Arrow has said on record in the report
[00:40:03.839] they have found absolutely no material
[00:40:06.960] of off-world or reverse engineering or
[00:40:09.359] any programs that aren't already
[00:40:11.359] notified which means the only thing left
[00:40:14.000] for imminent domain is exactly what Tim
[00:40:16.560] Phillips said my material it is
[00:40:20.400] completely a hit job on that.
[00:40:23.200] >> Wow.
[00:40:25.680] So, you know, we keep talking about
[00:40:27.200] these pieces and this thing. You know,
[00:40:30.640] you know, I guess I don't really know
[00:40:33.040] this full story. I've heard rumors. So,
[00:40:35.599] I'll tell you the rumor that's out there
[00:40:37.119] that I've heard. That way, you could
[00:40:38.960] dispel it, right? If it's true or not
[00:40:41.040] true. Like, the rumor I've heard is that
[00:40:44.000] you and maybe a group filmed something
[00:40:47.280] back in the early 2000s.
[00:40:49.920] Um,
[00:40:51.599] and also that you somebody took a rock
[00:40:54.640] and threw it at it and a piece fell off,
[00:40:56.560] but you collected it. That's the rumor
[00:40:59.119] floating around. Just FYI. Is that is
[00:41:01.920] that how true is that?
[00:41:03.280] >> So, well, like all rumors, there's some
[00:41:05.040] truth in there. It's just the relay of
[00:41:06.880] um of it. So, yeah, that does need
[00:41:11.119] cleared up. And I've tried, but it
[00:41:13.280] amazed me how many people in this space
[00:41:15.839] have their mind made up and refuse to do
[00:41:17.839] any research. Um,
[00:41:19.359] >> sure. Sure.
[00:41:20.800] >> And so to clear that up, this is not
[00:41:24.640] farmer Bob was in a field and that green
[00:41:28.480] guy showed up and you know, this is
[00:41:33.760] more than two decades of work with the
[00:41:36.079] team that when we used to come in, they
[00:41:37.599] used to joke and call us the space
[00:41:38.800] cowboys. We got some older guys on us
[00:41:40.640] that built for the space program and
[00:41:42.240] things in reference to the Clint
[00:41:44.079] Eastwood.
[00:41:44.640] >> Good movie. Yeah, I was just gonna say
[00:41:46.240] great movie. Yeah. So,
[00:41:49.119] we built technology, millions of dollars
[00:41:52.319] of technology
[00:41:54.560] to be able to track, not once. You're
[00:41:58.240] getting into things like tripledigit
[00:41:59.920] amount when you get into 20 some years.
[00:42:02.960] It doesn't matter if you can track it if
[00:42:05.040] you can't bring in the evidence. Sure,
[00:42:06.720] you've got GPS and date time. You're
[00:42:08.800] going to need photos. You're going to
[00:42:10.000] need videos. We've developed a whole
[00:42:11.599] system how to get high quality.
[00:42:15.839] And that's just continued on with
[00:42:17.359] capturing information, hitting it with
[00:42:19.680] different, you know, um, apparatus. I
[00:42:22.000] got to be a little bit careful what I
[00:42:23.040] say. But
[00:42:24.960] the whole idea here is the Einstein
[00:42:27.119] quote, which is I really don't care
[00:42:28.319] about that phenomenon or this
[00:42:29.520] phenomenon. I just want to know how it
[00:42:30.800] works.
[00:42:31.839] >> Sure.
[00:42:32.480] >> And that's how we've went at. So, we've
[00:42:35.119] been able to duplicate. Reverse engineer
[00:42:37.920] is not a great word because people think
[00:42:39.839] that that's easier than it sounds.
[00:42:42.400] >> Sure.
[00:42:42.640] >> Reverse engineering anything is a mess.
[00:42:45.680] Um, but when you get a a look at the
[00:42:48.079] answer sheet, it helps.
[00:42:51.680] So, we've got basically what would be
[00:42:54.560] ITAR categories of stealth codings,
[00:42:57.680] power sources, weapons, and the radar.
[00:43:00.240] So, the radar is the main thing that's
[00:43:01.760] catching the attention right now. But,
[00:43:06.160] so this has been a long process. Um,
[00:43:09.359] during one of the point times, um, there
[00:43:12.720] was a rock drone. Keep in mind if you
[00:43:16.560] have something sitting down in front of
[00:43:17.920] you like this for say 10 minutes,
[00:43:19.839] especially at the beginning and you've
[00:43:22.240] hit it with everything you've got
[00:43:23.680] because that comes first, right? You
[00:43:25.200] want all the results and all the
[00:43:26.640] testing, whatever you can get from it,
[00:43:28.079] especially when it just works out when
[00:43:29.359] you happen to have that with you.
[00:43:31.520] Photos, counting everything. I mean, you
[00:43:34.160] know, it becomes a question of now what,
[00:43:39.040] right? You're standing there, you're
[00:43:40.240] looking at this damn thing. It's doing
[00:43:41.520] something that it shouldn't be able to
[00:43:42.560] do, right?
[00:43:45.280] I mean, it just doesn't make sense. At
[00:43:47.040] some point in time, a question comes
[00:43:48.480] across your mind, which is not like
[00:43:50.640] you're dreaming, but
[00:43:53.280] what would happen
[00:43:55.599] if I threw something at this?
[00:43:58.720] Is there that supposed force field,
[00:44:01.440] right? Is it going to bounce off?
[00:44:04.240] >> Is this thing going to shoot back at me?
[00:44:07.119] >> What sounds it going to make? because
[00:44:08.560] you'd be amazed how much you can figure
[00:44:10.319] out from the sound of something.
[00:44:13.920] >> Is it metal? Is it some sort of carbon
[00:44:15.680] fiber?
[00:44:16.720] >> Does the rock go through the damn thing,
[00:44:18.800] >> right? I mean, who knows? So,
[00:44:21.280] >> I'm sorry.
[00:44:21.680] >> Uh, it's not about like being the
[00:44:23.280] caveman and, you know, seen a giant
[00:44:25.599] hawk, you know, uh, and throwing
[00:44:29.040] throwing a rock. You know, I used to
[00:44:30.400] pitch back in high school. Um, and, you
[00:44:33.839] know, I touched some of the 80s. I'm not
[00:44:36.160] what I used to be, but
[00:44:37.680] >> yeah.
[00:44:38.000] >> So, yeah, that was it. But it wasn't
[00:44:39.599] like a rock hit it and a piece fell off
[00:44:41.280] sort of um
[00:44:44.240] cheesy
[00:44:45.760] movie. So, did it help it? I'm sure it
[00:44:48.000] didn't, but that's not necessarily the
[00:44:49.760] reason. You know, there was obviously
[00:44:50.960] some sort of failure for it sitting
[00:44:52.240] there that long before the rock was
[00:44:54.160] involved, you know.
[00:44:56.079] >> Sure.
[00:44:56.720] >> So, yeah. But the rock caused the pieces
[00:44:59.200] to come off that you think.
[00:45:00.560] >> I don't think the rock is the cause of
[00:45:02.720] the piece coming off. But because a
[00:45:04.880] piece came off and a rocks involved, we
[00:45:07.760] just
[00:45:08.240] >> it correlation.
[00:45:09.280] >> As a community, everybody said, "Oh,
[00:45:10.960] that's the
[00:45:12.400] >> that's the reason that it
[00:45:14.160] >> I'm sure it didn't help, but I'm not
[00:45:15.680] saying I hit I hit a piece with it and
[00:45:17.760] it that same piece fell off
[00:45:18.960] automatically." sort of
[00:45:21.680] just
[00:45:22.079] >> so this so this thing that you film and
[00:45:24.319] that a rock gets thrown at and a piece
[00:45:26.240] comes off like I want to be careful here
[00:45:28.560] because I do want to be clear I love
[00:45:30.880] America. Uh national security is very
[00:45:33.359] important to me. My father was in the
[00:45:34.720] military. My grandfather fought in World
[00:45:36.319] War II. I got cousins in the military. I
[00:45:39.280] don't want to push any buttons I'm not
[00:45:41.040] supposed to. I love talking UFOs and
[00:45:42.880] aliens, but by no means am I trying to
[00:45:45.599] uh put the American government or
[00:45:47.520] military or national security at stake.
[00:45:49.680] I That's way above my pay grade. Way
[00:45:51.359] beyond my pay grade. But I'm curious. I
[00:45:53.839] have to ask. I I it would just be crazy
[00:45:55.520] if I didn't. Like what are we talking
[00:45:57.599] about here that you saw? Was it
[00:45:59.040] something ours something you don't know?
[00:46:01.440] Like is this on American soil? I I don't
[00:46:03.680] know how much you can say, but is this a
[00:46:05.599] big thing? Is it
[00:46:06.960] >> I think it's important to clear some
[00:46:08.240] things up. It may not be the details
[00:46:09.680] people want, but it should be some of
[00:46:12.000] >> We have never done anything over
[00:46:14.560] restricted space or outside of US
[00:46:16.720] borders.
[00:46:18.079] >> Got it.
[00:46:18.560] >> So there's there's not been any sort of
[00:46:20.079] laws broke. We've not snuck into
[00:46:22.000] somewhere any of those sort of
[00:46:24.319] >> got it.
[00:46:25.680] >> Public whatever situ anybody can
[00:46:30.160] >> the skies aren't classified, right?
[00:46:32.160] >> Sure.
[00:46:33.520] >> Yeah.
[00:46:33.839] >> With that said, let's let's use Tim
[00:46:35.440] Phillips's talk because he's just kind
[00:46:37.440] of the bowels of of Arrow um several
[00:46:40.960] times.
[00:46:43.200] He says that
[00:46:46.240] when he went down and looked at some of
[00:46:47.680] this technology, he was amazed because
[00:46:50.319] some of the people that had came in had
[00:46:52.000] gave exact descriptions of it.
[00:46:54.079] >> Yeah.
