[01:32] Right, everybody, welcome back to Total Disclosure, hosted by yours truly, Ty Roberts.

[01:41] Um, I'm super excited to be here.

[01:44] Um, I hope you guys are ready for a really fun night.

[01:47] I interviewed a gentleman who goes by the name Whistling Mike.

[01:54] Um, I I recorded this interview probably three, I don't know, Gene.

[02:00] Uh Gene might know the exact time, but uh some months ago I I I interviewed a guy named Whistling Mike.

[02:07] Uh, he's a civilian contractor, and we had to film it in a very unique way, you know, kind of over the shoulder.

[02:14] Um, can't show, you know, he was very adamant about not showing himself on camera.

[02:21] Um, he was protecting, you know, what he was doing behind the scenes, um, trying to get said contract with the government.

[02:28] Um, and you know, some you you told me something at the beginning of this week while we're filming our last episode that we did.

[02:37] Um, so uh kind of just want to pass it to you.

[02:41] Why are why are we here tonight?

[02:43] Obviously, there's a live show, but why why are we here tonight specifically doing this show?

[02:49] Yeah, so um, you know, as you covered back during that live interview and and even before that, I think we'd had Mike on a couple of times.

[02:58] Yeah.

[02:59] Um, when he was just his his avatar up on the screen.

[03:03] Yeah, and you know, he wanted to uh you know, he he he wanted to demonstrate to the the powers behind the scenes that he's not going to wait forever.

[03:17] Um, that what he's talking about has real national security implications, and that you know, he's he's been nice for a while in trying to work with them to bring um, you know, not just bring his story, but it to really bring what he has to offer um in the space of of UAS, these un uh unmanned aerial systems, um detection and and security.

[03:49] And you know, you look over the last few months, right?

[03:53] Look at you know what's happened in Russia with drones and the attacks on their infrastructure.

[03:58] And there's you know, Natalia was telling me today she keeps track of a daily, you know, one gas station will have one brand of fuel, you know, for a limited amount of time.

[04:10] And everybody, you know, everybody's rushing for you know to get 95 at one station and then oh there's 98 at another, and and it's just you know a mess.

[04:20] Um, you look at what's developed, you know, continue to develop in Iran and and today, you know, President Trump uh talking about uh the US energy infrastructure and all the rest of it.

[04:33] So there are a lot of vulnerabilities.

[04:36] Um this drone threat is real, and Mike's a guy that has an answer and has been led around by the nose um by the government for you know almost two decades now, right?

[04:50] You know, over like 20 years he's been doing this, right?

[04:53] Right, and we're here now because he finally said, you know, that's it.

[04:58] I'm coming out, I'm coming public.

[05:00] You know, once his uh full identity is revealed, there's there's other stories that will fall into place that have happened over the decades, and um, you know, we said puzzle pieces let's get you on with time, yeah.

[05:15] Puzzle pieces were what we'll kind of start to um the the you'll start to see where they fit in into the larger picture.

[05:24] Um, something I really actually wanted so I want to talk to you about this before this is like kind of a side story, but um do remember I told you a story about Mario Woods.

[05:37] He was um nuclear, uh he was at uh well military police on a nuclear facility, Ellsworth Air Force Base in the 70s.

[05:47] Yep.

[05:48] Well, turns out his partner had gone missing, not missing, but they got separated during the event, um, right after it happened, and he was never able to reach out or find them again.

[05:59] Right, that is, and uh Mario's a good friend of mine.

[06:04] I actually called him today to because and I'll give credit where credit is due, and and I'm doing this now because I need it to be in the beginning.

[06:13] So sorry, Mike.

[06:14] I need it to be in the beginning.

[06:16] Mario was able to find Michael Johnson with the help of Jesse Michaels from American Alchemy, credit where credit is fucking due.

[06:28] I tried to look for Michael Johnson, it was like a needle in a haystack in an ever connected world.

[06:34] You figured, you know, Mar Mario had hired private investigators, Mario had hired uh like serious people.

[06:42] He he had he only agreed to be on Elizondo's TV show if History Channel helped him look for Michael Johnson, which they didn't help look for him.

[06:52] Um you know, told him like, hey, yeah, we'll do what you'll we'll do what you're asking.

[06:58] Got him.

[06:59] That's a separate story.

[07:01] Arrow, but this is where it kind of ties in.

[07:04] He also testified to Arrow and asked them the same thing.

[07:09] He said, I'll testify, but you have to help me locate Michael Johnson.

[07:12] They said, Yep, they heard his testimony and then never helped him.

[07:17] Jesse Michaels enlists the help of someone, and um that they found him, dude.

[07:23] And there's like a little teaser that played in a in the Joe Rogan episode, and like you can see Mario cry, like like really crying, and like the dude, this is a hard military dude.

[07:34] Like, and this is a guy with one of those like very photographic memories where he like he remembers detail.

[07:42] Like, you can be like, what was the weather on this date?

[07:44] Look it up, and he's right.

[07:46] Like, he's one of those guys, and arguably one of the most arguably one of the best cases, but it also is a big part of the nuclear UFO similarity, always a reddish orb over the base, over the silos that is interacting with the weapons and interacting with those uh that are guarding weapons and and um attached to them in some some form or some shape or form.

[08:18] So I just want to get that out of the way.

[08:20] Congrats.

[08:21] Um, we're gonna definitely give you a bringing Mario to Mario Boston, though, and hopefully even Michael Johnson.

[08:26] But yeah, that would be a reunion though.

[08:29] Um with that being said, guys, uh let's bring them in.

[08:32] Let's bring them in.

[08:34] Oh my god, there's a banner over your face for the first time.

[08:38] Mike, uh, how are you, man?

[08:41] It's good to see you with a camera on.

[08:46] I think you're muted, bud.

[08:48] Oh yeah, we can take care of that.

[08:52] It's gonna get pretty serious pretty fast.

[08:56] So why and and before we bring in the last panel panelist on this, um, and there's a reason that we did it this way.

[09:05] Um, why are you what what because I remember me and Gene had a a conversation a while back, and it was after we had filmed with you here in the studio, and I just asked him, I was like, you know, Gene, eventually, one way like the the shoe's gonna drop on one side, right?

[09:25] He's either gonna get the contract, he's gonna go silent, right?

[09:30] And or he's gonna get frustrated, he's gonna go public.

[09:34] And I was like, I wonder how long it will be.

[09:37] And here we are.

[09:39] So it's just it's a very interesting.

[09:41] What made that happen?

[09:44] You know what?

[09:45] I was always willing to be reasonable until I couldn't be unreasonable, you know.

[09:52] Sometimes reasonable men have to do unreasonable things.

[09:56] To quote Marvin Hemeyer, it's got to that point.

[10:01] So real fast, my own words have been the world's changed, you just don't know it yet.

[10:09] Well, that's a good quote.

[10:10] Fuck that.

[10:11] Time to start talking and showing people things.

[10:14] That's where we're at right now.

[10:16] And that's what I I really want to talk about, obviously, because um I think what's lacking in this community right now is actual like hands-on, like, all right, let's go somewhere, let's put it up, let's show me how it works, right?

[10:34] Give me a demo.

[10:35] Um, where did you, you know, and that and then filling in parts of the story, right?

[10:40] That maybe you didn't want to talk about before.

[10:42] What goes where that can help us understand um, you know, where this material came from or where it might have come from, uh, what your best speculation is, um, given you know its capabilities.

[10:56] But we do have one last person um that you requested be here tonight.

[11:01] And uh I'm gonna switch the background, uh, Dave Ungar.

[11:06] Uh, welcome to Total Disclosure, man.

[11:09] Hey guys, thank you for having me on tonight.

[11:11] It is a pleasure to be here.

[11:13] I've uh like I said earlier, I've watched enough of your shows, Ty, to uh feel like I kind of know you a little bit.

[11:19] So uh thanks for having me on, man.

[11:21] That's always a surreal feeling, right?

[11:23] When someone's like, Yeah, I've watched you that much, where you know it's like because that that's the way I feel about like other people.

[11:29] My like I I I I have that feeling towards um you know, certain other podcasters, so and and just people in general, uh on like in the on TV and stuff like that.

[11:43] So actors and actresses, but I don't want to make it sound weird or anything like that.

[11:47] It's not, it's no, it's it's it's not because you know, like often even like back when I was dating and stuff, um, you know, you never really want to tell people that you do this because there's just way too many hours of me sitting and talking where like it's just an unfair advantage for someone, right?

[12:09] You can like really like get to know me, and it's like you know, that's a choice I make.

[12:15] It's a choice we all make as people that are public facing, and um, you know, it's it is a big risk, actually.

[12:23] We had a little breach, uh, a little scare uh recently with uh potential doxing.

[12:28] Um, so you know, it does get real, even though I've I I I would have been able to handle it.

[12:34] Um, it's just you it it's you don't think it could happen until it something bad does happen, right?

[12:41] So uh anyway, with that being said, Dave, what are what's your background?

[12:46] What what tell us a little bit about yourself?

[12:50] Well, um in the podcasting world, I've run a uh pro wrestling podcast since 2015, um, the Attitude of Regression Wrestling Podcast.

[13:00] And um like about a year and a half ago, I decided I wanted to branch off and cover this other area that I've always been passionate about, which was UFOs, UAPs, the history of uh ufology, that sort of uh thing.

[13:13] So I started to expand the podcast into that, and we started to do some uh episodes covering some historical sightings, and and I've gone through those and and uh and Mike's always been on the show with me, uh kind of in the chat, although he was the co-host on the last episode we did.

[13:29] But um, in the real world, uh I am an attorney, and uh next year will be my 30th year as an attorney, so yeah, um too too long, that's for sure.

[13:42] But um, but I you know, I think Mike just kind of uh asked me with what he's doing.

[13:47] I I mean I need to make it clear I'm not representing Mike or anything like that.

[13:51] I'm here kind of as a friend to him, and you know, kind of you guys as well, just you know, in case things get weird, or we go into some places where where it might be uncomfortable.

[14:00] Um, he just thought it would be a good idea to have honestly somebody around like that.

[14:05] I think it was a good idea too, and um so I will kind of get us kicked off here.

[14:12] Um first off, Mike.

[14:17] Um, I know that you've probably told it a million times.

[14:21] Um I hate to have you do this, but for anyone who doesn't or hasn't heard of you, can you give a brief maybe the briefest you've ever done?

[14:32] I don't know.

[14:32] It's up to you how long you want to go, but just like the the story of what happened to why you became a person who needed to be anonymous, why you did what you did.

[14:48] Yeah, well, let's go for it.

[14:51] So I went ahead and threw my ex account back up because as an anonymous person, uh uh I dropped off there when I was able to.

[14:58] So the first clip you're gonna see up there pinned is Tim Phillips.

[15:02] That was the former acting director of Aero.

[15:04] Arrows do essentially it switched offices a couple times, but the Pentagon, for sake of uh explaining it, they're the office that looks into things like UFOs or UAP.

[15:15] And when he made this comment that's up there pinned, he was actually still getting a paycheck on deferred retirement.

[15:21] And he goes on to say that one witness, which he later identified me in several other podcasts, came in and he thought that I was distorting the government because I had physical material, and then at the end takes a chip shop bomb based on what he was heard.

[15:35] He wouldn't think I'd be safe around one's family.

[15:38] I'm the only civilian in the history of America that's ever been torched like that from an SES, which is uh in Tim's own words, serves at the pleasure of a presence.

[15:49] So sorry to cut you.

[15:51] Um I didn't mean to jump in there, but um that was a wild thing to say.

[15:56] Um, and like getting to know you, that was definitely a wild thing to say because that's actually how we met, and maybe I should have told that story.

[16:05] Maybe that would have been a better one to like intro how I know you.

[16:09] Well um, it's it's still the good place to jump in.

[16:13] So this has been going on for decades.

[16:15] I've been building technology for decades, all my own chance encounter.

[16:19] Everything we've been doing is trying to help the government.

[16:22] You know, that was the whole point of me having to come out at all and start talking.

[16:25] Uh, the funding people that work with the government that, you know, briefed SSCI, briefed some of the UAP caucus on how to get me going, have vouched for me.

[16:36] They're still with me, right?

[16:38] Tim got terminated, we all know, but they're still with me.

[16:42] So again, this sort of uh schmering retaliation of someone coming in and saying some things they didn't like, which was there are programs out there that uh have not been briefed like they should be.

[16:54] And you don't just have to listen to me, even though I'm not on great terms with Rounds' office, and Rounds' office, if you look at any of his last interviews or anything he's done with Ascapole, he always says when he's asked, Do you feel like you've been briefed uh on all the programs out there?

[17:11] He always says, No, he doesn't.

[17:14] Okay, he doesn't think I'm that reason, and I would agree with it.

[17:18] So it was kind of like being stuck in the middle, and then the torching started.

[17:23] Uh Ty kind of got drug into the middle of it.

[17:26] I'm not for sure, but Ty, you may be the only person that's ever interviewed Tim Phillips and me now that I think about it.

[17:32] I think I am actually.

[17:34] So, you know, that's kind of how me and Ty met.

[17:37] Uh, cooler heads always prevail, and you also learn to really kind of um see who someone really is.

[17:43] Uh and we went from there.

[17:45] But yeah, that's it.

[17:47] Yeah, it was a dark lesson.

[17:49] Uh, so I was I was set to interview Tim Phillips, and it just so happened that you had kind of sprung up in like this way that you were kind of I don't know, taking the next step.

[18:03] I I you know it was a very tumultuous time for me because I was like, wait, what the hell did I do?

[18:13] And then I found out that things were being scheduled around said episode.

[18:16] And I was like, what the fuck did I just get involved in?

[18:19] Like, what the fuck?

[18:21] Yeah, well, what did I do?

[18:23] You know, just to to kind of chip on on that, I'm the only civilian my group where the uh contained the only civilians, non-military, non-clearance holders, to ever be in the history of the Senate Select Committee intelligence skiff ever be in there.

[18:39] Even the fucking janitor has to have clearance.

[18:43] Right.

[18:44] So a couple decades ago.

[18:49] What happened to you?

[18:51] You can give us the brief version.

[18:53] Um, but to bring us back to when this all began.

[18:58] Um that that that night that you know you see what you see in the sky.

[19:06] Yeah.

[19:08] You don't have to give like this long.

[19:10] Oh, yeah.

[19:11] So the the shorted version is, you know, even though uh uh I've made it pretty high, you know, I was the VP of a pub we traded company for a while.

[19:18] I grew up in a town, you know, basically pretty poor as can be.

[19:22] You know, I'm not much of a complainer to go down that route, but uh definitely live the American dream.

[19:28] And because I grew up in that sort of way, I'm still hands-on, right?

[19:32] So did investments, started little businesses on the side, right?