[00:46:54.480] >> Those people felt like it was built by
[00:46:57.520] off-world or alien or whatever we're
[00:46:59.520] calling it nowadays.
[00:47:00.960] >> Yeah.
[00:47:01.280] >> In all actuality, it was built by us.
[00:47:03.280] And that's Tim Phillips's own words as
[00:47:05.680] >> he described it looked like a cling on
[00:47:07.920] battleship.
[00:47:09.280] >> Yep, I remember that.
[00:47:10.720] >> So, there's your answers for that based
[00:47:12.640] on what Tim's
[00:47:15.359] um got it out saying. And I'll kind of
[00:47:17.359] leave it there because I don't feel like
[00:47:19.359] he should have said any of that. He did.
[00:47:21.200] Uh once stuff's out, it is what it is.
[00:47:24.079] But
[00:47:24.640] >> sure,
[00:47:25.520] >> when the whole rock thing happened and
[00:47:27.359] the first thing happened,
[00:47:29.680] there was an analysis of it. And part of
[00:47:32.079] what it was is there's a certain way we
[00:47:33.839] nip and tick tuck stuff as humans in us.
[00:47:36.800] You know, that was something that Arrol
[00:47:38.079] was concerned about is
[00:47:39.680] >> they could probably look at it and
[00:47:40.880] figure out who built it to a degree.
[00:47:42.880] There's just certain things when you get
[00:47:44.079] into aerospace um experts.
[00:47:47.839] >> We were still trying to figure out is
[00:47:50.480] this human or not?
[00:47:52.240] >> Not even ours at that point.
[00:47:54.880] Because
[00:47:55.280] >> you were you you weren't you weren't
[00:47:57.040] even sure. Oh, wow.
[00:47:58.240] >> First Yeah. the first time you ran into
[00:48:00.000] it. I mean, you know, it's it's still uh
[00:48:04.160] trying to figure out what the hell is
[00:48:05.760] this thing, right?
[00:48:07.760] >> The first time you ran into it,
[00:48:10.400] >> right? We figured out several things of
[00:48:12.720] how to track it with the piece with the
[00:48:14.640] signature. I don't want to go too much
[00:48:16.160] into that, but
[00:48:17.280] >> sure,
[00:48:18.160] >> we This is not uncommon. I mean, once
[00:48:20.880] you figure out paths and tracking, which
[00:48:23.119] is why we don't ever give exact dates.
[00:48:25.839] Um, again,
[00:48:27.280] >> so this wasn't the first time you had
[00:48:29.040] run into this.
[00:48:30.640] >> This this time was the first time
[00:48:32.880] >> we were trying to figure out who made
[00:48:34.160] it.
[00:48:34.800] >> Got it.
[00:48:35.200] >> The material. And what what we found is
[00:48:37.280] that it definitely goes to the human and
[00:48:40.400] probably ours. And that's why I don't go
[00:48:42.079] into a whole lot of
[00:48:44.079] >> information. Again, if you go back into
[00:48:45.839] what um I think it was actually Kirk
[00:48:48.480] Patrick said on one of the different
[00:48:51.200] interviews is he said, "For those of you
[00:48:53.440] that came in and talked to us and you're
[00:48:55.200] keeping your encounters private, we
[00:48:58.000] thank you." Well, something to that
[00:48:58.960] degree. And that's what he's saying is
[00:49:01.599] once you start putting out dates and
[00:49:03.599] times and coordinates,
[00:49:05.920] you know, the first part of radar is not
[00:49:07.839] a dish point at the sky. It's algorithm.
[00:49:10.480] You figure out what satellites were
[00:49:12.319] above it, what the conditions were, what
[00:49:14.880] the path's going to be, and then you see
[00:49:16.319] if lightning strikes twice. If it does,
[00:49:18.880] now you've got more data for the
[00:49:20.240] algorithm. You keep building. So, like
[00:49:21.920] that's an important thing
[00:49:24.160] >> for people to not let out and that's
[00:49:27.359] always been one of the concerns.
[00:49:29.760] >> Sure. Wow. So, so you essentially at the
[00:49:33.760] beginning you you thought maybe this is
[00:49:36.160] something unusual. I guess you said
[00:49:39.599] earlier that you thought um it was doing
[00:49:42.480] something it shouldn't be doing. What
[00:49:44.480] does that mean?
[00:49:46.000] >> Yeah, that deals with the same sort of
[00:49:47.680] stuff that's described as the tic tac
[00:49:49.359] encounter where you've got something
[00:49:51.119] that you don't see any means of the
[00:49:54.480] propulsion trail. You're not seeing or
[00:49:58.079] hearing the sort of, you know, if you
[00:49:59.680] ever been by a jet or a helicopter, it
[00:50:01.680] is deafening.
[00:50:03.359] >> Absolutely. Yeah, I've been in a
[00:50:04.480] helicopter.
[00:50:04.800] >> You don't have that noise. You also have
[00:50:06.880] some sort of wash if it's a helicopter.
[00:50:10.559] >> A lot of wash on the helicopter.
[00:50:12.400] >> Everything's moving. You're talking
[00:50:13.599] about blades of grass, you know, 50 foot
[00:50:15.760] under that aren't even moving. Yeah. Um,
[00:50:18.240] so
[00:50:19.040] >> that's what I'm talking about. You You
[00:50:22.720] have to question
[00:50:24.880] what it is from that point. Everything
[00:50:27.839] you're seeing sure looks like us but or
[00:50:31.520] human tech but man you know you're just
[00:50:33.760] looking at that thinking
[00:50:36.000] I didn't think it was this far advanced
[00:50:37.920] and then we were always waiting on like
[00:50:39.520] a response team or response team never
[00:50:41.520] showed up and so yeah we had questions I
[00:50:44.160] mean I think any normal
[00:50:46.079] >> human being should have questions.
[00:50:48.480] >> Sure. Do you think this was the tick
[00:50:51.599] like the tic tac? Do you think that's
[00:50:53.920] what the tic tac is? It's the same
[00:50:55.359] because it's around the same time,
[00:50:56.480] right? You're saying early 2000s
[00:50:58.880] is 2004.
[00:51:00.640] >> Yeah. So, Congressman Burlesson had went
[00:51:04.480] on a couple different um podcasts and
[00:51:06.559] shows and talked about this, so I kind
[00:51:08.079] of use his words. Um, which is that we
[00:51:10.800] told him there was three generations.
[00:51:12.480] Um, I wasn't going to let that out, but
[00:51:14.559] he's, you know, once something's out,
[00:51:16.000] it's it's out, right? So, the tic tac
[00:51:19.040] would have been gen one is what we refer
[00:51:21.040] to it as. Gen two, which is what we seen
[00:51:24.000] the first time as generations do have
[00:51:26.480] overlap. You don't just park one model
[00:51:30.160] and then the next flight. So we're at
[00:51:32.880] Gen 3 now. So like when people say they
[00:51:35.040] see tic tacs, I don't see how that's
[00:51:36.960] possible. That shouldn't be in the air
[00:51:38.960] anymore. It's not that I'm saying it's
[00:51:41.119] not just
[00:51:42.800] >> Oh, interesting.
[00:51:43.359] >> We have progressed quite a bit since the
[00:51:46.000] NTS encounter. There's a lot of time
[00:51:48.160] there.
[00:51:50.000] >> Wow. So it it doesn't even look like a
[00:51:52.079] tic tac anymore.
[00:51:54.319] >> Correct. Correct.
[00:51:56.400] >> Wow. This is insane. So So essentially
[00:52:00.160] what you see so when you go out to to do
[00:52:02.880] this that was your goal that day or
[00:52:05.200] whatever your team like you were going
[00:52:06.640] out to find or you just
[00:52:08.319] >> No. No. We it had to do with a different
[00:52:10.800] business. You know I've always been an
[00:52:12.079] entrepreneur. I mean I've always worked
[00:52:13.760] hard. You know I used to be the VP of a
[00:52:15.359] public traded company but I'm still
[00:52:17.520] investing. You know, I'm a self-made kid
[00:52:20.240] from a dirt road, right? So,
[00:52:22.079] >> yeah. Right on.
[00:52:22.880] >> One particular business, and I'm still
[00:52:24.640] hands-on. I'm not the boss type that's
[00:52:26.800] like, let me hire an assistant, the
[00:52:28.800] secretary, you know, I'd rather do it
[00:52:30.800] myself, you know.
[00:52:31.920] >> Sure.
[00:52:33.200] >> So, um, we were coming home from a work
[00:52:35.440] trip with particular van that had a lot
[00:52:38.160] of technology in it for business. And
[00:52:41.599] uh you get in the early hours of the
[00:52:43.599] morning, you see lights and it's kind of
[00:52:46.480] one of the things where I thought it was
[00:52:49.200] a plane. Um I've got a lot of knowledge
[00:52:52.240] in planes, but it was too low.
[00:52:54.880] >> Got it.
[00:52:55.520] >> But where it was at was too far from a
[00:52:58.480] runway.
[00:53:00.079] Shouldn't have been there. So I actually
[00:53:02.480] stopped because I didn't want to be in
[00:53:04.079] the path of a plane coming in hot,
[00:53:06.640] coming in low, crash landing. There's
[00:53:08.880] really only so many things that it could
[00:53:10.240] have been, you know.
[00:53:11.440] >> Wow.
[00:53:12.720] >> So, you're sitting there, you're looking
[00:53:14.240] at the clock. If anyone knows planes
[00:53:16.559] land and the size of this plane, what if
[00:53:19.200] it would have been a plane, I would have
[00:53:20.640] said was doing would have been doing
[00:53:22.559] over 100 miles an hour coming in to land
[00:53:24.400] just normal. It would have got to you
[00:53:26.480] quick.
[00:53:27.440] >> Yeah.
[00:53:27.920] >> And it just didn't. So, then it became
[00:53:29.760] the questions of all of us in the van of
[00:53:32.720] >> what the is it moving? You know, like
[00:53:34.400] what the hell?