[19:37] Everybody, you know, wants to own this or own part of that.

[19:39] And um, one of them happened to be a company that dealt in high technology to monitor um various things.

[19:47] And like I've always been, there was a long drive to make for a client, and uh, I was like, Yeah, I'll throw in on it, right?

[19:54] You know, I can take off a pinstripe soup in a you know board meeting and just throw on some jeans, some wranglers, right?

[20:01] I'm from Kansas, so I was like, look, I'll drive home if you guys don't want to stay.

[20:05] It was gonna be one of those nights where it's a late drive.

[20:07] They were like, Yeah, we'd like to drive.

[20:09] So I'm in the will and rolling along about 3 a.m.

[20:13] Came across some lights out in the field that shouldn't have been in there.

[20:16] That was getting close to home.

[20:18] Uh went through a whole process of trying to get closer and closer to it, and it was tracking slowly away from us.

[20:23] Ended up actually getting up to it, and there you have what is the craft.

[20:28] I think a lot of people like to refer to it as a uh triangle.

[20:32] This is close to what we seen, but it was an actual craft, so not just a flat triangle, like some of the illustrations I see.

[20:39] And we happened to have a whole bunch of technology with this, and so after a couple minutes, you know, we didn't go in guns of blazing, we went in incredibly slow, incredibly cautious.

[20:49] It was like, Jesus, why would we not?

[20:52] Why would we not try and get some readings and some information from it?

[20:55] So we went through all that.

[20:57] Uh right towards the end, a piece simply put came off, fell off, right?

[21:02] We think that had to do with why it was basically off the ground less than 50 foot for more than 10 minutes, just hovering, you know, problems, issues.

[21:11] Uh recover that piece, and then began the journey the next day where you're talking to all your group, and your group's kind of saying, like, I sure the hell don't want to be the guy that's got to call in and say, you know, I seen this thing or I recovered this.

[21:23] So if they go back and listen to the podcast I did with Ty, I really go through all that.

[21:28] Um, and at first, you know, this is back in the early 2000s, it was a joke, right?

[21:33] Imagine calling the FBI saying at 3 a.m.

[21:36] you saw an UFO out in the field in Kansas, right?

[21:40] And things have things have changed a lot.

[21:43] Yeah, and that's something did you I I forget, uh and I will do when for anyone watching this in the future, there'll be like a little thing that's up there right now, and uh it'll link you to the episode that we did together in the studio where it kind of goes through everything.

[22:02] Um, but when you uh were calling the FBI and and telling people about this originally, were you including the part that something fell off and that you had retrieved something?

[22:12] It never got to that.

[22:13] You know, you anybody when you go through a process, and this is one of the reasons me and Dave get along good, is he kind of goes through a chronological order on his podcast and fits it together.

[22:24] And so, no different than my story, you know.

[22:27] I want to start at the beginning, I want to make sure I'm talking to someone that's gonna listen to me.

[22:31] I want to make sure I don't just blurt out, you know, hovering UFO at 3 a.m., right?

[22:36] Because you know that's not gonna go well.

[22:38] But even though I tried and tried again and tried a different office calling through, every time you got to it, they would either hang up on you or tell you basically, sir, call one of these, you know, move on, or whoever it might have been back at the time.

[22:54] So, no, it never got to that point because they did not want to hear the story.

[22:59] Uh, I couldn't get a hold of the wear desk or whatever they've talked about, it it just never got to any part of that story.

[23:05] That was already too wild of a story for them.

[23:07] FBI's got better things to do.

[23:10] Yeah, I suppose if if if that makes any fucking sense, uh I don't understand because if there's a triangle craft that is being described like that, um, if I took that call as an FBI agent.

[23:25] Well, I mean, you know, keep in mind to kind of work through this quickly.

[23:30] Uh we then went to the Department of Defense and we went to each military branch, and they were highly interested because we started to send in information, right?

[23:39] You know, different type of coordinates and information.

[23:42] But they weren't like, let's have a talk, it was let's investigate you.

[23:46] So, you know, we went through getting investigated by all sorts of military intelligence.

[23:51] You know, we're civilians, right?

[23:52] I'm a civilian.

[23:53] So eventually, even though they put us through the ringer, which they legally shouldn't have, because you you can't do that with a civilian, right?

[24:00] We're talking things like polygraphs and all sorts of stuff.

[24:03] You're not supposed to do that, it's supposed to go down jurisdiction-wise to the FBI.

[24:08] Wouldn't the Patriot Act allow them to treat you as I don't want to say this the wrong way, but you know what I mean?

[24:19] Well, I mean, again, I I don't know unless Dave wants to kick in on that.

[24:24] I mean, but I suppose my view was the government does what the government wants to do.

[24:29] Right.

[24:29] Like, because if they're treating you hostile, if they're treating you that way, and like, you know, we're not supposed to treat citizens that way, is one of the ways that they're getting around that, the Patriot Act that was signed after 9-11.

[24:43] Um Yeah, I've done I've talked about this on my show a bit.

[24:46] Like the Patriot Act really, it gives the government uh enhanced ability to engage in extra surveillance, wiretapping, things of that nature.

[24:55] Um, it doesn't necessarily like like I think where you guys are kind of going, it doesn't necessarily immunize them against corrupt conduct, you know, um, to like plant evidence, to extort evidence, to manufacture, fabricate.

[25:08] I mean, you've heard uh Matthew Brown and Dylan Borland have talked about that same sort of issue.

[25:13] Um, where it gets weird is that the in uh intelligence agents and the intelligence community, um, they've got the ability to use all sorts of different concepts of state and federal law to create like this menagerie of immunity, you know.

[25:29] So they can come in and and basically say, uh, well, we can do this under the state supremacy clause, and and you know, throw in a few other things as well and just kind of create this this veil of immunity on here.

[25:40] And that that's where you really bog down in this whole thing is like, yeah, like Mike's saying, they can do pretty much whatever they want and kind of get away with it.

[25:49] And uh that's that's the real uphill battle that you face in these sort of situations.

[25:55] Yeah, that's rough.

[25:57] So okay, so now you start shopping around to the military, the military starts investigating you.

[26:02] Um, can you tell me what happens next?

[26:05] Yeah, well, you know, here's the thing: everything we did, even when they started to put heat on.

[26:13] Sorry, there's a little bit of echo.

[26:15] Yeah, I got one playing back was to do things the right way, right?

[26:21] Legally.

[26:22] We weren't hiding anything.

[26:24] We're literally trying to come to you and say, here's what happened, here's what we got, and everybody's telling us go away.

[26:30] And then when you start getting to certain branches, you know, even before this, they're like, Well, it's not ours, do what you want with it.

[26:36] It's a joke.

[26:36] So we did.

[26:38] We started to build our radar system.

[26:39] Now, as we started to get actual data to send in, like I was talking about with coordinates and information, that's when they became interested.

[26:46] So that's post getting some actual radar systems up and rolling.

[26:51] So when it got down to where we were at, what we wanted to do was be cleared by everybody.

[26:57] There was only one step left, and that was the FBI.

[27:00] You know, once they clear us, then hell, let's get the company up and rolling, right?

[27:05] So willingly went into the FBI.

[27:08] They wanted it at the you know, at the headquarters, it wasn't one of them personal visits.

[27:12] They got the Department of Justice there, they got the attorneys in the littlest fucking table you've ever seen in your life, you know.

[27:21] So I get to sit at that tiny ass little table, these big fucking muscle guys everywhere.

[27:26] I mean, and you're not like a small guy either.

[27:28] No, like I yeah, I don't know how many it would have took to kick my ass, but they had enough.

[27:32] It was kind of one of those sort of ordeals, you know.

[27:35] And then of course, you got the fancy suit guys, and uh one guy, the only thing I can figure, because it was early of the morning, he must have down like a pot of coffee and like a six-pack of monster because he was fucking ready to go, right?

[27:48] So it ends up as we're going through this, where whatever I say, he's speaking over me, he starts slamming his fist on the fucking table, and he gets to the point where he's saying that I am blackmailing the United States government.

[28:00] And I'm saying, Nope, I'm not, not at all.

[28:04] And he's saying, Yeah, you are.

[28:05] That's what you're saying.

[28:05] You just said it.

[28:06] And so I'm like, Nope, I did not say that.

[28:08] That's your words.

[28:09] I'm like, Yeah, you did.

[28:09] That's what blackmail is.

[28:11] And it's like, look, man, we came here willingly.

[28:15] I've talked to you willingly, right?

[28:17] It was a mistake, didn't bring an attorney, probably should have got one before I went through all this, and that's what ended up getting me in a whole lot of trouble, not trouble because I did something wrong, but just trouble because you get taken advantage of.

[28:28] So, you know, rule a rule to live by there.

[28:32] But at the end of all this, uh, he got pretty pissed at me because I actually am pretty good debating, and maybe I'm dumb or too smart, but I'm pretty good at some smart ass comments back, you know.

[28:43] So I kind of got him into a word salad where it was like, Look, I'll I'll take a fucking polygraph that shows you I didn't break any rules or laws.

[28:51] And he was like, Well, you know, a polygraph isn't accepted in court.

[28:54] And I was like, No, but you know, I know the intelligence industry, it's mandatory to get the right guys, and I'm thinking maybe they aren't so good after all, you know what I mean?

[29:02] Like, I fucking I torched his ass too.

[29:04] So we go at it.

[29:05] The Department of Justice guy who was pretty mum the whole way, other than to like calm things down every once in a while.

[29:10] I guess he was the good cop in this, you know.

[29:13] He was like, Well, okay.

[29:16] Based on everything I've heard, it was a long fucking meeting.

[29:19] He was like, There is nothing that we would be charging you for, it would appear that you have not broken any laws.

[29:28] However, you know, as we've talked through this, in the company that you're gonna start, I would highly suggest you look at ITAR rules and laws.

[29:37] That's a whole other conversation.

[29:39] But basically, if they can't get you in things like the Invention Secrecy Act, there's also rules, Department of State, ITAR, International Traffic of Arms regulations, where they can limit anything you make, has to be turned into them, and they have to determine first of all what's its capability.

[29:57] So you got to tell them all the secret sauce, right?

[29:59] So they can remake it anyway.

[30:01] So it's the same as the Invention Secrecy Act, and then they actually have to approve who you do or don't talk to to sell it to.

[30:07] So even if you have the world's greatest creation, which we do, you can't talk to anybody and sell it.

[30:12] You even have to get your marketing materials approved.

[30:15] If you're gonna go to a show, you have to get it approved, and even if you get through all that, the final client has to be turned in with the purchase price, and they have to approve it.

[30:22] It's kind of like the other it's the same as countries right now are saying, like, hey, we want to buy the F35.

[30:28] It's the ITAR rules that prevent them from doing that.

[30:32] Right, right.

[30:33] So another you're you're boxed in and you're fucked.

[30:37] That's that's what it comes down to.

[30:38] Doesn't matter you're able to legally do this, you still can't sell it to anybody, right?

[30:43] That's the that's the whole key to this.

[30:45] But who so are are they doing this so that you kind of just go away, or that are they hoping that the only they'll just you'll just succumb to doing business with just them.

[30:59] Well, you know the interesting thing is after I got out of this shitty meeting, right?

[31:05] Because I walked out of free man, right?

[31:07] Still a free man, the next meeting I would have would be with the United States uh government funding pro.

[31:15] That's what I'll refer to him as.

[31:30] They'll probably call it the ISA today.

[31:33] And at the end of the day, we want to fucking get that to our men and women in uniform, we want to get that to our forces.

[31:40] This, you know, get out of this bullshit are you in, get out of the invention secrecy act, get out of ITAR, you know, quit fighting your own government as a civilian.

[31:49] Let's just get this shit on the battlefield.

[31:51] And if you haven't noticed, as Gene pointed out, we're getting our asses kicked.

[31:56] Okay, defense scoop just covered the commander of Northcom, I was of last week, saying that we ran our best drone team from Fort Hood against some Ukrainians in a simulation, and I know for a fact we had some of our DARPA shit, and we still got beat.

[32:12] They identified us before we got around the curve and got simulation killed.

[32:16] Okay, and this is the whole point of working in that area, yeah.

[32:20] And I mean it's it's worse than that.

[32:22] But you know, whether you like Pete Hate sec or the you know administration that we have right now, he said something everybody in my you know industry, as I'll call it, agrees with, which is when he first took over, he said, when we war game, some of our assets, especially the expensive ones, they perform very well, uh, very well.

[32:41] But there's also some of our expensive assets that perform very poorly.

[32:45] And he's right.

[32:46] Uh I won't make everybody suffer through the hour-long conversation with that.

[32:50] I may get into uh get into that with Dave tomorrow when we talk, but why is it that we have a $40 trillion deficit?

[32:58] And this I'm not getting into political stuff here, but you know, what is it, $3,600 per person in the United States just for the interest?

[33:06] And we're spending half of this that caused all this on the defense department.

[33:12] Okay, I mean, give me a fucking break.

[33:14] You gotta admit we're buying the wrong stuff.

[33:16] You know, I learned through all this talking to someone in appropriations that when they make the list, each you know, congressperson or each senator by rule gets the top two things approved.

[33:28] So when they do this, so your top two things are gonna go to two two people.

[33:32] One, people who kick in a lot of lobbyist dollars, buy a lot of tickets to you know fifty thousand dollar dinners to political campaigns.

[33:40] Second, you got a big group of people that you represent, a big system of workers, or you have three 3,500 people that work for you for votes.

[33:50] So you put in a requirement saying we want a contract, not you're gonna do it, not you're really good at money, but that happens, you know, not all the time, but I mean this this is an issue.

[33:59] So I'll leave it kind of there and land that there, but like there's a reason we're going forward, and for it's not that uh whistling Mike is ready to cash in because I've been at this for fucking decades.

[34:12] You know what I mean?

[34:13] I put everything I have into it.

[34:16] Uh, if I was gonna do that, I'd have done that a long time ago.

[34:19] Um the the Tim Phillips thing, just real quick, that was uh that was a knife in the back, and that directly rates to what I just told you about the FBI because all those files were turned over, and we had a long conversation in the skiff about how pissed off I was over that.

[34:36] Uh that accusation that's documented in the fucking report of what happened that day, you know.

[34:42] And how does that make you feel?

[34:44] How does that like like truly?

[34:46] Because it's one thing to be mad at the government, right?

[34:50] To be to be like, ah, you're putting me through hell, right?

[34:54] Like, like red tape hell, right?

[34:56] Like paperwork hell and boxing yin and making things difficult, but now you have someone attacking not just your character but everything about you saying yeah, I wouldn't allow him near my family.

[35:15] That is a like when someone from the when someone like Tim Phillips says that out loud publicly, that is gonna make you so disenfranchised with the system and with the people that are involved in it.

[35:29] Well, I mean, he went after two things, right?