[00:53:35.040] >> Yeah. You got the windows down, you hear
[00:53:37.040] the crickets, right? Can't hear any
[00:53:39.440] noise. So, you're like, "Well, it
[00:53:41.440] couldn't be a helicopter." And you're
[00:53:43.680] going through it. You're going through
[00:53:44.960] it. And then we're like, "You didn't
[00:53:47.280] just build like a damn ball field over
[00:53:48.960] there." Like, you know, like one of the
[00:53:50.720] guys like they like, "Field the dreams."
[00:53:52.319] Like, you know, I mean, like, you just
[00:53:54.160] got lights in the damn field. You know,
[00:53:56.880] I mean, it made no sense.
[00:53:58.720] >> So, we didn't go in like guns ablazing.
[00:54:02.079] Uh I'm a very careful um planned
[00:54:06.160] individual.
[00:54:07.440] >> Sure.
[00:54:07.920] >> And so we started to go towards the
[00:54:09.839] lights and we did notice it was tracking
[00:54:11.760] away from us
[00:54:13.680] >> slowly and then eventually we caught up
[00:54:15.440] to it and that's where the whole thing
[00:54:18.319] >> whole incident occurred. Yeah. So so it
[00:54:20.319] was stationary the whole time you're
[00:54:21.920] observing it,
[00:54:23.599] >> right?
[00:54:23.920] >> Yeah. When we started to go towards it
[00:54:26.160] tracked away, but when we got to it and
[00:54:28.000] I don't mean I floored it. I was going
[00:54:29.680] slow because we're still trying to
[00:54:30.800] figure out what the world is this.
[00:54:34.319] >> Even though I couldn't hear a noise, my
[00:54:36.319] mind was telling me it's a helicopter.
[00:54:39.280] >> And I was trying to somehow figure out
[00:54:40.880] why I wasn't hearing
[00:54:42.480] >> the noise.
[00:54:44.079] >> You know, there's different things where
[00:54:45.440] if somebody gets hurt, they may send a
[00:54:47.280] helicopter. It's an emergency or you're
[00:54:49.440] too far away from town.
[00:54:51.119] >> Sure.
[00:54:51.440] >> They've got to find a landing. There's
[00:54:52.880] all sorts of stuff that, you know, the
[00:54:54.720] last thing you want to do is be the the
[00:54:56.160] dummy that drives into the middle of
[00:54:59.119] something like that. Yeah. An emergency.
[00:55:01.520] >> Well, we ended up being there and that's
[00:55:03.440] Yeah, it was sitting stationary the
[00:55:04.800] whole time we were there.
[00:55:06.240] >> How How long was did that last if you
[00:55:08.559] don't mind me asking? Like that when you
[00:55:10.319] get to the point where you you stop and
[00:55:12.240] now you're observing it.
[00:55:13.440] >> Well, even then, we didn't get out of
[00:55:14.559] the car. Um the van just
[00:55:18.000] >> you're in the van the whole time.
[00:55:20.160] >> No, we did get out, but I mean when we
[00:55:21.760] first got there again, it's it's you're
[00:55:23.920] trying to analyze what the hell is
[00:55:26.960] >> going on. Sure.
[00:55:28.240] >> So, you're still talking about it. You
[00:55:30.400] know, I put parked the van where I was
[00:55:32.960] pointing at it. I had my headlights on,
[00:55:34.960] of course, and then I put my brights on
[00:55:37.839] and my brights didn't really light it up
[00:55:40.160] like you would have thought. Like, it
[00:55:42.400] was a weird
[00:55:43.040] >> interesting
[00:55:43.760] >> sort of thing. So, we're already kind of
[00:55:45.119] like, what the hell? You know, it's like
[00:55:46.880] it's absorbing the
[00:55:48.480] >> I was just going to ask that. Like, it's
[00:55:49.680] absorbing the light essentially. The
[00:55:51.119] only thing I can describe is like if you
[00:55:52.880] had a desk and you had like a
[00:55:55.359] >> probably not a 30 watt bulb, but some
[00:55:57.040] little bulb screwed into it and you're
[00:55:58.720] in the pitch black.
[00:56:00.720] >> That bulb may shine
[00:56:04.000] two foot across, but probably not to the
[00:56:05.839] end of your desk.
[00:56:07.440] >> Okay,
[00:56:07.920] >> that's kind of what it was like, but it
[00:56:09.839] wasn't a little bulb. It's your brights.
[00:56:12.000] So like Got it. You know, it shouldn't
[00:56:13.839] have just been
[00:56:16.480] >> disappearing. you know, you should have
[00:56:18.559] had some some area. Anyway, that said, I
[00:56:21.119] can't go too far, but like
[00:56:22.880] >> that's when we decided like we've got
[00:56:25.520] technology with this. Like that's just
[00:56:28.640] the next step. Nothing was uh you know,
[00:56:32.000] sparks coming out of it or smoke like it
[00:56:34.000] was going to blow up, right? I mean, I I
[00:56:36.079] know it sounds crazy to say it seemed
[00:56:37.599] safe, but you know, overall seemed
[00:56:41.520] >> seemed safe. So, and then that
[00:56:43.520] progressed to everybody getting out and
[00:56:44.960] doing what we did in the whole
[00:56:46.640] situation.
[00:56:48.240] >> Yeah. How big are these like pieces that
[00:56:51.520] you got? And and if you were to see if
[00:56:53.920] someone that does know anything like
[00:56:55.839] myself, right, were to see that piece,
[00:56:57.520] would I think it's like alien? Like
[00:56:59.119] would it look alien to me?
[00:57:00.880] >> Um, what I'll say is the exact
[00:57:03.280] measurements in the piece is on Violet
[00:57:05.599] Hero and SSCI. Um,
[00:57:09.520] and I'll tell you why I I'm not going to
[00:57:11.200] go any further in a minute, but if you
[00:57:13.920] were to see it, no. If you were to know
[00:57:17.599] the possibilities of the technology,
[00:57:20.160] Yeah.
[00:57:21.520] >> Wow.
[00:57:23.040] >> You know, if I look at you right now,
[00:57:24.400] let's use some of the some of the
[00:57:25.839] focuses um because they're going to
[00:57:27.839] bombard us anyway. Let's really make
[00:57:29.280] sure we make them mad. If I look at you,
[00:57:31.280] Patrick, you're a human, right? But I
[00:57:34.240] don't know, right? So that's like this
[00:57:35.760] piece. If you saw this piece, you'd
[00:57:37.280] probably be like, "Yeah, I mean, I don't
[00:57:38.240] know. It's off some sort of airplane,
[00:57:40.400] but it's what it can do." So, if you
[00:57:42.160] turn to an alien right now,
[00:57:44.000] >> that's kind of the same concept of look
[00:57:46.559] versus performance is two different
[00:57:48.799] >> Got it.
[00:57:49.520] >> two different things.
[00:57:50.880] >> That makes sense.
[00:57:51.839] >> Real fast. I don't forget this because
[00:57:53.440] people be wondering,
[00:57:56.880] >> when my phone blew up, one of the
[00:57:58.640] biggest things was you're in deep [ __ ]
[00:58:01.680] Not deep [ __ ] legally. And this is
[00:58:03.599] coming from people within the
[00:58:04.960] intelligence community that I know and I
[00:58:07.520] deal with and some that were involved
[00:58:08.960] and I forget names.
[00:58:11.520] They said Tim Phillips, keep in mind
[00:58:14.240] everybody is already aware in these
[00:58:16.000] committees of the death threats people
[00:58:18.960] tracking me.
[00:58:21.359] He has just announced to the world of
[00:58:23.760] verse country spies and bad actors that
[00:58:26.480] you have physical material on your
[00:58:30.559] possession
[00:58:32.079] the likes of which the chairman sent him
[00:58:34.160] to the Nevada test range for.
[00:58:37.359] Do you have any idea what spies and
[00:58:40.000] countries are willing to do to get hold
[00:58:42.000] of the sort of technology that we have
[00:58:44.079] at the Nevada
[00:58:46.000] test room? This is the gold
[00:58:49.280] nugget.
[00:58:50.960] They don't have to steal it. They don't
[00:58:52.640] have to hack it. They don't have to send
[00:58:54.319] a thousand guys to live over here and
[00:58:56.079] work in our universities or try and get
[00:58:57.920] a clearance.
[00:58:59.920] Everybody told me, "You got to be real
[00:59:02.079] careful. You got to be on your watch for
[00:59:04.400] home invasion.
[00:59:06.640] Everything's on the table. Kidnapping,
[00:59:09.440] extortion, murder.
[00:59:11.440] >> Wow.
[00:59:12.400] >> Don't open your front gate or your
[00:59:14.319] mailbox without a cloth and throw it
[00:59:16.400] away when you're done."
[00:59:17.760] Some of the threats that come in have
[00:59:19.200] dealt with people who will travel and
[00:59:21.280] bring nerve agent
[00:59:23.359] with them. And this dumbass just went on
[00:59:26.400] a podcast, announced all of them. I have
[00:59:29.119] physical material
[00:59:31.280] on my possession. And then he took it a
[00:59:33.359] step further and said if the US
[00:59:35.520] government doesn't pay him, he's going
[00:59:37.200] to take it or sell it to a foreign bery.
[00:59:39.119] So, even the countries that weren't
[00:59:40.559] aware of me
[00:59:42.559] now think there's a guy that'll take
[00:59:44.640] money for material the likes of which is
[00:59:46.720] at the Nevada Test Rings. I mean, you
[00:59:48.400] put a big like open for business sign on
[00:59:50.559] me. I mean, people basically said Tim
[00:59:54.079] Phillips just marked you for death.
[00:59:56.880] >> They're going to get somebody killed. I
[00:59:58.559] mean, you got to understand this is not,
[01:00:01.520] and I know people aren't going to like
[01:00:02.640] to hear this, but this is not the normal
[01:00:05.119] I've seen the particular aliens or some
[01:00:07.280] men in black visit me. Tim Phillips has
[01:00:10.160] confirmed material pieces. OSI has
[01:00:12.640] confirmed the deaths.
[01:00:14.720] You do not mix those two things together
[01:00:16.640] in a public forum. And I let SSCI and
[01:00:19.599] their legal council, OD9, and everybody
[01:00:22.240] else know in a letter uh exactly that.
[01:00:25.920] Um, it's just insanity to think that a
[01:00:29.440] civilian
[01:00:30.960] who was asked to come in is now in this
[01:00:34.799] sort of situation.
[01:00:36.640] >> Sure.
[01:00:38.559] What What What do you If Tim Phillips
[01:00:40.079] were here right now, what what do you
[01:00:42.160] think he would say? Like, well, I did it
[01:00:44.319] because of this or I I said it this way
[01:00:46.319] or that's what I'm trying to understand
[01:00:48.640] because he doesn't seem like the type of
[01:00:51.839] guy to do that. Um, but I don't know
[01:00:54.880] him. I mean, I'm just I've watched a
[01:00:56.400] couple interviews. Clearly, I don't know
[01:00:57.839] him, but that just seems unusual
[01:01:02.079] for him to put you in danger like that.
[01:01:04.240] And I hear what you're saying. I I would
[01:01:05.760] be terrified. So, I'm you I'm sorry that
[01:01:08.000] you and your family even have to go
[01:01:09.599] through that. Um, but I would just be
[01:01:11.680] curious like what what what would he be
[01:01:14.000] saying? Like why why what would his
[01:01:16.079] response be?
[01:01:18.319] >> I don't know. And the reason I don't
[01:01:19.920] know is because, you know, he continued
[01:01:21.680] on about
[01:01:24.000] one of the staff, the committee, senator
[01:01:26.480] staff, um, told him some things and
[01:01:28.880] based on what they told him, uh, you
[01:01:31.119] know, he's not a psychological medical
[01:01:34.240] professional, but I went along around my
[01:01:35.839] family. Any way you look at it, this is
[01:01:38.640] a hit job. And the reason it's a hit job
[01:01:40.720] is if I ever go public with my full name
[01:01:43.760] in my face. An SCES who served in his
[01:01:47.280] own words at the pleasure of the
[01:01:48.640] president while collecting a check and
[01:01:50.480] after has just said that this individual
[01:01:54.079] Michael
[01:01:55.839] is extorting the United States
[01:01:57.839] government. That ties right to my
[01:01:59.920] business. He's just said based on what
[01:02:02.799] he's told from other professionals
[01:02:05.040] within the Senate Committee on
[01:02:06.559] Intelligence
[01:02:08.079] that he wouldn't want me around his
[01:02:09.359] family. How is that going to work for my
[01:02:11.200] community standing? How's that going to
[01:02:13.040] work as a family and kids? Do you think
[01:02:15.200] other people's parents are going to want
[01:02:17.280] their kids?
[01:02:18.960] >> Sure.
[01:02:19.359] >> My kids, do you think anyone's going to
[01:02:21.520] think it's safe for me to be around
[01:02:22.960] anybody, whether it be at the school or
[01:02:25.440] any of the things that I'm involved in
[01:02:26.799] that they know about?
[01:02:28.640] He's literally ruined me
[01:02:30.960] >> if I go public.
[01:02:32.559] >> The point of it was is to keep me shut
[01:02:34.960] the [ __ ] up.
[01:02:36.000] >> That was the point of You have to excuse
[01:02:37.839] the language.
[01:02:39.119] >> Make sure there was enough there to bury
[01:02:40.880] me enough where I said, "Oh god, I'm
[01:02:42.720] just gonna
[01:02:43.760] >> forget about it's not worth it, right?"
[01:02:45.599] Yeah, it's not worth it.
[01:02:46.400] >> That's why he did it. The whole How come
[01:02:50.240] he did it? I can't answer remotely. All
[01:02:54.160] I can say is that
[01:02:55.760] >> he was terminated. We don't he didn't
[01:02:58.079] clarify why. He has a very weird answer.
[01:03:01.280] He's been asked several times. And what
[01:03:03.280] he kind of does is he tells this
[01:03:04.640] beginning story about um he was going to
[01:03:07.359] retire anyway and some of the upcomers
[01:03:09.280] come in. And that's great, but it's also
[01:03:11.119] formatted to make you take his side
[01:03:12.880] right off the bat. He starts going on
[01:03:15.119] and on and on about it. And then he
[01:03:16.480] somehow gets to a point where he says,
[01:03:18.799] um, well, it did say terminated and, um,
[01:03:21.119] it did say in the best interest of the
[01:03:22.400] US government, but it was a nice letter.
[01:03:24.559] It was a really, really nice letter. And
[01:03:26.240] it's like the letter that just said you
[01:03:28.720] were terminated in the best interest of
[01:03:30.640] the government. It's a really nice
[01:03:32.720] letter. The [ __ ] are you talking about?
[01:03:34.640] And and the podcasters just like, "Oh,
[01:03:36.640] okay. Yeah." So he cl Thanks for
[01:03:38.480] clearing that up. So you just retired.
[01:03:40.000] Yeah. They said, "Let's just process you
[01:03:41.839] retired." He's never clarified why he
[01:03:44.240] was terminated. He did say on his
[01:03:46.079] LinkedIn that when he was terminated, he
[01:03:48.400] felt like he had the right to know after
[01:03:50.880] that many decades why he was denied a
[01:03:53.760] pill. There's some clues here. Legally,
[01:03:57.359] I can't say why he was because I don't
[01:03:59.920] know. He hasn't clarified it. But I can
[01:04:01.599] say I agree with the decision. Although
[01:04:04.480] with that said,
[01:04:06.799] not in the same step as a Kyaku or
[01:04:09.039] Snowden or anybody, but sometimes
[01:04:12.559] there can be a fall value. And one of
[01:04:15.200] the things that was addressed with SCI
[01:04:17.200] and OD and OD9 everybody was we're gonna
[01:04:20.240] find out who said what to Tim Phillips
[01:04:23.680] because he's already admitted that and
[01:04:25.599] we we know who those people are, who
[01:04:27.680] those staff members are.
[01:04:29.839] >> And one of them could be I'll put an
[01:04:31.599] aster there. You got to legally be
[01:04:32.799] careful. One of them could be a guy who
[01:04:34.480] just got nominated from the presidential
[01:04:37.680] administration to leave SSCI and take
[01:04:40.799] over a massive department.
[01:04:43.599] um of the government. I I'd be very
[01:04:47.119] interested in making sure I knew if he
[01:04:49.520] if he was Astric was
[01:04:53.119] one of the people that let me have it
[01:04:55.119] because that would be very important to
[01:04:57.119] go in and provide testimony on this
[01:04:59.039] gentleman that's going to be leading a
[01:05:00.240] big department. Like I said, there's so
[01:05:02.000] many layers to this that people within
[01:05:03.920] this aspect of only coming here and
[01:05:06.640] reading, you know, stories about blurry
[01:05:09.920] pictures or lights in the sky. Like this
[01:05:12.160] is the real deal. When you bring proof
[01:05:13.839] to SSCI, Darl, which is why I genally
[01:05:16.240] said don't go.
[01:05:18.160] >> Yeah.
[01:05:18.480] >> If you have a story,
[01:05:20.880] SSCI may or may not talk to you. They're
[01:05:22.720] going to laugh at you when you're gone.
[01:05:24.559] Gary loves them because that keeps them
[01:05:26.240] busy. They don't take any serious. But
[01:05:28.880] the only difference between me is he
[01:05:30.720] said all those people were right on
[01:05:32.559] their description, but they thought it
[01:05:34.000] was, you know, off-road technology and
[01:05:35.839] me is I went the extra step to prove it
[01:05:38.400] wasn't
[01:05:39.280] >> off-world technology. There really
[01:05:41.839] shouldn't be anybody that only wants to
[01:05:44.319] go if you have proof. You're gonna not
[01:05:46.640] like what happens.
[01:05:48.480] >> True.
[01:05:50.079] Wow.
[01:05:51.599] This is so bonkers. Um,
[01:05:55.039] so in your mind, Arrow has zero
[01:06:00.319] intention to really find out quote the
[01:06:02.960] truth about UFOs, right? Because that's
[01:06:05.520] how people think of it in this
[01:06:06.960] community, right? like essentially to
[01:06:08.799] just you know
[01:06:11.039] >> put it in a basic sentence or do they
[01:06:14.240] some maybe a little care
[01:06:18.960] >> there hasn't been anything brought you
[01:06:22.319] know rather than me saying what I think
[01:06:23.920] I'll say the reality of of what's going
[01:06:26.880] on which is that as much as people don't
[01:06:29.520] want to hear it there hasn't been
[01:06:31.520] anything brought to them to prove
[01:06:36.240] there's these
[01:06:37.599] off-road
[01:06:39.520] ships. And keep in mind, it's not that
[01:06:42.000] I'm discrediting the witnesses, but if
[01:06:43.920] you see something
[01:06:46.319] and you may or may not remember what day
[01:06:48.079] or time it is and it's 10 years ago and
[01:06:51.119] the the records records are gone,
[01:06:55.440] they don't have to, not if they want to,
[01:06:57.599] they don't have to investigate that
[01:06:59.200] because they just say there's no there's
[01:07:01.520] nothing for us to look at. I mean, we
[01:07:03.119] got to have some sort of result. So
[01:07:06.319] >> sure,
[01:07:06.880] >> no one can bring them what would be
[01:07:09.920] required
[01:07:11.520] for them to look at it. Now I know the
[01:07:13.359] NIMITs is the holy grail of um off-world
[01:07:18.000] technology.