[35:32] He went after I was extorting the United States government, so that's kind of kind of hard to be able to push my company for a deal, wouldn't it?

[35:39] You know, I'm the one extorting the government.

[35:42] Secondly, is that based on what he heard, I wouldn't be safe to have around one's family.

[35:46] And what he knew from conversations, and keep in mind this is before I knew SSCI was putting the knife in my back.

[35:53] You know, we we knew those people well.

[35:55] We'd have a couple drinks down at the pub the day I came in, uh, the day after.

[35:59] I mean, it was a it was a good, good relationship.

[36:02] We're trying to solve the biggest mystery in the world, and everybody knew how close I am to my kids.

[36:08] I mean, it sounds sappy, but like when we got called in over the Langley Air Force Base drones, I was like, fuck, you know, it's my daughter's Christmas pageant, and she's got the lead role.

[36:18] And it was like it's national security, man.

[36:21] You're the one that told us it was gonna happen, it's happening.

[36:23] You just gotta fucking get here, right?

[36:25] Buy an expensive ass ticket and fly in.

[36:28] So, you know, that's the life I was living.

[36:31] Had to miss it.

[36:33] Um, and so when they went for that, they knew that that's what was going to keep me from going public.

[36:38] Is that now, not just the business side, but all my kids' friends, right?

[36:44] All the people at my church, you know, I'm in four or five groups that puts on things in our community, right?

[36:50] You've got a guy that at SES that serves at the you know pleasure of the president at the Pentagon saying I'm not safe to have around one kid.

[36:59] That was for them to say you better keep your face and your full name off the fucking media with your story.

[37:05] That's all that was.

[37:07] Which is what you did, right?

[37:09] You you had to.

[37:11] You had to.

[37:13] And there was no other choice.

[37:16] Go ahead, Gene.

[37:17] Ty, I don't know, your camera's out.

[37:20] I don't know if you picked up on that.

[37:22] So one um one other thing I wanted to sort of add and frame for the audience here is that you know what Mike has gone through with the with the government and not just the you know, the attempts at them trying to get into and dissect what it is exactly he has without um you know committing to a contract, committing to a a a contracting arrangement of some kind.

[38:00] Um but what they've demonstrated is the idea that has led to many a major disaster across the US history.

[38:16] And that's the idea that they fund their pet projects and they fund their donors, and they ignore and and set aside others who are sounding the alarm and and other people who are bringing things or trying to bring things forward, but everybody needs to everybody's wheel needs to be greased along the way.

[38:48] And you know, we talk about I talk about this all the time when it comes to disclosure and and the secrecies task force and the UAP task force, and the idea that this administration and this Congress in particular was so adamant on moving forward, on um on eliminating unnecessary compartmentalization and government secrecy, on transparency, on trying to get through the rules of um you know, even on the stock trading and insider knowledge and and and all the rest of it.

[39:26] And what Mike's case is demonstrating is that that is all still alive and well, that you need to pay to play.

[39:37] And the fact of the matter is, in this case in particular, there will most likely be a major event, a major security event involving a drone that catches the U.S.

[39:52] off guard, and they're gonna throw their hands in the air and be like, Well, we could never have imagined, we could never have imagined that this was gonna happen this way.

[40:02] When the fact is they had the ability to know that it was going to happen, they intentionally chose not to pursue it, and it's going to take, you know, and and should that scenario manifest, then it's going to be a Herculean effort to bring forward uh any kind of accountability for all of these politicians in office.

[40:29] So, you know, this is the the the people Mike, the the senators, the representatives, the people Mike's talking about now, that should that day come, everybody who is watching this and everybody who sees it going forward needs to record those names because those are the people who are going to be responsible for it.

[40:50] Because they're they're playing games with national security.

[40:57] They wanna, you know, they don't want to piss off their lobbyists who raise money for them, but also represent other companies and other technologies.

[41:09] And you know, and again, not to speak for Mike and correct me if I'm wrong, you know, but you know, this is but you know, he's already he's already lost all the money he's gonna lose on this thing, yet he's continued to to to try and you know to try and bring it forward because again, it's you know, it's going to be shocking.

[41:31] It is going to be a headline when when all things roll out and everybody understands the billions, hundreds of billions, perhaps, of technology that the United States currently leverages to say we're the best in is obsolete overnight.

[41:57] And that's that's the risk that they're afraid of uh afraid of getting out.

[42:05] Um and and so if they if they don't get the clue out of this, then that clue's gonna bite them in the ass come October.

[42:16] In my opinion, but that's just me.

[42:19] Which I I couldn't, I mean uh you you said it really well.

[42:24] Um I I can't um I but I can't get this out of my head.

[42:29] Mike, you said something right before.

[42:32] You said you told them that this was going to happen in reference to Langley and drone incursions.

[42:40] What did you mean by that?

[42:42] What did you mean by you told them that the what that when he said you told us this was gonna happen?

[42:48] Yeah, so a couple things here just to get caught up.

[42:52] Um, because it's nice being able to talk a little bit now.

[42:55] I saw a question pop up that said, Can you tell us a little bit more?

[42:59] I think he called it the tic tac.

[43:00] Well, there's different generations than just the tic-tac, but the the little tidbit I'll throw in there if I move on to the next question is that the first one we came up upon actually had what you would want to if you looked at, you'd say that's a cockpit.

[43:14] Like I said, it wasn't just a flat triangle.

[43:16] So a little tidbit there for the audience.

[43:18] Uh let them know.

[43:19] Uh, I am going to start talking.

[43:21] So when you see what's in the air, and this is something that I talk about with you guys, I talk about Dave probably a lot tomorrow.

[43:29] The key is if it's up there, we want to know what it is.

[43:33] It actually doesn't matter if it's NHI, aliens, if it's Chinese, whoever it is, if it's not supposed to be there, and we know from some of the actual public hearings where you they call in someone from armed services and they say, I think last year was 500 and some instances that they had over sensitive bases, not even just your regular base, but sensitive sort of sites, nuclear stuff, and we don't know who it was, we couldn't track it, and it's gone.

[44:01] That's kind of what Gene was talking about, where something's gonna happen, and everybody, I trust me, everybody knows it's gonna happen.

[44:08] Um, look at some of the just articles the last couple weeks and months.

[44:13] So, with that said, our system, because my dad always said, you know, you can come to me with all the problems you got, but make sure you got a solution, right?

[44:23] Don't ever just show up with a problem.

[44:25] So we did that with the government, we've done that with the military.

[44:29] We're not just gonna tell you what's up there.

[44:31] Here's the solution.

[44:32] The solution is our system, and we know that because as we get going on with the story, there's a reason why some of the stuff we are detecting, the that particular country would send in a death threat.

[44:42] That's not a story, those go straight over to the alphabet agencies, even when we were dealing with Aero and OSI, and they get verified.

[44:52] This is real life stuff that happens.

[44:54] So, likewise, how do we pick up some of this technology with the observables and the UAPs because it's in the air?

[45:02] So the answer to that is why we're out running and gunning, right?

[45:06] We could tell, and I think everybody knows now that our skies are littered with drones and other technology from adversary countries that should not be there.

[45:18] You don't just come over and say, Let's unload these drones and fly over to Langley.

[45:24] If you don't know what Langley is and the sort of technology they have at Langley, uh you're essentially talking about the same technology that's on things like the the presidential limo fleet, Air Force One, Marine One.

[45:38] If they can't pick up drones there, if they can't bring them down, which we know because Roger Wicker, the the chairman of the Armed Services, went on 60 minutes and told the world, then neither can the presidential limo fleet or anything else.

[45:52] Now, I'm not trying to get a visit from Secret Service, but what I'm telling you is we picked up what that was going on, which is what you're supposed to be able to do.

[46:02] Don't ask me where the billions are going right now for the system that we have, because I can tell you on what the alpha agencies tell me and some of the ones that I've helped out, the FAA radar is just as bad as the Department of Defense radar.

[46:15] There's no secret sauce where you just come in and pull one and say, Oh, that's got our answer.

[46:20] So we knew what was going on, you know, everything that when we would go in that skiff and all the writings that we'd have to write up, they'd want to know things like, What are you seeing?

[46:30] What are the scenarios?

[46:31] We were providing information for them to war game.

[46:34] We lost every single war game involved in the United States based on what we're seeing with drones.

[46:40] Big news, you're not going to see it on the front page.

[46:43] You're starting to hear little bits about it now.

[46:45] Because even that one that ran in defense scoop, the North comes guy, says, Look, there's nothing we can do.

[46:51] You know, we're basically caught with our pants down.

[46:53] So we were telling them this stuff, we were telling them what we're seeing, we were telling them what we think the buildup is because Chinese assets work the same way as any assets, right?

[47:01] You do a little bit here, you test it here, you go into like the Nimitz case, right?

[47:06] You kind of want to know what can pick it up, what can't.

[47:08] And we knew it was going to be going that direction.

[47:11] That was the prediction we made.

[47:12] We didn't know the exact date, you know, we didn't have it down to here's the days it's gonna happen.

[47:18] But if they would have listened to us, trend the the trend is going one way, so this is bound to happen.

[47:26] If it's when I don't know the when, but we know the if.

[47:29] Right.

[47:29] If they would have listened to us, if they would have put our system, we would have been laying in wait, laying in wait for all that shit to happen.

[47:38] But here we still are.

[47:39] Now we've got all the nonsense with Tim Phillips going on, right?

[47:44] All this other crap.

[47:45] So, you know, people who don't operate in this industry or follow this, this story, believe it or not, is not it's not an original new sort of never happens before.

[47:56] You know, when I went to the funding guy after all this shit with you know, all of our intelligence agencies, he shrugged it off.

[48:03] He was like, Oh, yeah, yeah, that's normal.

[48:06] He's like, All those guys know how to do is try and find a crime.

[48:10] That's that's what they do for a living.

[48:12] So, yeah, man, don't worry about all that crap.

[48:15] And it's like that's all we all right, let's move on to the next one.

[48:17] So then it was like, well, then here's how we can fund it.

[48:20] Let's try it this, let's try that, you know, let's try this, you know, let's try, you know, why don't you call and do this?

[48:26] Why don't you call them do that?

[48:27] So, like, this is the story, just like you don't hear about things that come out because they've been blocked by the Invention Secrecy Act, but this is what every one of those people go through.

[48:36] So either you give up or you get intimidated or you fall for a trap.

[48:40] I saw another question pop up on there about if they've ever been led into a bad situation.

[48:44] Sometimes they're obvious, okay, because when I was in Senator Round's office and I had to turn in all, I turned in all everything I had from foreign contacts.

[48:52] There was a pile of papers he put his finger on and said, Do you ever think our own government would try and approach you and see if you would sell it just to see if you would?

[49:03] And then I was like, no, but that's awful weird that you just did that, right?

[49:09] So yeah now I am thinking about it.

[49:11] Yeah, now I think that.

[49:12] Then there's more obvious ones, right?

[49:14] And more obvious ones are where every time I go in that fucking skiff, they'd be like, Hey man, fill out this paper, it's only one sheet long.

[49:22] We'll get you a TS, it's super easy.

[49:24] No, no background, just fill it out.

[49:26] You know, you're talking about the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, so they could probably print you a badge right there, right?

[49:31] I mean, this is the boss of the IC, so they're not gonna have any problem getting you one.

[49:36] Imagine what would have happened if I would have got that hey man's real quick TS clearance before going into the skiff, right?

[49:43] I got a zipper over my mouth, is what would have happened.

[49:46] So right, there is a lot of that shit, but yeah, you know, just that's like sorry for interrupting again.

[49:52] Um, see this is why like when we do in-person stuff because you can read the room a little bit better.

[49:58] Uh but well, my my main to Gene with when Lou asked Lou, Lou asked Gene, would you be willing to get your clearance back?

[50:08] And smartly, Gene said Gene, what'd you say?

[50:15] Sorry, I had to unmute.

[50:16] No.

[50:18] Why did you say no?

[50:21] For exact for exactly that reason, because as soon as you go in, you know, then they start saying what you can say and what you can't say, not just about the you know, about anything that that we've discussed.

[50:36] And you know it it it didn't take, you know, it took me no time, there was no thought about it, right?

[50:44] There was no thought about um, you know, well, maybe I should because then you know, oh what if they they tell me the thing that sort of solves this for the family, and you know, we can sort of go on with life, but you know, the bigger you know, the the bigger point with my stuff is that there's like stuff in there that can I think help humanity, you know, and and help bring all this.

[51:11] And I'm like, no, I just is that what you think too?

[51:15] Bigger than just that.

[51:17] Well, you know what?

[51:18] This is one of the reasons why I started to kind of listen to Dave.

[51:21] I won't put Dave on the spot, and obviously won't name names because professional, but I mean, this does not seem to be within Dave, your network of folks that are going in and out of skiffs.

[51:32] This this doesn't seem to be, you know, without putting words into your mouth, you answer a trick that only using on like me or Gene or whoever.

[51:40] I mean, this kind of seems to be where this is still the old maybe the oldest trick in the book.

[51:44] Is that kind of a correct one?

[51:45] Get your TS or clearance back.

[51:48] Yeah, I think like like you said, Mike, we've talked about before.

[51:52] Um, you know, you got to play them on their home field and you got to play by their rules.

[51:55] I think Gene alluded to that as well.

[51:57] And um, you know, they're holding all their cards and and they're doing uh everything that they want to do about that.

[52:03] But yeah, I think like you're saying, it's there's carrots that they dangle over your head, and and you know, giving you your clearance back is one of them after they've already gone and destroyed, you know, everything that you've got as far as your job and your career, your security clearances and and everything like that.

[52:19] So yeah, I I think I think your situation is certainly unique as opposed to you know some of the um some of the other guys who uh you know have the military background or the intelligence background and have been through a different sort of situation.

[52:32] But yeah, I I think I think like you guys are saying, um, you know, that's that's something they hold in their back pocket is something they can kind of dangle over you and say, hey, look, you know, come on back in, it'll be great.

[52:43] You'll get your clearance back, we'll even bump it up a little bit, and um, you know, everything will be perfect.

[52:50] But I think you guys know better than anybody that rarely is is how it works, right?

[52:56] Right.

[52:57] I completely agreed there.

[52:59] So yeah, Mike, um when how long did it take for you to essentially get this material and then figure out and develop the this whatever system that you're using now?

[53:24] I don't know how much you've described of that and how much you are willing to, but um it's derived directly from from what you retrieved, correct?

[53:35] Yeah, that was actually one of the questions that came in um from several senators uh that sit on SSCI, but it was if someone didn't have this, speaking of adversaries, right?

[53:47] If someone didn't have this, could they do the same thing you're doing?

[53:50] And my answer was no.

[53:52] And that actually gave them a sense of relief, but that also put a big ass target right on my head.