[01:07:20.160] And again, you've seen what they've said
[01:07:22.640] about that, right? They basically can't
[01:07:24.319] find anything. They said it was a wasp,
[01:07:26.160] but then got cleared up. That couldn't
[01:07:27.359] have been the wasp. So
[01:07:30.960] unless you have something better than
[01:07:32.559] what's going, it just
[01:07:36.079] I can't fairly say they don't care.
[01:07:38.799] >> Yeah.
[01:07:39.119] >> I don't think they've had anything in
[01:07:40.480] front of them that they've been forced
[01:07:42.799] to give an opinion on. Um and just on
[01:07:46.559] that note,
[01:07:48.720] Fraver has continually made the
[01:07:50.079] statement, Commander Fraver, that um in
[01:07:54.000] his mind, this is not ours.
[01:07:56.799] >> Correct. And because of that,
[01:08:00.720] there are people in the military who
[01:08:05.200] want to know what this is. These aren't
[01:08:07.359] people that care about abductions or
[01:08:09.760] orbs. Every one of them is focused on
[01:08:12.480] one thing and one thing only. I don't
[01:08:14.559] care whose it is. Can we exploit it? Can
[01:08:17.279] we reverse engineer it? It's ours now.
[01:08:21.120] That's all you care about technology
[01:08:22.640] that Commander Fraver says. one of these
[01:08:24.319] could have came in and took out an
[01:08:25.359] interior entire interior striker.
[01:08:28.560] So based on that, the idea that if
[01:08:32.159] technology was found, especially
[01:08:33.920] off-world, that you would ever hear
[01:08:36.159] about it, even if they know it's coming
[01:08:37.759] from Mars or somewhere else, I still
[01:08:40.239] think is 0%.
[01:08:42.880] >> Wow.
[01:08:43.279] >> It's just not the reality of the world
[01:08:45.359] of what's going on on the inside.
[01:08:48.000] >> Sure. Yeah. What people think is
[01:08:50.159] happening, right? what from my position
[01:08:52.239] for instance
[01:08:52.880] >> keep on sharing keep on yeah tweeting at
[01:08:54.960] them but I'm just telling you
[01:08:57.520] >> it is what it is and
[01:09:00.319] >> you have to face reality at some point
[01:09:01.920] in time which is why I've kind of argued
[01:09:03.600] the whole disclosure mean it's dead
[01:09:05.279] because it's the same plan
[01:09:08.799] >> rehashed and I know the inside of what's
[01:09:11.199] going on and it's just not going to get
[01:09:12.719] you there. Why does David Fraver say
[01:09:15.600] like because he works for an aerospace
[01:09:17.520] company like he's like I know what we
[01:09:19.359] have so I know for certain it's not
[01:09:22.239] ours. Does he you think he's lying on
[01:09:26.159] purpose or protect you know his job and
[01:09:28.400] what he's doing or does he you think he
[01:09:30.239] genuinely believes it?
[01:09:32.640] >> I don't know. I mean I'm 5050. What I
[01:09:34.960] will say is Fraver has enough
[01:09:38.239] backing to be able to say whatever he
[01:09:41.279] wants. I mean um
[01:09:43.279] >> Sure. I don't think people realize like
[01:09:45.279] how much if you got talking to him,
[01:09:48.080] you'd be amazed at how much more other
[01:09:49.759] than the the NS he was involved in high
[01:09:52.080] level sort of
[01:09:54.320] missions and leadership. So he has that
[01:09:57.679] ability to say that. Now with that said,
[01:10:01.520] nobody really has a job anywhere where
[01:10:04.960] we've gone through this um the Senate
[01:10:07.520] and you know different things where I
[01:10:10.159] feel like anybody could ever say I would
[01:10:11.920] know. Um,
[01:10:14.480] there's really nowhere you could work to
[01:10:15.760] where you could say I would know. Um,
[01:10:18.880] >> sure.
[01:10:20.000] >> Lastly, I'll just say, and I'm not
[01:10:21.360] picking on him, but he continually keeps
[01:10:23.120] saying that that encounter happened over
[01:10:24.560] something like five minutes and his only
[01:10:26.239] mates had said it was closer to like
[01:10:27.600] five 10 seconds or something. I mean,
[01:10:29.520] there are parts of the story. The
[01:10:32.880] important thing people need to know is,
[01:10:34.400] and this is especially for the
[01:10:35.679] debunkers, is that
[01:10:38.000] everybody, even people at SOCOM and some
[01:10:40.800] high level people because Fraver has
[01:10:43.600] said it's not ours, they are never going
[01:10:46.640] to forget about this until you get it
[01:10:48.719] handled. All they want to know is about
[01:10:50.960] the technology. How do we get it? We
[01:10:52.719] want it to be ours. So, it's not just
[01:10:55.920] the folks that want the NHI and these
[01:10:59.120] sort of herrings. There is a whole
[01:11:01.199] movement within the military
[01:11:03.840] on this. And so
[01:11:07.199] again, they get their hands on it.
[01:11:10.560] You're not going to get your hands
[01:11:12.880] >> on it. And information that comes in
[01:11:15.600] about technology is going to go to them,
[01:11:17.600] not you, whether you like it or not.
[01:11:19.760] >> Sure. So people are sort of piggybacking
[01:11:22.560] on the UFO
[01:11:25.280] sort of, you know,
[01:11:26.880] >> they are already established. They don't
[01:11:29.040] have to pounce. I'm just telling you,
[01:11:31.520] there's a fork in the road and and this
[01:11:34.320] car is going to go straight right the
[01:11:36.159] hell through it and it's going right to
[01:11:37.840] the the military. It's not going
[01:11:40.400] >> to the mainstream media. It's not going
[01:11:42.320] to the UFO folks
[01:11:44.239] >> like disclosure, right? Like everyone
[01:11:45.920] said like that
[01:11:47.040] >> you're not going to get it. It's just
[01:11:48.239] not going to happen.
[01:11:49.520] >> Sure. I mean, I honestly always thought
[01:11:51.760] that myself like just doesn't make any
[01:11:53.760] sense. Why would why they just open the
[01:11:56.400] books like that? You know, that that's
[01:11:58.480] that's not And yeah, there's no um
[01:12:01.440] >> no precedent.
[01:12:02.719] >> There's no And I just Yeah, I don't want
[01:12:04.080] to bag on people, but like the same way
[01:12:05.840] there's there's nothing you're going to
[01:12:07.040] find by a council that has the rights to
[01:12:10.560] 20 million pages of information with a
[01:12:13.280] smoking gun in there, you know, it says
[01:12:16.080] Ross will happen or I mean it's just I
[01:12:18.320] don't know just it it's busy work, but
[01:12:20.560] busy work is different from getting to
[01:12:22.159] your goal.
[01:12:24.159] >> Very true. Absolutely. Yeah, 100%. I
[01:12:27.199] mean Yeah.
[01:12:29.679] Wow. But you know, I guess maybe a
[01:12:31.679] personal question here and we can kind
[01:12:32.960] of wrap it up here. Like I mean just
[01:12:35.600] because we're here, I don't know what
[01:12:37.199] what are your thoughts on uh do you
[01:12:38.880] think it's possible that there's any
[01:12:40.880] part of our government that is hiding
[01:12:42.640] some sort of alien technology at all
[01:12:45.280] just based on what you know.
[01:12:48.239] >> I mean I get asked that a lot and keep
[01:12:52.400] in mind I've always been open to
[01:12:53.920] whatever the truth is, right? Like I've
[01:12:55.920] got a pretty high degree and so did some
[01:12:58.000] of the folks with us that night first
[01:12:59.679] time
[01:13:00.880] >> of aerospace and like I said we have a
[01:13:02.960] team that built you know when we used to
[01:13:05.520] have a space program and some other
[01:13:07.040] things
[01:13:08.800] even they and I did not think that we
[01:13:11.440] were this far ahead on technology. So
[01:13:14.320] I'm willingly publicly to admit I was
[01:13:17.520] wrong.
[01:13:19.920] So
[01:13:21.440] because of that, I can't really say
[01:13:25.440] you UFOs or NHI isn't real, you know,
[01:13:28.719] just keeping the openness.
[01:13:30.480] >> Now, how would I ever know if this was
[01:13:34.640] >> because that's really where it hits
[01:13:36.080] together is if this was reverse
[01:13:37.840] engineered from something from Roswell
[01:13:40.000] or something of that sort and crash
[01:13:41.440] retrieval programs that are alleged.
[01:13:43.760] There's no way I or anyone out there
[01:13:46.320] will ever know that answer. that answer
[01:13:49.360] varied and you'll never know it. So the
[01:13:52.560] >> the thing I would say is
[01:13:54.719] >> as much as people don't want to really
[01:13:56.960] look into material science and
[01:13:59.360] engineering. I know that doesn't sound
[01:14:01.360] like a good podcast or a good thing to
[01:14:04.080] Google, but even when you look in some
[01:14:06.560] of the Nobel prizes
[01:14:08.800] um that have been given for this, you
[01:14:10.960] would be amazed that not just, you know,
[01:14:15.040] the saying kind of goes several of the
[01:14:16.719] of the PhDs that have wrote about it and
[01:14:18.400] won the prizes that it's not that you're
[01:14:20.480] developing a whole new material. You can
[01:14:23.360] make something that's great at
[01:14:24.320] something, bad sentence, something
[01:14:25.600] that's bad, not great at something. It's
[01:14:28.239] you're opening a whole new world and
[01:14:29.920] that really is the level of you know
[01:14:33.840] changes that can be made and this whole
[01:14:36.640] defies physics sort of concept can
[01:14:39.520] happen.
[01:14:41.920] >> Yeah. You know you um you said something
[01:14:46.560] earlier that um caught my eye, you know,
[01:14:49.840] caught my ear. Um
[01:14:53.120] you said the skies aren't classified.
[01:14:57.520] Is that something you came up with?
[01:14:59.280] Because I've heard that before in this
[01:15:00.880] community from Jake Barber and Skywatch.
[01:15:02.719] >> Yeah, I have I would like to credit
[01:15:05.120] whoever said it first. I don't know. Um
[01:15:07.920] >> Okay. Have you ever worked with
[01:15:09.360] Skyatcher? That That's why I was
[01:15:10.880] thinking like I guess that's what I'm
[01:15:12.000] getting at.
[01:15:12.719] >> I have not. Um
[01:15:15.440] I've purposely tried to stay I've been
[01:15:18.400] asked like don't you know this
[01:15:19.520] whistleblower this one that one. I've
[01:15:21.280] had a lot reach out to me and things in
[01:15:23.199] good faith. Um, but because I want to
[01:15:26.080] remain in the middle where I'm not
[01:15:29.120] siding with the skeptics, I'm not siding
[01:15:30.719] with the whistleblowers. Let's get some
[01:15:32.960] answers. Let's everybody come back to
[01:15:34.560] the table because the technology, our
[01:15:36.560] technology is advanced enough to do
[01:15:38.320] that. If we can get ourselves financed
[01:15:39.920] and get that folder open to you. That's
[01:15:42.800] my plan. That's how I write up plans
[01:15:44.640] versus let's just show up every day and
[01:15:47.040] >> argue about things that happened in the
[01:15:48.800] 40s, 50s, and 60s. Yeah. That none of us
[01:15:51.199] were alive for.
[01:15:52.880] >> So, I can't say that. What I will say
[01:15:54.159] about Skywatcher is, and I don't I don't
[01:15:56.000] know a terrible amount of them, but um
[01:15:58.080] there does there is some highlevel
[01:16:00.800] people. I can't validate anything
[01:16:02.239] they've done or not done. Um but that's
[01:16:05.520] the little bit that I know about them.
[01:16:08.239] My saying uh that you can attribute to
[01:16:11.199] me is that the world's changed. You just
[01:16:14.640] don't know yet.
[01:16:16.800] >> I like it.
[01:16:17.840] >> That's my big push on people. I know
[01:16:21.040] we're greatly concerned about NHI and
[01:16:22.960] other life forms, but put all that to
[01:16:25.920] the side. You know, when Tim Phillips is
[01:16:28.159] talking about, you know, spooky things,
[01:16:29.679] the places they shouldn't be with
[01:16:30.880] performance that we can't replicate
[01:16:32.400] today, think about what that technology
[01:16:35.360] does to the world we live in today and
[01:16:37.760] just kind of forget about everything
[01:16:39.120] else. That's still a massive revelation
[01:16:41.840] coming.
[01:16:43.679] Well, also what you said about um
[01:16:45.840] Senator Rounds and what he's talking
[01:16:47.520] about in age of disclosure, you know,
[01:16:50.400] because clearly that's being sold as a
[01:16:53.920] you know, I don't care if people use UAP
[01:16:55.840] or UFO in my head, they mean alien,
[01:16:58.960] right? They can try to use whatever
[01:17:00.640] word, but that's the implication. and if
[01:17:02.800] they're trying to hide it behind
[01:17:03.760] something else. So, he's essentially
[01:17:05.600] using things you've, you know, told them
[01:17:08.960] or your group has, right, in this film
[01:17:11.280] to try to sell it as UFOs, as alien
[01:17:14.239] stuff, as nonhuman when it's not.
[01:17:16.159] >> I haven't seen the film. Um, there is
[01:17:19.199] >> me neither.
[01:17:20.320] >> One or two people that I highly respect
[01:17:23.520] that were in it. Um, but with that said,
[01:17:26.800] I don't know the editing. I have heard
[01:17:28.560] that as well exactly what you're saying.
[01:17:30.480] My hope is that it's more of a down the
[01:17:32.320] middle. Although I can definitely see
[01:17:33.600] the angle of aliens pretty pretty
[01:17:37.840] strongly in it. But when it's said that
[01:17:42.159] do you don't think for a minute that
[01:17:43.440] China or Russia will try and take this
[01:17:45.120] talk? It's because China and Russia has
[01:17:47.360] tried to buy this from me and threatened
[01:17:49.440] to kill me if they don't get it and
[01:17:52.000] Senator RS has seen it with his own eyes
[01:17:53.600] and all his eyes confirmed. That's that
[01:17:55.360] angle.
[01:17:56.000] >> Wow. Yeah. That part. Sure. Wow. I mean,
[01:18:00.320] I've I've I actually had a chance to go
[01:18:03.199] see it at Southby, but I declined just
[01:18:05.360] because I didn't want to have seen it
[01:18:08.320] and not be able to talk about it for
[01:18:10.719] however long till the film came out,
[01:18:12.719] right? I just I I
[01:18:14.560] >> I'm I I don't like that stuff. So, I was
[01:18:16.800] like, I'll just wait for everyone else
[01:18:18.239] to see it. Um, but what I have heard
[01:18:20.159] from people that have seen it is
[01:18:22.000] absolutely about pushing the idea that
[01:18:24.960] uh aliens are on Earth and we need to do
[01:18:27.760] something about it. That's definitely
[01:18:30.159] the push of this um for sure in the
[01:18:33.120] documentary
[01:18:34.960] >> or whatever that means, right?
[01:18:36.960] >> I'm I'm traveling the week that it comes
[01:18:38.960] out and the week after it comes out, so
[01:18:40.880] I may or may not see it. That's not a
[01:18:42.560] knock on the movie, but my guess is the
[01:18:44.800] entire movie and clips of it are
[01:18:46.880] probably going to be on
[01:18:48.800] mine before I ever have to.
[01:18:51.040] >> Yeah, I'll I'll be covering it, right?
[01:18:52.880] Yeah.
[01:18:53.199] >> Yeah. I don't know if I'll have to see
[01:18:55.360] it. Maybe
[01:18:56.719] >> necessarily. Um
[01:18:59.040] I'm willing to see it. There are some
[01:19:00.560] people I'm curious um what they said in
[01:19:03.840] it. I'll wait till the movie comes out
[01:19:05.360] because I've only seen the same trailer
[01:19:07.040] everybody else
[01:19:08.880] >> Yeah.
[01:19:10.000] >> seen. But
[01:19:11.440] >> you know the the main thing here is that
[01:19:14.320] you know to wrap this up
[01:19:17.360] Tim Phillips said this still collecting
[01:19:20.080] a paycheck.
[01:19:21.840] He got terminated and then into
[01:19:24.400] retirement.
[01:19:26.000] So he's also continued essentially
[01:19:28.000] double down those claims as a retiree.
[01:19:31.120] There's not any way for him to say I
[01:19:34.640] don't have a right to talk to him about
[01:19:36.080] it because you've said it both as an
[01:19:38.000] employee and as a retiree. He spoke
[01:19:39.920] about me.
[01:19:41.040] >> Yeah.
[01:19:41.520] >> I challenged him and it was a fair, very
[01:19:45.360] uh eloquent challenge. I know it's
[01:19:47.280] turned since then trying to get him to
[01:19:48.719] come on after he keeps turning him down.
[01:19:50.880] I said a fair moderate.
[01:19:53.600] That means someone we both would have
[01:19:55.360] agreed to.
[01:19:56.800] >> Sure.
[01:19:57.120] >> I made sure there was no expenses. I
[01:19:58.960] offered to pay any of the expenses. If
[01:20:00.480] it was him flying somewhere, we could do
[01:20:02.000] it in person. If not, let's do it like
[01:20:04.480] we're kind of doing it today. I said I
[01:20:06.640] would go public. my face and my name,
[01:20:08.719] right?
[01:20:09.520] >> Yeah.
[01:20:10.000] >> And I said I would bring receipts. I
[01:20:12.320] also said he should bring any receipts
[01:20:14.159] he had or he could bring anybody to
[01:20:17.360] validate his story.
[01:20:19.520] >> Some of those receipts I've since kind
[01:20:21.120] of let out. But the point of it being is
[01:20:25.120] everything he said based on even
[01:20:27.600] receipts and emails from ERO and SSCI
[01:20:30.640] staff that says deal deal financing over
[01:20:34.000] and over and over it. all these
[01:20:36.159] different things and and I've kept my
[01:20:38.560] receipts. I'll just leave it at that.
[01:20:40.560] And I keep all receipts, phone, uh
[01:20:43.600] conference call or anything else or
[01:20:45.120] email would prove he's lying.
[01:20:47.920] >> Sure.
[01:20:48.640] >> And I know that's the reason um he's not
[01:20:52.960] accepted. It's still there. I put the
[01:20:54.880] deadline as a Friday that passed.
[01:20:57.199] >> Yeah. And I just want people to know
[01:21:00.000] that anything he says from here on out
[01:21:02.880] about me, he's doing so willingly and
[01:21:06.080] intentionally without me present
[01:21:09.280] to dispute it because he had that
[01:21:10.880] opportunity. In other words, lies.
[01:21:14.960] >> That's a fair point. You're offering to,
[01:21:16.800] hey, let's get together. I'm willing to
[01:21:19.040] step up. What about you? Right. So,
[01:21:20.880] that's a fair point. I know he is doing
[01:21:22.640] an interview with um a podcast called
[01:21:27.199] Total Disclosure,
[01:21:30.080] >> right?
[01:21:30.960] >> I don't know if it's out or he recorded.
[01:21:33.120] >> It was supposed to been yesterday. I had
[01:21:34.960] everybody rally together because I was
[01:21:36.400] going to be in the chat room. Chat was
[01:21:38.480] supposed to been live.
[01:21:39.760] >> I don't know what happened. It ended up
[01:21:41.679] not being live
[01:21:43.520] >> and it's got moved to Friday. Um if it's
[01:21:47.440] not moved again, but I don't know
[01:21:49.360] because he hasn't announced the move.