[53:57] So do you think that this this thing was ours, or was it because a lot, I think a lot of people, or at least most people, when they hear tr black triangular craft, I think they do associate if you're around the UFO community a lot.

[54:14] I think you probably think man-made, right?

[54:19] Well, uh I mean, yeah, I I I would think so.

[54:23] I think Dave's kind of on us that that seemed to be where the community's at kind of right now, but not to say that we got the tr the triangle, like not that we're not developing uh you know means and means and and and ways to to to fly those things that are anything but man made.

[54:43] You said you said, Do I think?

[54:45] So I'll quote my wife and say that I shouldn't think, right?

[54:48] I should just do whatever do whatever she wants.

[54:51] So if you see one of these, and if you think, and look, like I'm being honest here, and we all know my relationship with Arrow and people like Tim Phillips and Kirkpatrick.

[55:01] But one of the things he said is you could see something that was high technology, and by all means, any person, and even an intelligent person, is going to think that must be alien technology.

[55:11] There is stuff out there that exists.

[55:12] That what else could you think it is?

[55:14] I mean, look at it, look at what it's doing.

[55:17] Now, again, I don't say that because I have a good relationship with the guy.

[55:21] We just covered that, but that can happen.

[55:24] So, you know, the first time that I saw something like this, my mind was trying to sort through what it may be or what it may not be.

[55:32] And again, that's in mean use podcast.

[55:34] If people want to roll back, it's like a three-hour podcast.

[55:37] You get a lot more than you're going to get here today on that.

[55:39] But I'm trying to figure out what is it, why is there lights out there?

[55:43] We get closer.

[55:44] I'm trying to figure out what could do this.

[55:45] Well, it must be a helicopter, right?

[55:48] Well, I'm not hearing anything.

[55:49] I get close enough, and there's no rotor wash, there's no noise, but you have a craft in front of you.

[55:54] Uh that kind of throws out the helicopter.

[55:57] You sort of, you know, guess.

[55:59] So right, yeah.

[56:00] What what the hell could it be?

[56:02] There were people with me that felt like it could have been a UFO, alien, whatever it is.

[56:08] Because why wouldn't you?

[56:09] An intelligent person can still see this and say, We're in Kansas, not a military base where some of these other guys saw it, right?

[56:17] What the fuck is this thing doing here?

[56:19] Right?

[56:19] It's got to be a UFO.

[56:20] So that that does happen.

[56:22] And if I could, Mike, because like you and I, you and I, like, um, last week we covered the fifth UFO file drop, and we went we went through a lot of the documents, and there's a lot of stuff in there about triangles.

[56:32] And I think like UAP Gerb was talking about um the size of the triangles, and like I think he said like two to 200 to 300 feet.

[56:40] Um, he thought that those would be ours, they would be man-made or reverse engineered or something like that.

[56:45] But I know, Mike, we had that one we looked at that one file from Afghanistan with that, and the artist's renderings were shitty as can be, but there was that one rendering, it was just completely black, no lights, none of none of the things in the um in the vertices of the triangle, nothing in the middle, like you hear a lot of people talk about the white light in the middle.

[57:03] And I think like you and I were both like, okay, that one's a little bit weird, but I you know, I mean, I think, and you'd answered it lat when when I had you on, but I think you kind of agreed with that that if they're in a certain size range that's more than likely ours or something reverse engineered, and if you get, you know, like the one in Afghanistan was like 500 feet.

[57:22] Um, and you and I were both struggling on that one, I think.

[57:27] Yeah, I mean it's hard to really know because I don't the FBI uh we all grew up with like they have a sketch artist and they can uh you know draw somebody upright.

[57:40] We can uh draw a great picture of Gene, and we say that's the guy, we got him.

[57:45] But all of a sudden they hired somebody to do this recreation of this the UFO sightings, and it's the shittiest fucking thing I've ever seen in my life.

[57:55] I mean, it's terrible, but yeah, like me and Dave talked about this a little bit.

[58:00] So I've never seen anything that big, and the one he's talking about we struggle with is if you don't know how big 500 foot is, right?

[58:07] Just do a football field that's 300.

[58:09] So right, 500 foot craft.

[58:12] I can't even, I mean, I don't I can't even imagine it.

[58:14] So everything I've seen is what I call fighter jet size.

[58:18] So you're talking like 40 to 80 feet, um, sort of wing spans and length, and so I've never seen anything that big.

[58:26] Um, is it possible?

[58:28] Of course it is, because when you have technology, what do you do?

[58:31] You start making things like of course your fighter jets, you want your ISR, then you start trying to weaponize it, right?

[58:38] Can we drop a payload?

[58:39] Then you start getting into bigger craft.

[58:41] Possible, yes, but 500 foot, uh that's a bit uh that's a bit iffy in my mind.

[58:47] I didn't see it, couldn't tell you, you know.

[58:50] Right.

[58:50] And you know, I think uh uh uh when you say that 500 feet, um, or even talk about just football-sized triangles, I think a lot of people will probably think about the Phoenix Lights case, right?

[59:05] This was a what seemed to be delta-shaped craft, triangular-shaped craft, um, that silently hovered and was seen by essentially a whole fucking city uh over you know, over the the hailbop comet.

[59:23] Uh um was it the hailbop comet?

[59:27] Or was it an asteroid?

[59:28] I mean, uh, was it uh was it uh wasn't it was it hailbop?

[59:35] Maybe someone could tell me.

[59:37] It was hail bob because that was uh what 97?

[59:40] Yeah, and so everyone was already out there, ironically, and that's a piece of this thing that that that is a piece of that story that sticks out to me so much because if it was ours, right, if the Phoenix Lights craft was human, then like knowing that everyone was going to be outside looking up that night seems irresponsibly fucking stupid.

[01:00:13] I wouldn't put it past human beings, however, I would like to think that if it was ours, unless they were doing some sort of like mass sighting, like M ML, I almost said MLK, MK Ultra, my Jesus Christ.

[01:00:28] Um MK Ultra my mass sighting to see how it would affect like long-term population and like would it destroy catastrophically destroy you know uh the market the next day and would it what could they put the genie in the bottle?

[01:00:43] Um unless it was like something like that.

[01:00:45] The Phoenix Lights craft was I think reportedly like the size of a football field.

[01:00:51] Um, so if that thing is coming over, passing over with no signs of propulsion, it's having no effect on the air around it, there's no disturbance in um in the air, right?

[01:01:03] There's no propulsion.

[01:01:05] Um would would you lean towards that being something non-human?

[01:01:10] Well, I mean, for me, again, people don't like it, but it's like when we go in through Roswell and Dave and I have it's just it's so far dated back that we have the videos.

[01:01:20] It is not fucking dated.

[01:01:22] It is on information, right?

[01:01:24] All we have is the video of it, and we have people telling us this is the shape it's in.

[01:01:29] So it's the same system where it's like, what could we get from it?

[01:01:33] Um, it wasn't over, you know, like uh let's fight with the military reigns, you know, do they have anything?

[01:01:40] Is it what's the closest?

[01:01:41] The FAA radar, right?

[01:01:43] We know it's shitty now.

[01:01:43] How good could it have been back then?

[01:01:45] And then because of its height, did you pick anything up?

[01:01:48] I mean, we've got that story, and so that's probably its own episode as it is.

[01:01:53] I guess the only thing I would throw in is that it's not always intentional, you know.

[01:01:58] It definitely is.

[01:01:59] There's that whole psychological element, but it's not always intentional.

[01:02:03] And one of the things that we know for a fact is if we go out and we go out running and gunning around the times where you have meteor showers, I don't think people realize how many meteor showers but we have a year, we get a lot of activity.

[01:02:18] Now, you asked me an earlier question that I'll kind of cover here, too.

[01:02:22] How do I know?

[01:02:23] How do I know it's ours?

[01:02:25] Because you get into things like data links.

[01:02:27] So again, what are they doing?

[01:02:30] Are they doing that?

[01:02:31] So if you see something kind of like when they used to fly the SR at Christmas, right?

[01:02:35] With uh with a gorilla mask, yeah, yeah.

[01:02:38] So it's like I'm gonna go.

[01:02:40] I think we're talking about different stories, but same well, it's just yeah, it's the same concept.

[01:02:43] Oh, sure, dummy, you saw Santa or this, and no one's gonna take it serious.

[01:02:47] So you saw a gorilla fly, yeah.

[01:02:49] Sometimes the idea of flying high technology does correlate to these things, but if they have a massive fuck up, which that was what that that would have been if that's the case, I'm not saying it is.

[01:03:00] Sometimes that stuff happens.

[01:03:02] Um yeah, uh MLK Ultra does sound like a fucking god tier Martin Luther King.

[01:03:12] I don't know why I fucked that up.

[01:03:14] I think it's because I was talking, I was thinking about MK Ultra earlier, but um does are you at the point where you're willing to talk?

[01:03:26] So with the New Jersey drone situation, were you brought in on that?

[01:03:30] You talked about being brought in on Langley.

[01:03:33] Um were you brought in I wanted to know my will say two cents, but it was a lot more than that, on what happened there, who did it, right?

[01:03:44] Because it's the same sort of breakdown as a lot of other cases.

[01:03:48] Not that I was there running and gunning, but you know, when they find someone that can tell you how things work, what do I expect next?

[01:03:56] Which is where the whole Langley thing came from.

[01:03:58] You know, I'm sh I'm in the skiff and we're talking Langley, uh, why the public didn't even know about it.

[01:04:04] And keep in mind I don't have a clearance, right?

[01:04:06] We're we're not contracted, which is kind of why this whole thing's fucked up.

[01:04:10] Where it's like, why is it that the guy with the only answers that's got death threats and some of the largest financial offers from our versaries that are all verified can't get a fucking deal with you idiots to keep us all safe, and it is the system that works, but um drones, UAPs, even orbs.

[01:04:30] You know, I there was a gentleman we briefed uh on how to fund me, and he liked to talk orbs, and we basically said, you know what, we'll find out what they are.

[01:04:41] So the same thing.

[01:04:42] I'm trying to tell people like your answers are all gonna come from the same place.

[01:04:46] Someone that can figure out what the fuck's in the sky.

[01:04:49] Whatever it is, I think people hopefully will give me enough credit.

[01:04:53] If it's a UFO, I'll tell you, right?

[01:04:56] If it's uh NHI, I'll tell you.

[01:04:58] If it's ours, I'll tell you.

[01:04:59] If it's China, I'll tell you.

[01:05:01] If it's a government contract and I can't tell you, well, that elected member, if they fund it, will actually have the folder on their desk so they'll know exactly where it's at.

[01:05:09] Not this shit where it's like, hey, can I come to Area 51 in three weeks and look in hangar 4B at the yeah, it's gone, right?

[01:05:17] So at least you know exactly what folder it is, it's on your desk, and you can call me in to brief you and I'll fucking tell you the truth.

[01:05:24] So, you know, me, I always talk strategic plans.

[01:05:27] There it is.

[01:05:29] Are you um are you worried about your safety um with coming and showing your face a little bit more?

[01:05:38] Um, I know you've kind of always been kind of safety first, uh you know, not being conspiratorial, of course, but just like practically because there have been a lot of these cases.

[01:05:51] You look at Stanley Meyer, uh, with the um with the uh H2O engine uh or the H2O car.

[01:06:01] Uh look at guys like I mean the list goes on and on um when it comes to like the invention uh or the uh patent office and what they seem to be willing to do to keep things under wraps.

[01:06:15] Uh, you know, are are you at all worried about taking this step forward?

[01:06:22] It's a good question.

[01:06:23] I'm gonna tie it in because I got a I got asked a question on X, and and I told him I promise I would answer it, and it's the same basically answer, which is how did I know that when Tim Phillips came out and did what he did that uh you know essentially was at risk?

[01:06:39] And as I've told the story, well, a couple people who are still within the system that you know have my back told me I got marked for death.

[01:06:47] And the reason for that is is because I'd already turned in death threats.

[01:06:50] They'd already verified, and some of them came with phone numbers, and they came with uh videos and data that was verified that showed stuff that uh you knew we were talking with people who were a the real fucking deal and b had the ability to pull off that death threat.

[01:07:06] Uh nasty people that you don't want to have contacting you.

[01:07:11] So that was already going on.

[01:07:15] These are nation states, these are the people representing the nation states.

[01:07:18] So one of the things very credible threats.

[01:07:22] You can't get any more credible, right?

[01:07:25] I've got people in alphabet agencies, and we're gonna be releasing some of those receipts, checking with me every once in a while, making sure am I alright?

[01:07:33] I haven't heard from you.

[01:07:34] Are you all right?

[01:07:34] You just sent that in.

[01:07:35] I'm sending that to my top counterintelligence guy right now.

[01:07:38] Are you gonna be okay?

[01:07:39] Okay, that's the shit that was going on that you didn't hear from Tim.

[01:07:43] You heard some complete bullshit story.

[01:07:45] Now keep in mind, I've never talked to Tim, I've never met fucking Tim.

[01:07:48] But my point of this question is you know, do I feel you know at risk?

[01:07:53] Is that they ended up getting a hold of my phone number, right?

[01:07:57] As you would think any adversary state could be.

[01:08:00] We just saw today the report that they hacked into the Senate, the Department of Justice, the you know, they they a good team of the top guys can get into stuff.

[01:08:09] They had my name, they had my full name.

[01:08:13] Okay, they didn't really know what I looked like, but there's ways to kind of dance around that, and that's why I pretty much took everything off of anywhere you can find.

[01:08:23] You know, even when the three letter agencies reached out to me, they were like, damn, it's hard to find anything about you on the internet.

[01:08:28] And I was like, Yeah, exactly.

[01:08:31] That that was the whole point, right?

[01:08:33] So what it became is change your appearance.

[01:08:37] I mean, I had to go through fucking classes on stuff like, you know, hey, they don't just uh wait, really?

[01:08:42] Yeah, they don't just send someone over to your house to shoot you in the back of the head now.

[01:08:46] I know that's graphic and I know that's happened, but it's like the next time you go check the mailbox or you open your front gate, you won't see the nerve agent that's on it.

[01:08:54] You know, that's how they do stuff.

[01:08:55] Right.

[01:08:56] Exactly.

[01:08:57] Whoever did it will be on a plane back home and they're gone.

[01:09:00] So there was a lot of worries, is what there was.

[01:09:04] It wasn't so much that I was living in fear, it was like you're trying to think three steps ahead.

[01:09:09] It's kind of like a bad scenario again to mention, but like if you were a germphobe, you're worried about fucking touching everything, breathing shit in, uh, gene out experience with that.

[01:09:19] There's just a lot going on.

[01:09:21] So, what it came down to is you know, like me and Gene and some of these other guys that do this shit for a living, um, and deal with threats for a living every day is you have to find this weird place where you're just okay with it.

[01:09:35] Right, where you can't stop living because of yeah, fever.

[01:09:39] So, yeah, how the fuck do you do with the family?

[01:09:41] You just kind of do it.

[01:09:42] That's Gene's giving me a lot of tips, but anyone that's around me or Gene thinks these are two guys that crack a lot of jokes, but fuck someone's threatening to kill them and wipe them off the face of the earth.

[01:09:52] It's just life.

[01:09:53] So, I mean, you know, when some of these agencies reached out to me, they've asked me not to identify them because they watch every podcast and every every tweet I do, and some of them I get along with decently, so I won't, but that's something they continue to ask me.

[01:10:07] Do you feel safe or not right now?

[01:10:09] Okay, so it is what it is.

[01:10:11] Um, one thing I will say on that is that the people that have got rolled by the ISA and other things, you know, I don't and I'm not trying to put a hit on them, but like uh us whole country boys don't really roll over as easy, and I think they're finding that out because everywhere I'm at, they're like, Yeah, you're in uncharted territory, no one's ever got to this point, or no one's ever done this before.

[01:10:34] And I always tell them the same thing, like you know, like Gene said, if it was money, I ran out of money, you know what I mean?

[01:10:41] That wasn't enough.

[01:10:42] So I think they're kind of like, the fuck's it gonna take to get this guy to fold finally?

[01:10:48] So I've seen it all.

[01:10:50] Yeah, life goes on.

[01:10:52] Are you at a point where you would be willing to publicly demonstrate the technology?

[01:11:01] We are at a point, you know.

[01:11:02] One of the things you will continually hear me say, and people are probably sick of it, is you have to have a strategic plan.

[01:11:10] I know everybody's like, yeah, just drop it on the internet like Snowden and you know whatnot.

[01:11:16] We saw what happened, right?

[01:11:18] And I just don't feel like God bless the UFO community, you guys are gonna show up on horseback and tie ropes to the bars and pull the wall of the jail cell down.

[01:11:28] You know, Fort Leavenworth may not be as easy to get into to get me out as you think.

[01:11:33] Now on Gene's side, Gene has said it's three hot meals a day and you play cards all day long, so leave his ass in there.

[01:11:39] He don't seem to fucking he's not bothered by it.

[01:11:42] But uh yeah, right.

[01:11:43] I I know a lot of people who went to jail, especially Federal Prison, and they had a wonderful time.

[01:11:50] They came back, they came back healthier.

[01:11:52] One guy we used to say he wasn't arrested, he was rescued.

[01:11:55] He came back like 60 pounds lighter in shape, the whole deal.

[01:12:01] But yeah, we're we're legally speaking.

[01:12:03] I was gonna recommend a different strategy for you guys, but you know, just look, uh yeah, no one's a lawyer representing me today, and let's just say I've got an angel on one shoulder and maybe the devil on the other.

[01:12:20] Ah uh with the legal advice.

[01:12:22] I hope I am, yeah, I was gonna say I hope I'm not either.

[01:12:27] But yeah, it's it's so that here it comes, right?

[01:12:31] That's what everybody's tuned in for.

[01:12:32] Here comes the strategic plan.

[01:12:34] I mean, even though I'm fighting the law, even though you've got people that are doing all sorts of things to me, some of it you don't even know.

[01:12:42] Tim Phillips is not necessarily the worst.

[01:12:45] Um, not that this is a direct comparison, obviously, but you know, Dave mentioned what it's like to try and you know fight the government.

[01:12:51] It it is amazing how even rules like basically slander don't work if someone's a government employee.

[01:12:58] It just it's damn near impossible to try and try and sue them.

[01:13:06] And the next step's gonna be we are gonna start showing receipts, really, really important receipts of what's actually going on.

[01:13:13] A lot of agencies, who's telling you the truth, who's not, right?

[01:13:19] These have all been done in a way that they've already been verified.

[01:13:22] So again, I'm not much of a person that likes to tell stories.

[01:13:25] A story is just a story unless you can prove it.

[01:13:28] And that's gonna be the first rollout where you're gonna know who's really on your side, who's not, who's been lying through their teeth.

[01:13:37] And such is my story with Tim Phillips is about ready to go, front page through I think most of the world.

[01:13:44] And the continuing steps through that will be what we're gonna push is you know the breakout of this technology.

[01:13:54] Now it's gonna be tricky.

[01:13:55] I can't say a whole lot because then you show your cards.

[01:13:59] But for people to be able to see things and see how things operate, you know, we've talked about the tic-tac, right?

[01:14:08] What's it gonna do?

[01:14:09] Everybody says, and by the way, you'd be right, it's gonna eliminate the whole oil and gas world for power sources.

[01:14:16] That's not even the half of it.

[01:14:17] You know, think think more material science and engineering, right?

[01:14:20] What's what's the big thing about data centers right now?

[01:14:23] Nobody wants keeping them cool.

[01:14:24] Well, the same material that can keep cool when it's operating the tic-tac.

[01:14:28] What about if you threw that into a data center, right?

[01:14:30] The world's changed.

[01:14:32] You know, I've continually told told people that.

[01:14:34] So we are walking a line, you know.

[01:14:37] I've already been contacted by the feds, but it's the feds I get along with somewhat.

[01:14:42] And uh, you know, just that they were a bit concerned about my recent post uh on X, and um, we talked that through, right?

[01:14:50] We're we're okay legally, and then there's a difference where if you cross that line, your house gets raided.

[01:14:58] Doesn't mean you broke a law, doesn't mean they're gonna find anything.

[01:15:00] They know they wouldn't, right?

[01:15:02] But that's the intimidation factor.

[01:15:05] So we are working through things, answers are coming.

[01:15:09] Um, in about two weeks from today, because we're live, you're gonna get an announcement.

[01:15:17] That announcement will have my full name and identity on it, and things are gonna make a whole lot of fucking sense when you find that out.

[01:15:27] There will be a full picture that's gonna make a lot more sense than you've been hearing, a lot more sense of why I got called into the skiff over years.

[01:15:36] Okay, keep in mind you don't even know about some of the secret meetings that went down and exchanges of materials and things.

[01:15:42] So that's the first point because I know everybody's like, oh, just drop it, release it, put it on the internet.

[01:15:50] That's not how things work.

[01:15:52] You can't prove things that way, you know.

[01:15:55] So the first thing's gonna be we're gonna put on a little presentation, just gonna leave it at that, right?

[01:16:02] Um, when we send up some of our equipment in the air, we usually call them like vultures, right?

[01:16:07] The vultures in this case, they won't be, they're gonna be black swans.

[01:16:11] I hate to speak in riddles, but uh there's some technology out there people should know about, and we're gonna start that process.

[01:16:20] It's gonna be more of a surprise process rather than a hey guys, I'm putting on this sort of thing, but just so everybody knows, you'll get an exact date and time when you get my identity in about two weeks.

[01:16:31] But uh, we are gonna go ahead and tell people in fairness that it's gonna be Colorado and it's gonna be in October.

[01:16:39] You're just gonna have to kind of wait till then.

[01:16:41] But um, we've got everything going, every blowtorch is going.

[01:16:47] Uh, we've been preparing for this for years, and that's the next step.

[01:16:51] So, well, what will happen between now and then?

[01:16:54] I do want to just say you should expect hell.

[01:16:58] You know, when I went into Arrow, the Skiff, when I was talking to him on the phone beforehand, one of the things I said was any legal paper that I have to sign or any sort of agreement, send it to me early, right?

[01:17:11] So I can get an attorney to look for it.

[01:17:12] Nothing ever came.

[01:17:14] I show up and I've got people with me.

[01:17:16] We've paid all this fucking money, all these hotels.

[01:17:19] And they were like, You have to sign this NDA or you can't go in.

[01:17:24] Why didn't you send this to me?

[01:17:25] Like, like I said, you know, and as everyone's told me, and I've got it documented, they said, Oh no, you're covered under whistleblower.

[01:17:33] And it wasn't that I didn't know as a government employee, I wasn't.

[01:17:36] It's that there's so many fucking things on the back of that form that's like, well, this, this whistleblower act of this year, blah blah blah.

[01:17:42] You know what I mean?

[01:17:43] You're just like, okay, well, I mean, I'm not gonna be able to read this and no, so you sign it and you say, All right, you know, they said I was covered, you know, the old famous words.

[01:17:51] Um, you know, definitely definitely don't don't ever go in anywhere without an attorney.

[01:17:56] Um, then you get into the skiff and then you have a fucking verbal one.

[01:18:01] Then they read you a second one, you have to agree verbally.

[01:18:04] You don't even have a signature to bring back.

[01:18:06] So how fucking shady is that?

[01:18:08] You know, like the record of a verbal, it's just my word versus yours because we're in a skiff, so they can't record it.

[01:18:14] You can't have electronics in it, you know.

[01:18:16] Right, right.

[01:18:18] The whole fucking thing is a scheme.

[01:18:20] So well, they're legally entrapping you on top of all nailed it, Dave.

[01:18:24] Yep, yep.

[01:18:25] So again, why would you not have the paper version in the fucking skiff?

[01:18:28] You know, I mean, just come on, guys.

[01:18:31] I I mean, uh get serious here.

[01:18:33] Yeah, so I'll definitely, you know, keep everyone up to date on when you guys are gonna do that, and um, again, uh, I'll definitely be there covering that.

[01:18:44] So, um, you know, I Ty will be there, we'll be updating people as we go.

[01:18:50] I mean, again, I gotta tell people, I know everybody's like, why won't you tell us you see what we deal with, right?

[01:18:57] You see what the consequences are, and you know, that was where I wanted to go with that story real fast.

[01:19:02] Was that one of the other things I covered before I walked in, hey, no offense to the community because I didn't know anybody back then, not that it's changed much, but uh I was like, is my identity gonna be released?

[01:19:13] Because I don't want to be, right?

[01:19:14] I've never been in this to be some sort of public figure, never never wanted to go on a speaking tour.

[01:19:21] And they were like, Nope, it won't.

[01:19:23] And I was like, Really?

[01:19:24] Well, what if somebody FOIA is it?

[01:19:25] And the next thing I know, my kids' school's like, you're the dad that thinks UFOs are real.

[01:19:31] Look, guys, I get it, but like that's really that was my honest question.

[01:19:34] So, and it may offend some people, and they were like, Nope, everything in here cannot be FOIA'd.

[01:19:41] And I said, There's no fucking way.

[01:19:43] What are you talking about?

[01:19:44] And they were like, Listen, the attorneys came in and they sat down right over there and they pointed to a fucking table, and they said, We wrote the law.

[01:19:54] There's already a FOIA law.

[01:19:55] What fucking law?

[01:19:57] We wrote the law with the attorneys to make sure no one can fucking FOIA anything here.

[01:20:01] They said we get FOIA requests every day.

[01:20:04] They said it's on the system, but it's not.

[01:20:07] So it's on the security, the you know, the top secret, all that stuff, but it's not.

[01:20:12] The only people that can get into this system is the people right now you're talking to in this room.

[01:20:17] So even if a FOIA person wanted to look, they can't get into the system.

[01:20:22] So basically, what they're saying is they were just answering back, nope, don't got it.

[01:20:27] Now, look, whether you like David Grush or not, he came out and he got pretty public, and all of a sudden, this place who I would agree everybody was saying you can't get anything out of them had a folder ready to go there and hit him uh in a in a nice light, right?

[01:20:49] Sure, there's one ready to go for me.

[01:20:51] So foil and whistle mic, I'm sure they got something ready to go.

[01:20:54] It says I'm a bum extortion.

[01:20:59] You know, I mean this is gonna get ugly.

[01:21:00] I just want people to understand for anyone else.

[01:21:02] Stick with us, we'll explain as we go.

[01:21:08] You were skipping there a little, Mike.

[01:21:10] Sorry.

[01:21:10] But yeah, that's that's what I'm trying to tell people.

[01:21:12] All right.

[01:21:13] Well, whoever's uh whoever's watching or jumping on, have you ever bugged?

[01:21:21] Right, right.

[01:21:22] Yeah, my NSA guy is always fucking Steve, come on!

[01:21:26] Um just enjoy the show for once.

[01:21:30] Uh sorry, Steve's always listening.

[01:21:34] Um have you ever done like a bug sweep in your home?

[01:21:40] Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[01:21:42] There are a lot of things that go on, right?

[01:21:43] Like in Ether Security, you didn't want to say a whole lot, but let's just say we're uh very well um surveilled.

[01:21:50] Um again, you don't want to sound like a mad crazy person, or maybe I do, but um there are some trees trend, there are some 50 caliber uh sites around the property if I need to aim.

[01:22:03] Um and keep in mind I'm a fucking drone guy, so um you ain't seen shit like I got.

[01:22:10] Uh, you know, so and I don't have to control it, so just leave it with that.

[01:22:15] So that's not the the big worry.

[01:22:17] The worry is, and they kind of know this, they gotta come after me from the government angle, uh, like they have, and it's not working.

[01:22:25] So they're also in uncharted waters, you know what I mean?

[01:22:29] Right.

[01:22:30] Uh they're learning from this.

[01:22:31] I mean, people have got to understand that Susan Goff, you know, if you want to know about her, right?

[01:22:37] Read the paper she wrote on essentially saying, you know, no uh no campaign can be successful without essentially a campaign that deceives people, you know, the the whole psychology point of it.

[01:22:49] So none of these people are honest.

[01:22:51] These are the people that are gonna release the folders on me, I'm sure.

[01:22:54] Everybody just stick with us.

[01:22:56] We'll get through this.

[01:22:58] They know what's coming.

[01:22:59] Um, they're not happy about it.

[01:23:02] Legally, they can't find someone to tell me that I can't, but that doesn't mean they're happy about it.

[01:23:08] So, you know, here we go.

[01:23:11] Right.

[01:23:12] Um, and now that I I someone brought up you brought up the tic-tac, someone brought up the tic-tac in the the the comments earlier.

[01:23:22] Um I can't remember if we had talked about this, but are you under the guys or the thought process that and please guys, everyone can jump in now at this point.

[01:23:34] Uh, are you under the guise that the tic-tac was man-made?

[01:23:38] Well, you know, again, it was like that thank thing.

[01:23:41] I uh and again, you know, I make my white happy, and I say I try not to think, right?

[01:23:45] Like you got to have some data, you know what I mean?

[01:23:47] I feel like everybody's just kind of shooting off, and that's fine, right?

[01:23:50] We're all just sitting around hanging out, talking, and there's expertise in this, but like that was the big thing in the Scent skiff.

[01:23:58] That's the big thing in the Arrow skiff.

[01:24:00] Arrow knew that if they could kill that off, that it would basically end.

[01:24:03] That was their philosophy, right?