[01:21:50.800] So, I don't know if that's just put it
[01:21:52.320] out a little bit while I figure out
[01:21:54.719] >> an exact time. And he did mention that
[01:21:56.639] it may not be live now due to some he
[01:21:59.040] didn't want to clear up what it was, but
[01:22:00.320] it may be recorded. And then,
[01:22:02.639] >> so I'm sure there's a story there. I'm
[01:22:04.480] not going to get into what I think or
[01:22:06.719] why, but um Sean Kurpatre in one of his
[01:22:10.239] interviews did say that essentially the
[01:22:14.239] intelligence agencies notified him that
[01:22:17.520] his home address was showing up on the
[01:22:19.840] internet and basically UFOs
[01:22:22.800] and that
[01:22:25.199] >> Sean Kirkpatrick Sean
[01:22:26.719] >> Sean Kurpatre's address. Oh, it's
[01:22:28.320] horrible. And that's essentially what
[01:22:31.120] ended up happening is he had a crazy
[01:22:33.360] person um
[01:22:34.560] >> show up at his house. I remember that.
[01:22:36.080] >> He wasn't even home. I understand it was
[01:22:37.520] his wife and his daughter, which I don't
[01:22:39.360] care how much you hate Katrick.
[01:22:41.280] >> I agree.
[01:22:41.840] >> That shouldn't be going on. Should not
[01:22:43.440] >> despicable. Yeah. Despicable. So, with
[01:22:45.199] that said, despicable as it is, one
[01:22:47.600] thing we know now, it's essentially been
[01:22:49.199] confirmed is that the intelligence
[01:22:50.880] agency does monitor
[01:22:53.840] these
[01:22:54.239] >> the boards, the UFO boards,
[01:22:55.920] >> whether it be Reddit, UAPX,
[01:22:58.400] >> um, and that's shouldn't be a surprise.
[01:23:00.800] Now, that's not me saying they're
[01:23:02.400] running,
[01:23:04.159] you know, disinformation and all the
[01:23:06.080] other sort of stuff, but we know they're
[01:23:07.840] watching. So, they damn well know about
[01:23:10.159] what's going on between me and Tim
[01:23:11.679] Phillips and the things going on. So,
[01:23:15.040] >> odds him when he talks.
[01:23:16.880] >> I mean, honestly, I was, if I'm being
[01:23:19.360] frank, I was kind of surprised that,
[01:23:21.440] nothing against that podcast or what,
[01:23:23.440] you know, I I don't know that guy. I've
[01:23:24.960] met him one time um that runs that show,
[01:23:27.840] but I was a little surprised he's going
[01:23:29.360] on that show, and I'm just surprised
[01:23:30.560] he's still doing interview. It's like,
[01:23:31.920] what is he talking about? What What is
[01:23:33.600] he going to
[01:23:35.520] Yeah, I just got asked that. Um, there's
[01:23:38.159] ones that didn't even really make it on
[01:23:39.840] to Twitter that have less than like a
[01:23:42.880] 100red views. And you got to wonder,
[01:23:44.400] this guy was at roundts that were invite
[01:23:47.199] only and international conferences and
[01:23:50.239] now he's really
[01:23:52.480] taking some odd um interviews. I my
[01:23:56.560] answer was I don't have an answer, but
[01:23:58.159] yeah, it's got to be the weirdest. Um,
[01:24:01.040] >> the only thing
[01:24:02.080] >> I reached out to the to the gentleman,
[01:24:03.679] the host of that, and did say to him,
[01:24:05.679] um, please just don't go along with what
[01:24:08.560] he says about me. I'm not telling you
[01:24:10.000] how to do your job. You form your own
[01:24:11.760] opinions. But one of the things I
[01:24:13.360] continually see when he says something
[01:24:14.800] because he sets it up so damn well
[01:24:17.920] is the podcast will repeat it. You know,
[01:24:20.000] there was one where he went into it and
[01:24:21.760] the the podcast host was like, "Well,
[01:24:24.000] no, man. I mean, as soon as you said it
[01:24:25.600] was American Tech," I was like, "That's
[01:24:27.120] not even his." you know, like, you know,
[01:24:29.040] like that never happened, buddy. You
[01:24:31.440] just bid on a [ __ ] you know,
[01:24:33.760] >> sure
[01:24:34.159] >> false story and now you're repeating it
[01:24:35.840] because that's how the snowball gets
[01:24:38.719] >> sure
[01:24:39.199] >> go. So, you know, the only thing my ask
[01:24:41.199] was on that is to make sure because he
[01:24:43.280] won't let me on there to say that's not
[01:24:46.000] true and prove it with your seats. If
[01:24:48.480] you have Tim Phillips on, I don't hate
[01:24:50.239] you. That's what hosts do. You get
[01:24:52.800] people whether they're controversial or
[01:24:54.320] not. just when it gets to me. No, he's
[01:24:56.800] saying that purposely without me there
[01:24:59.040] disputing.
[01:25:00.159] >> Sure. No, I think this is
[01:25:02.480] >> I think this is good. I I wanted to give
[01:25:04.560] you an opportunity. Um Tim's done lots
[01:25:07.040] of interviews and I thought, you know
[01:25:08.239] what, you haven't had a chance to
[01:25:11.280] explain yourself and people can decide
[01:25:13.120] for themselves
[01:25:14.960] um you know what you're saying, but I
[01:25:16.719] think it's absolutely important to hear
[01:25:19.360] um both sides. And I totally hear where
[01:25:21.360] you're coming from. I I think this will
[01:25:23.840] help dispel a lot of the rumors that are
[01:25:25.840] out there about you um that I've heard
[01:25:27.920] in my own Discord. Um some of the stuff
[01:25:30.320] I've heard, right? I told you exactly
[01:25:31.760] what's out on the street, what people
[01:25:33.199] are saying. Like that that's how they
[01:25:35.120] see it. This will clear up a lot because
[01:25:37.360] it's it's um it's honestly it's not even
[01:25:42.159] close to what the real story is
[01:25:45.360] essentially.
[01:25:45.920] >> Yeah. Well, believe whatever you want,
[01:25:47.920] but just again ask yourself about the
[01:25:51.199] world we're living in here. Like,
[01:25:52.560] imagine
[01:25:54.480] >> an SCS serves at the leisure of the
[01:25:57.120] president going on a podcast and
[01:25:59.040] accusing an American civilian
[01:26:02.159] of extorting
[01:26:04.320] the government.
[01:26:05.199] >> So odd
[01:26:06.159] >> that he got told things and make him say
[01:26:08.080] it wouldn't be safe to have around his
[01:26:09.360] family. That
[01:26:10.560] >> yeah,
[01:26:10.880] >> I'm going to sell it to another country.
[01:26:13.840] I mean, um, at what level is this okay?
[01:26:19.199] I mean, that's really the question.
[01:26:20.639] >> I agree.
[01:26:22.400] >> Sure. Yeah. You would think that like he
[01:26:25.840] had a foolproof,
[01:26:28.320] you know, evidence or receipts or plan
[01:26:30.800] to say something like that because that
[01:26:32.320] is so that's a huge accusation. I don't
[01:26:35.920] know if you're a if you're a, you know,
[01:26:39.760] um, full-blown patriot, right, and
[01:26:41.920] really love this country, that that is
[01:26:43.600] quite literally the worst accusation
[01:26:46.400] that can be heralded against you,
[01:26:48.400] especially as someone who's trying to
[01:26:49.760] work with the government, right? You're
[01:26:51.600] trying to extort the government and be a
[01:26:53.280] traitor. Like, what what worse
[01:26:55.280] accusation is that? Like, that that is
[01:26:58.239] it's horrible.
[01:26:59.679] >> Yeah. I mean, I know we're trying to get
[01:27:01.120] off here, but I want to say something
[01:27:02.239] about that, which is when we ran into
[01:27:03.760] the Invention Secrecy Act, and you can
[01:27:06.320] go to every member of SSCI's YouTube
[01:27:08.639] channel, they all have them, every
[01:27:09.920] senator, and just type in China, and
[01:27:12.639] there are multiple videos. Some of them
[01:27:14.800] are known as China hawks, moaning and
[01:27:16.880] groaning about China and the China
[01:27:18.719] leadership, dictatorship, and going on
[01:27:21.679] on.
[01:27:23.360] They know about the invention secrecy
[01:27:25.040] act. So, if I was to say to you, pick a
[01:27:26.960] country, Patrick,
[01:27:28.800] that does this and then tell you they
[01:27:31.280] take things from inventors that they
[01:27:33.040] didn't fund, that wasn't made for them,
[01:27:36.400] that could help the world out, power
[01:27:38.400] sources or whatever it may be, and they
[01:27:40.719] take it in a way that even though
[01:27:41.840] they're supposed to pay, they don't. And
[01:27:43.600] the legal will show that there's several
[01:27:45.760] articles out about it.
[01:27:48.320] And then they lock you into an NDA where
[01:27:49.920] you can't speak to anybody of your own
[01:27:51.440] spouse about it. What country does that?
[01:27:55.360] >> It hurts me to say as a proud American.
[01:27:58.719] >> Maybe it probably is China, Russia, and
[01:28:00.480] the rest of them, but it's our own
[01:28:01.840] country. And someone's going to
[01:28:03.360] unfortunately has to speak up. My
[01:28:05.120] grandfather who was in a World War II
[01:28:08.320] and had a life of problems because of
[01:28:10.639] just being on a couple ships that got
[01:28:12.560] brought down and floating in the water,
[01:28:15.679] especially when you get into some cold
[01:28:16.880] water is not the greatest for you. Lead
[01:28:19.280] pipes, asbestous walls, and paint, you
[01:28:21.280] know. Yeah.
[01:28:23.120] >> Was always
[01:28:25.040] happy to say that he would have fought
[01:28:27.040] that war again because some people
[01:28:28.719] didn't get to come home
[01:28:31.199] >> and it was really the war of freedom.
[01:28:33.920] >> Wow.
[01:28:34.320] >> It had to be done, right?
[01:28:35.840] >> Yeah.