[01:24:04] What do you guys got left if we kill off the whole Tic Tac thing?

[01:24:07] So, what'd they try and do?

[01:24:09] The data's lost, right?

[01:24:11] Oh, you know, DARPA, you know, the wasp.

[01:24:14] They tried every fucking thing they could to get that, you know, done.

[01:24:17] The Senate did an honest investigation, doesn't mean they told you the results, whether you like AOC or not.

[01:24:24] And I don't know how the fuck she knew this, but she said she felt like the in the Senate they got disclosure.

[01:24:29] They did.

[01:24:30] And what it comes down to is when you're tracking these things, you're pulling data, how does it work?

[01:24:36] How does it fly?

[01:24:37] How does it communicate?

[01:24:38] You know, what is the point of it?

[01:24:39] There are things you can figure out, and this is one of the reasons why anybody that's in this that's legit doesn't always give their exact information public because people say, What day did you see it?

[01:24:51] What time do you see it?

[01:24:53] If you have these, you start plotting them.

[01:24:56] And the first part of radar is not a big disc at the sky, it's an algorithm, right?

[01:25:00] So if you can gather all these things from data links and what equipment has to be there and where it has to be, you can start figuring out where it's gonna be.

[01:25:08] That's how they shot down the first F 117, right?

[01:25:10] So, with that said, what we gave them, and they asked us to work on that case.

[01:25:19] That's not me.

[01:25:19] There's no police dogs, but um what what they gave what we gave them was the information they needed to go back and get verified that's not in public record, and they did tell us that it was verified.

[01:25:31] And the question that we got asked was many, but one of the questions we got asked was, Do you think that's a real satellite, or do you think there's something else on it?

[01:25:41] And we told them, How the fuck are we gonna know that?

[01:25:44] Right, you know what I mean?

[01:25:45] Like, yeah, how am I gonna know that?

[01:25:47] So, yeah, it's bullshit.

[01:25:49] It's I would say it's busted, whether you like it or not.

[01:25:52] The tic-tac, I'm just telling you, it matches up 100% with what we know and what would have to be there, the whole what was in the water with Flavor.

[01:25:59] I know he disagrees with me, but I'm just telling you, they went back and pulled the record, which is the benefit of SSCI over the UAP caucus, just the power that wouldn't mean we have that would essentially mean, and could could that be why guys like Rubio have kind of dropped off because exactly why where where is the Senate, guys?

[01:26:19] They started there go right.

[01:26:21] Where did the Senate go?

[01:26:22] You know, another thing I pointed to people is I told them I said cotton hates fucking UAPs, Cotton's the chairman now.

[01:26:29] This isn't a Republican-Democrat thing, but if you look at the last interview again with uh Laszlo with um Gillibrand, who's never returned a call to apologize over what fucking Tim Phillips did, she says, Oh no, UAP now means drones.

[01:26:45] And she was asked, Why did you change language?

[01:26:47] And she says, because she thinks it was Senator Cotton.

[01:26:50] Yeah, it's over, guys.

[01:26:52] They're not looking for any aliens or NHI in the sky.

[01:26:55] It's all fucking drones.

[01:26:57] They know what the data links say.

[01:27:00] If there's something in the sky, you're not gonna find it through the Senate because the Senate's convinced, you know, what my information is, which is you got a lot of the versaries, you got a lot of programs not uh briefed to you, and they're willing to close down the book on that.

[01:27:15] Where are they?

[01:27:16] I mean, I think they've shown exactly what I said.

[01:27:19] So you think that oh, okay, so just to sum it summarize that for everyone, what he's saying is that's why guys like Marco Rubio and Carson Gilbrand and people in the Senate who had seem to be doggedly um interested in the subject have kind of just moved on.

[01:27:37] Um whereas people yeah, it's further than that.

[01:27:40] You know, what did Rubio just say?

[01:27:42] Handed his folder over, Stephen Miller.

[01:27:45] Well, guess what, guys?

[01:27:46] You may hate me for it.

[01:27:47] I didn't put it in there, but guess what was in that folder?

[01:27:50] He got briefed on all my stuff.

[01:27:52] I know that he did.

[01:27:53] Uh trust me, let's just put it that way.

[01:27:56] Uh been in the skiff with a lot of senators.

[01:27:59] Wasn't my intention, but you, you know, when you you deal with these people, you have to go in with actual facts and evidence.

[01:28:05] There's they don't want stories.

[01:28:07] And kind of like when the three-letter agencies were contacting me, they were like, Will you please talk to us?

[01:28:13] We don't even know what you said, we can't get your folder from Aero, they won't send it to us.

[01:28:17] But we do know that you were in the skiff for several years, and we know that no one's getting a meeting with sitting senators without anything, and we sure the hell no they weren't calling you back unless what you had was checking out, right?

[01:28:30] That same folder is with Stephen Miller.

[01:28:33] And if Steven Miller looks at it and he doesn't want to look at the aliens and only says whistling mic saying it's all drones, here we are.

[01:28:40] Well, like last week, Mike, you were talking when we were watching the videos from the fifth drop, right?

[01:28:44] And you were la you were laughing about them and saying if you brought this into a skiff, you would never get back in.

[01:28:49] They would kick you out in a matter of seconds, and you would never get back in the door because they are that bad.

[01:28:55] Yeah, yeah.

[01:28:56] Dave, now the I'm I'm telling you, if you would bring in any of those videos that everybody's like, Oh, this is the big one, tranch five, yeah.

[01:29:04] They would throw your ass out, like literally have you leave.

[01:29:07] The sinners would get up and walk off.

[01:29:09] You would not be invited back.

[01:29:11] So the shit we're getting is so bad, Dave.

[01:29:14] You you know me and you've talked about this.

[01:29:17] This is not the stuff that we need to see, even if it's drones.

[01:29:21] This is bad, even as drones and balloons.

[01:29:23] I mean, come on.

[01:29:25] I've covered all happened.

[01:29:27] I I think ultimately, you know, these people who have have dropped off and seemingly become disinterested with the subject have seen that this is more about some of the stuff we've discussed before.

[01:29:41] This is more about commercial, you know, democratizing technology opportunities in the comp federal contracting space.

[01:29:50] And you know, these key figures are out here storytelling, trying to stir up public sentiment for um you know, ultimately getting them to promote a legislative agenda that has to do with federal contracting and nothing to do with the truth or nothing to do with UA, you know, UFOs or aliens.

[01:30:10] And I've got something on my list that that's a lead-in to Tyrell Fast, and that is that you know, when we talk to these people and we tell them what's wrong, one of the things that we get back from some other staff of why did we not do this?

[01:30:23] We just told you Langley's sitting duck.

[01:30:26] We just told you the fucking presidential limo, you know, whole fucking cruisers, the Air Force One Marine, they're all sitting ducks.

[01:30:33] Why are you not putting our system in?

[01:30:35] And we always hear the same thing back.

[01:30:37] Such and such senator does not want to be the one that has to admit that our skies are unprotected.

[01:30:44] They don't want to be the one that has to admit over New Jersey, the fucking Chinese are flying, you know, aircraft that has payload on it.

[01:30:53] We don't want to admit that.

[01:30:54] Well, they kind of did it Langley, right?

[01:30:56] Senator Wicker went on 60 minutes and said, Ah, we couldn't track him, we couldn't bring him down, right?

[01:31:00] Yeah, they don't want to fucking lose election because you're spending what the new budget was was requested, we haven't got it yet, but a trillion and a half dollars, and you still can't keep the fucking drones out of the sky.

[01:31:11] So it's like Gene said, until something happens, and they're all gonna be like, Oh my god, we didn't see that coming.

[01:31:19] And I know that because we well, this conversation is proof that that they did know.

[01:31:24] We briefed senators, the senators that wrote the legislation that said that they're now going to allow the bases to shoot down drones.

[01:31:35] We know what the plan is, just like we did at Langley, and they're going to have ordnance.

[01:31:39] So you're going to have a small swarm show up.

[01:31:42] You're going to take the first shot at the first drone, and the second, third, and fourth one with a small payload is going to go out your fuel center, your daycare system, or your mess hall, and it's going to kill people and it's going to cause a big fucking explosion.

[01:31:56] And the next day's headline is going to say Keystone cop shot down one drone, blew up a fucking building, killed three people.

[01:32:04] They still wrote the legislation.

[01:32:05] They're still clapping for themselves saying we found the answer.

[01:32:09] They know it's not the fucking answer, but this is how politics work, guys.

[01:32:13] It's a sad fucking state work.

[01:32:15] Daycare.

[01:32:17] If you've been to a base, and Gene, I'll let you talk more about this.

[01:32:20] There's all it's like a small city, you know.

[01:32:23] I I've been on the business.

[01:32:25] Yeah, yeah.

[01:32:26] I I mean, but that's that that would be an a uh that would be a target.

[01:32:32] Like anything that is gonna have people or the most damage, like your fuel depot, will be a target because if you take that step of shooting down their technology, then it's kind of the eye for the eye.

[01:32:45] What will immediately happen the next day?

[01:32:47] That order that says any base can shoot down a drone will be removed immediately.

[01:32:53] I mean, if the thing about assistance flying it, you know, if this thing, you know, something's flying at at 2 a.m.

[01:32:59] and they take the shot at it, and Mike's scenario kind of plays out, right?

[01:33:05] Well, if if the counter, you know, if the counter assault, let's say, of the the drones was purely, you know, um other office buildings or you know, the fuel depot alone or something like that, they'll just say, Oh, we shot the thing down, you know, and it it it went into um, you know, we had some other building damage and things like that.

[01:33:28] Yeah, you know, something drops on a a facility that is you know crucial to the the community that lives there, people are going to get more nervous, they're going to ask questions, they're gonna you know feel it a lot more.

[01:33:47] Comes down to eyeballs.

[01:33:49] What was that doing with that?

[01:33:50] That should value be very important, you know.

[01:33:52] Yeah, what what would happen if we didn't shoot it down?

[01:33:54] We covered one of these cases, and we did time, we did Dave where like it flow over the nuclear facility and just left, and they're gonna say, Well, shit, let it just leave then.

[01:34:02] Look at what you had cost because you shot at it.

[01:34:05] That's the state of things.

[01:34:07] Well, well, okay, I guess what I'm confused at here is your stance on the tic-tac and then our capabilities.

[01:34:17] Are you insinuating that a the tic-tac is man-made and b is also an adversary, or is it the tic-tac is man-made and it's ours?

[01:34:31] And if it's ours, why are we so far behind if that's what's what we we got cooking?

[01:34:39] Something that could drop from the spy, the spy one as a limit of 80,000 feet, right at the space line, the line of space.

[01:34:48] Um, so it could have been coming from higher, we don't know, but a minimum of drop, if you're to believe what has been spent said by guys like Kevin Day.

[01:34:58] Right.

[01:34:59] Let me jump into it with asking all three of you a question.

[01:35:02] What's the fastest aircraft we we have in the U.S.

[01:35:04] military or did have, let's put it that way.

[01:35:08] The fastest R 71.

[01:35:10] The SR 71.

[01:35:11] Yeah, what decade are we talking about?

[01:35:13] Yeah, 1990, right?

[01:35:17] Yeah, we don't know what the fuck these guys got.

[01:35:20] In their last audit, they said that even if we could find the money, which is trillions missing over all the audit years, we couldn't tell you where it went because it's all code names and stuff.

[01:35:29] We couldn't tell you what it was spent on.

[01:35:31] And we're still saying the SR71.

[01:35:33] You know, another good example is the Osama bin Laden raid.

[01:35:37] We only saw the helicopter because unfortunately it went down the way down, yeah.

[01:35:42] And they tried to destruct it so that basically the enemy couldn't get it, but the telephone got left.

[01:35:48] And that uh, as we know now from the guy that was the actual trigger man that took Osama out.

[01:35:55] If you know there's debates in that story, but actually, that is um not to cut you off here, but I was actually just talking to Gene about that, I think.

[01:36:03] But this has uh been resurfacing, there's a huge debate in the special forces.

[01:36:09] There's a debate, Bruin, but for the sake of this conversation, I guess.

[01:36:12] Yeah, we'll skip that.

[01:36:13] He got interviewed on Tucker Carlson and he he let out some information about the helicopter, not anything classified, but they basically said, How quiet is it?

[01:36:21] Right, and he was like quiet, real quiet.

[01:36:23] Now keep in mind you're you're run you're launching a raid over people who essentially have like open windows in their house in the middle of the night.

[01:36:30] How fucking quiet was that thing that nobody heard it?

[01:36:33] They live.

[01:36:34] I mean, we're we're talking about some crazy shit.

[01:36:36] So, anyway, you get into that and then you look through the tens of billions of dollars since then.

[01:36:41] That was a long time ago, decades, that we've spent on helicopters.

[01:36:45] How come all the tens of billions of dollars we spent on helicopters don't have the newest technology that was back in the early 2000s?

[01:36:52] It's just the way this system works, brother.

[01:36:55] It's just it's bullshit, but it's just so the fact that we're not using it is not it.

[01:37:00] Um, I got asked uh yesterday going through the podcast with um uh Project Infinity, right?

[01:37:08] With and uh Project Unity, Jay Unity.

[01:37:10] Oh, I'm sorry.

[01:37:11] Umity with Jay um covered.

[01:37:14] I appreciate that because I got too much in my head to cover today, but yeah, Jay Anderson's Project Unity, great episode.

[01:37:20] Jay and I we were talking about it, and we kind of came to a certain point where it was like uh you know, just just the government running the way the government worked, and I did kind of lose my track of mind there.

[01:37:31] But it's just the point that like you don't just because we have it, we don't have to use it, right?

[01:37:36] And one of the things I said to him is there's a second part of the Nimitz story that's not exactly like chapter two.

[01:37:43] You know, I talked about the deployment where they were going.

[01:37:46] It's not like if you're like, oh, where were they going?

[01:37:48] There's the answer.

[01:37:49] It's not that necessarily easy of a line, but if you knew what was connected to that, the whole reason why the tic tac, which there was actually two generations there, one with lights that Voorhees was looking at with binoculars floating off the ship bow, and the first the tic-tac, which doesn't have lights, there was a reason why they had to run it to figure out whether or not you could pick it up.

[01:38:11] So there's there's always more to these sort of stories.

[01:38:14] So then it becomes the question the Senate asked, Well, how much did this thing cost?

[01:38:20] You know, how would you build it?

[01:38:21] Keep in mind we got a team of aerospace guys that does this, right?

[01:38:24] This is what they did their whole life before they retired.

[01:38:26] So we came up with what it would cost, and you know, the senators were like, Well, they're not doing that on their own budget, there's got to be a customer, right?

[01:38:34] They're not spending that sort of money.

[01:38:36] We told them how many team members it would take to build it so they can kind of have an idea of the process and what would go into this.