[01:28:36.159] >> But with that said, and some of the
[01:28:38.400] finances we had to use on this that were
[01:28:40.320] family assets, he gave us permission to
[01:28:42.719] sell them because he said, "This isn't
[01:28:44.560] what I fought the war for. This sort of
[01:28:46.800] invention secrecy act [ __ ] that's
[01:28:49.920] >> going on." like, you know, we're
[01:28:51.040] supposed to have constitutional rights.
[01:28:52.800] So, being a proud patriot
[01:28:56.000] and being accused of the things like
[01:28:58.800] this from Tim Phillips, I hate to use
[01:29:02.080] the mainstream media title, but like
[01:29:04.080] this really needs to be discussed on
[01:29:06.400] bigger
[01:29:08.800] platforms to get this guy pinned down
[01:29:11.040] enough to where there needs to be a
[01:29:12.880] retraction of that statement. I asked Si
[01:29:16.400] and Arrow and neither one of them have
[01:29:18.080] answered that back.
[01:29:21.120] man. Well, look, um
[01:29:24.639] I can try to reach out to Tim and see if
[01:29:27.520] he'll let me mediate something between
[01:29:30.400] both of y'all.
[01:29:31.440] >> I I think you owe that and I don't mind
[01:29:33.520] doing that.
[01:29:34.719] >> I would greatly appreciate it. Several
[01:29:37.520] more than several I would guess. I won't
[01:29:40.080] go to the amount but it's a high amount
[01:29:41.600] of people um who I didn't ask to reach
[01:29:45.120] out to Tim but took it upon themselves
[01:29:48.800] to reach out to them did send me the
[01:29:51.040] correspondence back and forth and it
[01:29:53.199] seems to be that he's kind of playing it
[01:29:55.600] with the Denver team. It's like why
[01:29:57.520] would Michael want to talk to me and you
[01:29:59.840] know I gave an analogy on one of the
[01:30:02.080] spaces somewhere where it was like
[01:30:04.719] because UAPX is so much like high
[01:30:06.880] school. I was saying it's like there's
[01:30:09.760] there's no comparison to what just
[01:30:11.360] happened. Like I don't think people
[01:30:12.480] understand how [ __ ] crazy this just
[01:30:15.120] went down. Extortion from a guy who's an
[01:30:18.080] SCES, you know, this is insane.
[01:30:20.639] >> I agree. But the best thing I can say is
[01:30:23.120] if you were a high school kid
[01:30:26.159] claim that someone was only going to
[01:30:27.600] start the football game at quarterback
[01:30:29.280] because their dad knows the coach and
[01:30:32.719] he's only dating this girl because he's
[01:30:34.320] rich and he's only got straight A's
[01:30:36.000] because you know you talk [ __ ] all day
[01:30:38.080] long and at lunch someone comes up to
[01:30:39.600] you like, "Hey Patrick, Mike wants to
[01:30:41.679] talk to you." There's a certain amount
[01:30:44.080] of person that's like, "Oh boy, here it
[01:30:45.840] comes." Or there's always that kid
[01:30:47.199] that's like, "Huh, what what do they
[01:30:48.880] want to talk to me about?" And like
[01:30:50.880] that's the Tim.
[01:30:52.560] >> He doesn't know. He he can't figure out
[01:30:54.320] what Michael would want to.
[01:30:55.760] >> He's playing dumb. Like what do you mean
[01:30:57.679] >> playing the dumb, right? So with that
[01:30:59.840] said, if I would be glad for you to
[01:31:02.400] reach out to him
[01:31:04.400] again, we can have a very civilized
[01:31:08.320] conversation.
[01:31:10.320] Everybody will have cop copies of all
[01:31:12.480] the receipts beforehand. There's no
[01:31:15.199] surprise.
[01:31:16.800] >> Sure. you know, and we can work through
[01:31:18.880] it. And I'm more than glad to have that
[01:31:22.080] conversation.
[01:31:24.639] >> No, I appreciate that because I mean,
[01:31:26.400] I'm on the outside, too, and I I I would
[01:31:29.760] like to speak to him and get his side of
[01:31:31.600] the story from this and why he would say
[01:31:33.600] that, what, you know, because it just
[01:31:35.040] seems so unusual. And you've been very
[01:31:37.840] professional and respectful in all of
[01:31:40.480] our communications and today as well.
[01:31:43.440] Um, and um, I see nothing wrong with it.
[01:31:46.320] And that's the way I run my channel. I
[01:31:47.920] would absolutely mediate it um
[01:31:50.000] objectively and um give him a chance to
[01:31:52.639] speak, give you a chance to speak and
[01:31:54.400] and keep it very civil. So, if you can
[01:31:57.600] help me with I don't have his contact
[01:31:59.760] info, so maybe if you know offline you
[01:32:01.760] can help me if that's possible. I don't
[01:32:03.840] want you to have to reveal anything you
[01:32:05.679] don't. I mean, I I guess I can try to
[01:32:07.360] find it on my own, but um
[01:32:09.280] >> I'll tell you the little bit I know
[01:32:10.480] based on people that have reached out to
[01:32:12.080] him um and go from there. But again,
[01:32:15.199] it's
[01:32:17.280] It's needed not just out of what's owed
[01:32:20.719] to me, but within a community of even a
[01:32:24.560] country to have something like this
[01:32:26.159] happen, again, you just can't go into
[01:32:27.760] how insane this is.
[01:32:29.760] >> Sure.
[01:32:30.239] >> There needs to be a discussion
[01:32:32.880] about this. Again, the same people that
[01:32:35.280] were working with me to get this done
[01:32:37.600] before I ended up at SSCI to fund it,
[01:32:40.480] the same people that briefed SSCI how to
[01:32:42.960] fund it, even after all this crazy stuff
[01:32:45.920] with Phillips, the same people that are
[01:32:47.440] still with me that want to get things
[01:32:49.360] that are invention secrecy related to
[01:32:51.199] our people. That's you're always better
[01:32:53.840] working together.
[01:32:55.440] >> Yeah.
[01:32:55.760] >> Brief Burles on how to get it funded. No
[01:32:57.920] one's left me. It's just this crazy
[01:33:00.000] story that's really trying to ruin me.
[01:33:02.400] and let's talk it out and let everybody
[01:33:04.239] see it. You'll see my face. You'll see
[01:33:05.760] my whole name.
[01:33:07.199] >> Sure.
[01:33:07.600] >> Let's talk.
[01:33:08.960] >> Sure. All right. Well, I'm gonna try to
[01:33:11.840] make that happen and fingers crossed. Um
[01:33:16.080] but look, Michael, I just want to say
[01:33:17.600] that um yeah, I really appreciate you
[01:33:19.199] coming on, man. And I appreciate cander
[01:33:21.040] and your u um you know, honesty and just
[01:33:25.360] willing to talk and I've really enjoyed
[01:33:27.920] this conversation. I'm really I I don't
[01:33:30.639] like to hear that you feel that you and
[01:33:33.040] your family and your life is in danger.
[01:33:34.880] And I I understand the seriousness of
[01:33:36.800] those allegations. Again, I I'm
[01:33:38.960] dumbfounded. They're they're
[01:33:41.040] extrrenuous. They're It's the highest
[01:33:43.199] accusation you could throw at somebody
[01:33:45.600] in this situation. So, um I'm sorry. I'm
[01:33:49.679] glad you Yeah, I'm glad you let me come
[01:33:51.920] on here and talk because normally it's
[01:33:53.440] just you know
[01:33:56.159] non-stop
[01:33:57.920] NHI who built the tech non-stop trolls
[01:34:02.639] uh you know Phillips is confirmed I have
[01:34:04.400] what I have one guy want to know how'd
[01:34:05.679] you pay for it and it's like why would I
[01:34:07.360] tell a random guy on the internet how
[01:34:08.800] would that be a valid question if he's
[01:34:10.880] already confirmed I have
[01:34:12.719] >> you know it's [ __ ] like that and this is
[01:34:14.320] really I thought was good just time to
[01:34:17.440] come on and actually speak and talk
[01:34:19.280] about things that are going on. But
[01:34:21.920] yeah, that's the absolute
[01:34:25.760] worst accusation and unfortunately it
[01:34:28.800] came from one of the highest type of
[01:34:31.280] rankings and individuals still getting a
[01:34:34.000] paycheck when he said it. You know, my
[01:34:37.040] grandfather always felt like uh Oswwell
[01:34:40.320] was the guy because he got a
[01:34:41.840] dishonorable discharge. Like that's the
[01:34:43.600] sort of environment I grew up in is like
[01:34:46.320] you know you go against your country
[01:34:49.440] you're the worst human being you know I
[01:34:51.840] mean like
[01:34:52.719] >> absolutely possible. So and then to have
[01:34:54.880] this come out it's insane. So I
[01:34:56.880] appreciate the time time from you here.
[01:34:59.520] >> Of course Michael absolutely and and if
[01:35:01.600] we need to do it again let's do it. I'm
[01:35:03.679] definitely going to try with uh Tim and
[01:35:06.560] um you know we'll just go from there. So
[01:35:08.400] again, man, just appreciate you coming
[01:35:10.159] on and chatting.
[01:35:14.639] >> Hi. Yeah, I just wanted to mention
[01:35:17.040] Stephen Greer, Dr. Steven Greer has gone
[01:35:19.600] into detail quite extensively about what
[01:35:22.560] he calls the red flag or false flag
[01:35:25.920] situation where the government's going
[01:35:27.280] to try to make everybody think there's
[01:35:29.120] really all this hostile alien thing
[01:35:33.440] happening when it and that will be their
[01:35:36.000] excuse to arm.
[01:35:39.600] So maybe you should check out
[01:35:43.040] what Dr. Steven Greer has to say about
[01:35:45.199] that. I was just watching your show that
[01:35:47.280] called uh Jeremy Corbel comes clean
[01:35:49.760] about uh ThreeI Atlas. I enjoy your
[01:35:52.800] show. So does my husband. Thank you very
[01:35:54.719] much for what you do. Bye.