[01:38:43] And then we got into the point where it was like, you know, how would you change it?

[01:38:47] How would you fix it?

[01:38:48] Which is all the stuff uh that they had us in there for.

[01:38:51] But like the the second part of that story has to do with their other question, which was has it ever been used in any missions?

[01:39:01] Surely it's been used at least once, right?

[01:39:04] And there is an answer.

[01:39:06] And we gave that to them.

[01:39:08] And that's how it kind of ties into the uh tic-tac um incident where there was an actual mission, uh, adversaries, um bad guys, not just a simulation where there's no there's no ordinance to shoot back.

[01:39:23] So there's another part to that story um that people don't know, and that's why it doesn't make a lot of sense to folks.

[01:39:36] Okay, okay, interesting.

[01:39:38] Um I guess I'm still not clear.

[01:39:43] Um the tic-tac technology is ours, as all technology expected to be stole, expect it to be copied.

[01:39:50] One of the things we're talking about with Jay as well is we were saying, listen, one of the things that Fraver says only, I think one of his interviews, you know, it's like one of the things where it's usually just a broken record because then he gets bored by it, he said, talking the same story, the same questions, is he said, We knew that the Chinese were there with their spy satellites watching us.

[01:40:08] So when you go into things like saber rattling, what can you get with a satellite?

[01:40:11] What can you not?

[01:40:12] We can get some good images, not not a whole lot else back then, but imagine as a Chinese spy satellite seeing what the fuck the tic-tac did in performance.

[01:40:23] You want to know why they're not invading Taiwan?

[01:40:26] You want to know why we got drones flying over sensitive military bases?

[01:40:30] Because they fucking know what we have, and that's a good way to dust the money.

[01:40:33] It's also a double-edged sword, right?

[01:40:34] Because now you're a double-edged sword, but it's called Saber Adam.

[01:40:38] We got it, we got uh, we got a name for it.

[01:40:40] Keep in mind about the time that also came out, Russia made an announcement.

[01:40:44] Russia's announcement was we have a basically a missile attached to a satellite, right?

[01:40:49] Yeah, it's gonna come down so fast you can't shoot it down.

[01:40:52] All of a sudden, everybody's talking their best, you know, game, oh and nobody tied it together.

[01:40:58] But trust me, there's a lot of everyone was chest beaten, everybody's chest beaten, saying, You better not fuck with us because you know you better not fuck with us either.

[01:41:07] So this is kind of like back in the cold war where everybody's trying to you know do what they can to keep the guy from just shooting.

[01:41:14] So there's a lot to this story, a lot to this chess game.

[01:41:18] This is why me and Gene go on 10-hour rides one way and talk the whole time.

[01:41:23] There's a lot of people I've been in the car, I've been in the car with Gene for many hours, and he is one of the few people that um that I could like the you don't even realize like hours have gone by because you're laughing so hard.

[01:41:39] Just so I finish that, Ty.

[01:41:40] The Chinese do not have, nor does any country have as good as what we have.

[01:41:44] We see that, right?

[01:41:45] They can make knockoffs, they can try and reverse engineer stuff.

[01:41:48] That's a lot easier than it sounds.

[01:41:50] Trust me, we know.

[01:41:52] But so what do you want then?

[01:41:55] You want the kill pill, and the kill pill is if you can track it with the radar or you can buy a weapon system that shoots us down, which is where we kind of come in.

[01:42:03] You've just eliminated the need to actually match that threat of technology.

[01:42:07] So that's the chess game we're in.

[01:42:09] So like last week, I think like you we talked about the tic-tac.

[01:42:13] You thought it was a blue on blue with the added element of Chinese observation going on at like the same time.

[01:42:19] Is that is that correct?

[01:42:21] Yeah.

[01:42:23] Yep.

[01:42:24] There you go.

[01:42:26] I mean, again, you know, when these are some of the conversations that need to happen, kind of like the one I was just talking to Ty.

[01:42:32] There's even one that's even more extreme than that.

[01:42:34] But you go back and you look, knowing how we think now, and you start tying together everybody's statements, and you say, like, oh Jesus, that's kind of crazy.

[01:42:43] If China saw that, and now they're saying this, and now Russia knows, and now Russia's saying this, that kind of all goes together.

[01:42:49] Well, what I'm a little bit concerned about is that it seems that we need to a harden our infrastructure and b imply um what is the word I'm looking for?

[01:43:06] Uh institute anti anti-drone and anti-tech like shoot down technology that we have are at our nuclear facilities and sensitive facilities that if these things get too close, um if they're deemed like an actual threat.

[01:43:25] Because what now I'm worried about is well, if someone can just fly a drone, um that no one has to even invasion becomes something from the sky, it's not boots on the ground, it's it's yeah, it's robots in the sky descending and blowing shit up.

[01:43:45] And and you got it.

[01:43:47] Well, I mean, that's that's an Xbox controller.

[01:43:52] So you've got to you've got to have a system that is able to detect these things from a launch point, and you've got to have resources, you know, you've got to have two things that happen at the same time.

[01:44:05] You have to have resources deployed in order to intercept them, whatever that looks like, because what you don't want to do is actually shoot it down over the facility itself.

[01:44:16] Sorry, that's true.

[01:44:17] And that's trippy as fuck.

[01:44:21] And and the the second part of that is you want to provide advanced notification to the facility itself or to facilities that could potentially be within target areas so that they can begin shutting down processes and doing things that can you know begin to mitigate some of the potential damage that that that could happen, you know, if Russia had that kind of notification, you know, or insights into um the drones and they weren't just reliant upon um you know an anti-drone system taking it down, they could have very practically instituted emergency shutdown procedures and begin to to drain and isolate vessels and things like that so that when it does come back online you've lost less materials or you've you know contained a potential explosion, you know, smaller than perhaps what it you know what it was.

[01:45:28] Yeah, and just to jump in on that, because again, we're we're talking truth there, and I don't have to be so tight-lipped today.

[01:45:34] We don't have that system that can detect them.

[01:45:37] You can look all you want on these announcements by these big fucking dollar defense contractors, and they'll say we shot down a hundred of a hundred drones.

[01:45:44] You did the ones from Walmart.

[01:45:47] That's how this shit's tested.

[01:45:49] That's not what fucking China's coming with.

[01:45:51] They're coming with things that sized ones that can't be picked up by fucking radar or jammed or anything else.

[01:45:58] And as we told SSAI there, that's not the top of the shit they got in the air.

[01:46:03] That's not even the top model.

[01:46:05] So if you can't bring it down, you're stuck.

[01:46:07] Yeah, and Mike, the big concern there is what kind of payload are they carrying, right?

[01:46:11] I mean, you can't detect them in the first place, so they just slip in with tactical nuke, uh biological weaponry, who the fuck knows?

[01:46:19] Um, that's doomery for sure, but it's real.

[01:46:24] It is, and again, think there's no life.

[01:46:26] Go back to the kamikaze stuff, but with no life, you're not just gonna crash in a field right if you got a payload, like I was talking earlier.

[01:46:33] You're gonna make sure you take out a target with that payload.

[01:46:36] That's this is how the game works.

[01:46:38] But I just want to stress to people all these systems that they're claiming that they you know work great.

[01:46:45] I've I am aware of how they test.

[01:46:48] And what I'm telling you, how they test is that not only can these systems not pick up the adversary's best drones that we know of, I won't tell you how some of them came into the hands of these people.

[01:46:58] Uh, but uh they also can't even pick up the best that we have when we're behind.

[01:47:03] These systems, there is no system that works right now, it just doesn't.

[01:47:07] And if you just look at the design, you gotta wonder how dumb people must be to believe this.

[01:47:12] Because it's like we're gonna drive in this big fucking deuce, you know, with the system on the back.

[01:47:18] Okay, genius.

[01:47:19] Well, what if it comes from the front of the cab?

[01:47:21] You're gonna shine it through there.

[01:47:22] What if they come in off the ground a foot up?

[01:47:25] You can't even you have no range for that, you'd be shooting your truck in the whole 360.

[01:47:29] Like, you don't think these guys have figured out?

[01:47:31] Let's run one from the top and three from the bottom, and you can't swivel any of those ways.

[01:47:37] The saddest thing about this is that the way the government's responded to to Mike and the way the government's responded to this and and so many other things, they're gonna let the disaster happen so that then they can all take to the steps and they can all say and and they can throw billions of more dollars at it and create new funding, and and they can fund all of their pet projects and all of their friends and everybody in their districts and and and the rest of it.

[01:48:11] Coming from uh you guys, is there a is there and this is probably gonna be a very grim answer, no matter which way, is there a scenario that if it were to happen that there's an acceptable loss of life?

[01:48:32] Like there's a where they deem like like you know, I I hate this sounds like dirty even saying it, but you know what I mean.

[01:48:42] Like, I think he's really we know what you mean.

[01:48:46] Yeah, okay yeah, no, I mean I mean, you know, this is what you're talking about.

[01:48:52] That is that is you know, basic risk management, insurance, you know, that is what these industries do.

[01:49:00] That's what you know, I did in the oil and gas industry to a to a degree.

[01:49:06] Um you know, yes, there is a there is a number for every human life, um, you know, in any number of scenarios that are that are being planned out.

[01:49:19] And so, you know, there are acceptable losses.

[01:49:25] Um, and there's listen, and and they don't do just do it when it comes to dealing with people's lives, they do it with even you know, regulatory fines and things like that.

[01:49:36] I've seen situations where companies are out of compliance, that something is regulatorily mandated, and there's a fine of $25,000 per day per month.

[01:49:43] Companies are out of compliance, that something is regulatorily mandated, and there's a fine of $25,000 per day per fine, you know, per offense when you are out of compliance, and it's just cheaper for them to pay the fine than than it is to actually change.

[01:50:01] So, yeah, in the same way, is there an acceptable target?

[01:50:06] Is there an acceptable, you know, if they've got to make a choice between a couple of things or which one that they're gonna defend?

[01:50:12] And yeah, absolutely, you know.

[01:50:15] Um where they're like, say they would let let the disaster happen because they've deemed it that it's it's not enough of a loss, where like it's it's it's either not enough of a loss or it's too politically uh risky, that's a yeah, mitigated up front, um, or it creates an even better opportunity.

[01:50:44] I mean, you know, again, we can I know you've had lots of 9-11, you know, related people on and and things like that, but you know, when we talk about um you know black swan events and things like that, the idea of planes being hijacked and flown into buildings was certainly absolutely thought of, um known.

[01:51:11] You know, it was it wasn't an an unknown thing, but there just wasn't enough information available at the time to justify a major industrial um you know change like that, right that the government going you know was gonna mandate, oh, you have to you know secure the cockpit doors, and you know, with the the the doors.

[01:51:35] Think about all the TSA changes that happened too, right?

[01:51:38] So when so when you know before 9-11, when they're sitting down with industry and they're like, well, you know, we have some Intel or our analysts, and this is a vulnerability, the airlines push back, and they're like, We I one of the greatest ones was I remember there was an oil refinery, and we had specific intelligence that it was targeting being going to be targeted for a bombing, a car bombing.

[01:52:06] And we said we wanted to, you know, we want to deploy canines to the facility, or you know, here's the company, it's a private canine company.

[01:52:17] Call them, have them come out and provide you know canine through you know these periods and and this and that.

[01:52:25] And the oil refinery leadership came back and said, Well, we we we put it on the risk matrix, which tells you likelihood and probability, right?

[01:52:37] And though it's a high consequence event, it is low probability and and low likelihood because it has never happened before, so we're not gonna spend the money on having dogs at the gate.

[01:52:53] I mean, and that was even with intelligence that said um somebody's coming, they still go that.

[01:53:00] So, so yeah, absolutely.

[01:53:01] There's that's that's how that's how it works.

[01:53:04] I mean, yeah, there's a reason I asked, and it's a continuation of a question that I've asked before.

[01:53:09] And to Gene's point, look at Pearl Harbor.

[01:53:12] I mean, there's a great example of something where they just kind of knew what was gonna happen or had a really good idea was gonna happen, but the the idea that the loss of life and inherent in that was I don't want to say necessary, but an acceptable risk in order to get us into the war to the war, yeah.

[01:53:31] Um you do it every day.

[01:53:33] You just bought a new car.

[01:53:34] Did you buy the extended warranty and the uh the the the undercarriage coding, or did you take the risk that you're you know not gonna be affected by you know by that?

[01:53:46] Did you buy a car shield that covers the you know for another few hundred bucks a month that covers the thing?

[01:53:51] No, you probably didn't because you're you're willing to take that risk that it won't happen.

[01:53:57] Like out here in California, I mean, we're not getting earthquake insurance on our house because the deductible is worth more than the fucking house is.

[01:54:04] So why am I gonna why am I gonna insure against this event that it's like, well, if it happens, I'm out of this anyway.

[01:54:11] So yeah.

[01:54:12] So pulling this back um to I guess, you know, the the the UFO stuff and the non-human as we wrap up.

[01:54:23] Um when talking about the original material, I I I don't want you to go too far, um, because I know that that there's some obviously some proprietary information.

[01:54:37] Um, but a lot of people have speculated that, and you know, other people have been told by certain people in government that sound, light, and frequency seem to be the keys to unlocking something, uh, whether it's you know, the next step in technology or the next step in evolution or all of the above.

[01:55:02] Um with the technology that you retrieved uh or or came across or have seen, is there any validity to that?

[01:55:17] Well, Ty, that's a short answer, so I wanted to cover one book and longer answer as I know we're wrapping up, but that last question I want to throw a little bit of uh knowledge in on it.

[01:55:29] Um because this is what I do for a living, right?

[01:55:32] I'm no angel, but to keep in mind I'm basically, you know, we call it a defense contractor.

[01:55:38] That's not what we are.

[01:55:39] No one is.

[01:55:40] That's the PR sort of way of putting it out.

[01:55:43] I mean, you know, we develop systems that the nicest way to say it is eliminate the enemy or the threat as quickly as possible, usually as cheaply as possible, and usually as widely as possible.

[01:55:59] So we look at things like uh how to kill people, and it's always supposed to be the bad guy, right?

[01:56:07] So, with that said, you look at it the other way around, right?

[01:56:12] Let me tell people what's going to happen with the drones.

[01:56:15] If you look at some of the armed services where they say we had this many instances, look at places like Jersey.

[01:56:21] If something kicks off anywhere in the world, let's just say Taiwan gets invaded, the war will not be the U.S.

[01:56:28] versus China or the war in Taiwan will be here in U.S.

[01:56:33] borders.

[01:56:34] They've already proved it.

[01:56:36] You may not know all the details, but they've already proved it.

[01:56:38] Right now you can go to Google Maps on every base that there is that we have, and there are yellow lines where our aircraft park.

[01:56:45] Okay, we know where everything's going to be parked.

[01:56:47] Even a terrorist could do this.

[01:56:49] You can draw a line on Google Maps from point A to point B.

[01:56:53] You don't even have to use GPS on some of this stuff, right?

[01:56:55] You can't be jammed.

[01:56:57] You will take out every plane, right?

[01:56:59] $100 million plane with an $85 drone that's already here, that's already built, that's already in basements from foreign adversaries living within the U.S.

[01:57:09] You can't track where the drones are at.

[01:57:12] You won't get a plane out, you won't get a ship out.

[01:57:16] Once you take a plane out on the runway, well, then you gotta try and take off the other way because we put all of our information out.

[01:57:22] I can tell you how long a plane needs to take off or land based on that information that we publish.

[01:57:28] So now the runway's no good.

[01:57:30] There's only a couple craft that can take off without a runway, so then it becomes a game of you have to stay in the air to stay alive.

[01:57:37] Guess what the first thing was we noticed that the versaries were interested in?

[01:57:42] The refuelers.

[01:57:44] Why do you think that is?

[01:57:45] Gas station in the sky.

[01:57:47] Yeah, we're fucked, guys.

[01:57:50] We we can't fight here.

[01:57:52] Everything they need to beat us is already here.

[01:57:54] All the drones are built.

[01:57:57] Okay, that's what's going on right now.

[01:58:00] That's the importance of this, should something happen.

[01:58:03] So it's not just that they're not doing anything, it's because they can't.

[01:58:07] They can let lie to you and let defense contractors say we shot down 100% of the drones we tested against.

[01:58:12] Give me a fucking break.

[01:58:13] I know what the truth is.

[01:58:15] So you don't want to have people get up on a stage that are politicians and say, hey guys, we're fucked, right?

[01:58:21] Doesn't matter how much money we have, we don't matter if it's a trillion and a half.

[01:58:25] Look, our systems suck.

[01:58:27] We need the golden dome, but the golden dome won't bring anything down either.

[01:58:30] It won't pick up drones, like we can pick up drones.

[01:58:33] It's just it's inadequate.

[01:58:35] Keep in mind, like I was talking about the scenario with that, you know, a truck that comes in with the you know laser and shoots them down, but it can't shoot down off the ground.

[01:58:43] If you fly under a certain amount of feet, you can't pick them up with the radar anyway because the trees and buildings are in the way.

[01:58:48] So just to kind of cover that for people of how bad it is and why you're not being the truth, that's it.

[01:58:55] Now, the second part of that answer is a real quick one.

[01:58:59] There is no magic god particle that people are looking for.

[01:59:05] How you create things in the material science and engineering becomes really incredible.

[01:59:11] Something that is terrible at one quality, right?

[01:59:15] Maybe conducting electricity, you put it through science, you know, materials or engineering.

[01:59:21] Is there something called the God particle?

[01:59:24] There is, but that's not the key to this, right?

[01:59:27] And the next thing you know, something that was terrible electricity outperforms everything else we know.

[01:59:31] Okay, so you gotta talk about how things change, and that's one of the reasons other countries are catching us, because not that I'm against OSHA, but they're more primed to be like, let's build something, hook it up to electricity, and see what the fuck happens.

[01:59:46] And that's kind of how when people say maybe we discovered something during the bomb testing, right?

[01:59:50] Kind of the same sort of scenario here.

[01:59:53] So what it becomes is, and Gene's talked about this, you know, even if you look at his list, he talked about comparing his list of materials he compared to the SP 500.

[02:00:03] It's not just the secrets of the market where everything's gonna change, it's even just the investment market.

[02:00:08] So the key here is knowing what the materials are.

[02:00:11] That was a big thing in the Senate SCIF, you know, the inside traders, they all know the key now of what's gonna essentially build this technology for the world.

[02:00:21] But we're not discovering new elements, right?

[02:00:24] We don't need a special space rock from such and such planet.

[02:00:28] It's here, they are rare earth minerals and elements, right?

[02:00:33] But you just gotta figure out how to build what you want with it, you know.

[02:00:37] Keep in mind that old scenario of a cell phone, right?

[02:00:39] Back in the 1800s, we had the same stuff we do today.

[02:00:43] We weren't building cell phones, it's just that process of technology and money.

[02:00:47] Interesting.

[02:00:48] Uh, anyone have anything before uh before we wrap up that they wanted to close out or ask?

[02:00:58] Well, I just want to again remind people, you know, that was the point of the show today, is that each show kind of gonna be talking a little bit more, but uh there's a big one coming.

[02:01:08] Give it about two weeks, right?

[02:01:09] You'll know when it's out.

[02:01:11] Yeah, that I I don't know.

[02:01:12] That'll lead to another thing.

[02:01:14] Yeah, that'll lead to another thing.

[02:01:15] We'll probably be on here talking that day anyway.

[02:01:18] That's gonna lead to another thing, and by about the second week of October, you're gonna know a lot more than you ever thought you would or you ever have in probably the last 90 years.

[02:01:29] So we're moving forward.

[02:01:31] That's uh that's a very big claim.

[02:01:35] Yeah, and again, just for transparency's sake, sorry, Ty, just for transparency's sake, right?

[02:01:40] You know, because I know we're always critical of of the slow drip, right?

[02:01:45] And the slow reveal and and things like that.

[02:01:48] Um, but you know, this is this is step by step number one, just out of uh both an abundance of caution and just for the time it takes to have things prepared.

[02:02:01] I was gonna I was gonna say, how do we because I've bet obviously the community's been told through various you know NGOs and 501c3s and um you know things like I I hate to say names, but like Skywatcher.

[02:02:19] Um yeah, let's let's from from names.

[02:02:23] I get where you're going with that, Ty.

[02:02:24] But here's the thing, what I just said, and why I stand behind it.

[02:02:28] All those groups were claiming something to do, and I'll say it with aliens, NHI, some sort of big thing like that.

[02:02:37] What I'm talking about is just simple.

[02:02:40] The fucking truth.

[02:02:42] Literally, for 90 years, you guys have never had the fucking truth, especially dealing with the government about what they know, what they don't know.

[02:02:50] You may not like the truth, right?

[02:02:53] But I'm not promising I'm going to uh have Gene call one in sitting in a lawn chair with his mind.

[02:03:00] That's not a knock against anybody.

[02:03:02] I'm just saying that there is a difference with what we're gonna do and the other folks are promising to do.

[02:03:08] This is not the same, this is not a comparison, but I stand by the promise that you'll know more because just in a couple of the file releases, that'll show you right off the bat who's full of shit and who's not in the government, which again, the whole community is cheering for some people they shouldn't be.

[02:03:24] So that already tells me that I'm right on my claim.

[02:03:27] So again, you're not rule, sorry, Gene, you're not ruling out the existence of something, you're just saying, here's what I got, and here's what I can fill in.

[02:03:37] Um this is you guys need to know this in in order to make an informed.

[02:03:42] Yep.

[02:03:43] You cannot form a plan unless you know the truth, right?

[02:03:46] Right.

[02:03:47] We we keep trying to have this plan without knowing the truth.

[02:03:49] You cannot have a plan unless you know what works and what doesn't.

[02:03:52] The UAPDA will never work, neither will the eminent domain clause.

[02:03:56] Okay, it just we've we've seen you can't go and find it, okay.

[02:03:59] So, yeah, what you're gonna get is the truth.

[02:04:02] I hope from there you can build a formidable plan that will go forward.

[02:04:07] But as I've told you here, if it's in the sky and you know, genes cut with the drones, we can't detect drones.

[02:04:16] You need a system that can't.

[02:04:18] That's what we've offered.

[02:04:19] That's what we've had elected members briefed on.

[02:04:23] All they had to do was sign a paper.

[02:04:25] One elected member actually said, So all these guys need is a signature.

[02:04:30] And the person that briefed said, Yeah, and actually, we've been waiting quite some time for you guys on the hill to start signing these papers.

[02:04:37] I've discussed a little bit of that today.

[02:04:40] That particular member didn't want to do it because re-election, he couldn't defend it, that sort of stuff.

[02:04:45] Okay, I'm not gonna go into names here, but I'll just say, are these really people that like are pushing this forward and saying we're gonna get the truth?

[02:04:54] Because we could have had the fucking truth a couple years ago.

[02:04:57] We know it.

[02:04:58] If you say NHI is real and the orbs are real, fuck we don't have to hunt them out, right?

[02:05:02] We'll just bring our system and what's out there.

[02:05:04] I mean, there's all sorts of possibilities here.

[02:05:07] So we're covering the forefront of that, which is what does our technology do?

[02:05:11] Who's telling the truth, who's not, and I guarantee that puts you ahead more than you were or have learned in the last 90 years.

[02:05:18] I I stand by that completely.

[02:05:20] And one of my one of my hopes out of this is that it does it does demonstrate or or that I'm able to demonstrate um the origins question.

[02:05:34] So while everything Mike is doing is a hundred percent terrestrially focused, um as he releases more, and I'm able to make more of the comparisons of the things that I've found as it relates, it goes back to that original question.

[02:05:52] It's a it's almost a becomes a live example of what my hope was that Congress would be doing with the the things I've brought forward is to say, well, hold on.

[02:06:06] If this is what we have now, where did this come from?

[02:06:10] What it what are the origins of it?

[02:06:12] And we can again go backwards in time and start looking as Mike is taking the the very very terrestrial and important national security aspect of this for it as well.

[02:06:25] So there's uh there's nothing for uh, or I should say it's uh uh potentially just as interesting for you know the people who are you know purely UAP focused, um, because I think there's uh I think question there, yeah.

[02:06:42] Yeah, this seems like a lot of more of the nuts and bolts, like not to make it a crude analogy, but um uh actually I just had one thing pop into my head.

[02:06:51] Uh a lot of technology that works in a passive way, and I actually thought of Eric Hecker specifically, um, but technology seems to be in most cases, or in almost a lot of cases, a hammer can be used to help you build something or turn it around and it can help you rip something down.

[02:07:16] Uh, it can be used as a weapon and it also can be used as a tool, like to build.

[02:07:22] Um is the technology that you are working with is it passive in nature, or is there some sort of feature where it could be then turned into an active um type of system?

[02:07:40] Or is that asking too much?

[02:07:42] No, it's already active.

[02:07:44] We've already proved it, and they didn't like some of the things we brought in.

[02:07:47] Yeah, I know where you're I know where you're okay.

[02:07:50] Okay, I think where you said to kind of get there, all this technology is that's why you hear the national security thing, right?

[02:07:57] So if there's a certain information we release, well, as we've all said today, that's not our intention, right?

[02:08:03] So definitely want to clear that up.

[02:08:04] We're not going to put the United States Army or military members in danger.

[02:08:08] The problem is the inactions are what's causing that.

[02:08:14] So what I'm going to tell you, and people may not like it, is I know we have uh people that say, well, in this country they're hunting UFOs, in this country they're hunting UFOs.

[02:08:22] I get it.

[02:08:22] But none of the bad guys that I've dealt with have ever thought that what they're seeing, including the tic-tac, was UFOs.

[02:08:29] Uh most of the spies, the countries believe this is our tech.

[02:08:32] That's how they're hunting it.

[02:08:34] That's how they're looking for it.

[02:08:36] So when I tell you things about drones, do you think the Chinese know they can fly in our skies over Lang Lee without getting shot down or jammed?

[02:08:43] Probably if they did it.

[02:08:45] So am I really letting out any national security secrets?

[02:08:48] No.

[02:08:48] Am I gonna embarrass some politicians?

[02:08:51] Yeah, I'm gonna do that.

[02:08:53] But it's because we want fucking change, and that's that's the whole point of it.

[02:08:57] So my particular system, as I've already said, whoever watches this, I can put you on with the funding guy, not our funding guy, an actual guy that deals with government contracts and on your side, and you can sign one fucking paper and we can walk out with this thing solved.

[02:09:12] And that's what the whole goal, this whole point of thing is, is that we're either gonna tell people and we're gonna force you to solve it, or we're gonna tell people and you're gonna write us a contract to solve it, and then you're gonna tell the people that you solved it.

[02:09:26] But at no point in time are people gonna get no fucking answers.

[02:09:31] And when it's solved, either way, if there's UAP or UFOs in the sky, you're gonna know the exact politician that has access to that folder and me for briefings, and he will have the answer.

[02:09:43] You will have to go to him to get it, what's in that folder.

[02:09:46] But I'm just telling you, that's how we get the secrets, that's how we get the information.

[02:09:51] There's a whole plan in play here.

[02:09:54] You can build things down, or you can break things down, you can build them up.

[02:09:59] We're walking that fine line, but sometimes you also have to break things down, the old saying, burn it down to rebuild it.

[02:10:05] And that's kind of what we're trying to do here.

[02:10:08] All right, guys.

[02:10:09] Um, fantastic.

[02:10:11] Um, I do want to say this uh before we before we go.

[02:10:17] Uh we just had Len Velogan on the show, uh, former UAP task force member, uh, all source analyst, U.S.

[02:10:26] Air Force veteran, and he's got a the app.

[02:10:30] Uh Gene, what's the app called?

[02:10:32] Is the Phenom Phenom Phenom app?

[02:10:37] I don't believe it is.

[02:10:39] Yeah, so I just want to get this in here uh real quick.

[02:10:43] Uh I told him I would do it.

[02:10:45] So, and it's I think it's a great, great, great tool.

[02:10:49] Uh Vita Vito was pushing that, and if not, he's probably got a chat.

[02:10:52] There we go, Dave.

[02:10:54] Here you go, Ty.

[02:10:55] Wow, fantastic.

[02:10:57] Look at you.

[02:10:58] Look at you.

[02:10:59] You are such on retainer for us.

[02:11:03] Um look for the icon next to it, and that's that'll be his for sure.

[02:11:07] Yeah, yeah.

[02:11:07] So you can get it on Google Play.

[02:11:09] Uh, you can don't download it on the app store.

[02:11:13] Um, it's going to be, you know, it's it's it's a UAP intelligence uh for a more informed world.

[02:11:19] It's it's able to um help you connect uh with, you know, so if you have a sighting or an encounter and you report it and you use the integrated tools in the app, um, you can actually you know see if anyone around you is seeing the same thing.

[02:11:36] And the more and more people that are obviously using the app, the more of a larger picture we're gonna be able to get, or your the you know, the app is gonna be able to get.

[02:11:45] And then, you know, it it's it's a really cool idea.

[02:11:49] And uh, you know, it's another place where you can report things and you know the data is I know people are very worried about their data.

[02:11:57] Uh it is all secure.

[02:11:59] Um, you know, none of that.

[02:12:01] Uh there's there are other apps out there that um have have really done weird things.

[02:12:08] Um, and you know, the the videos you submit uh become their property, um, and that's you know, a kind of a weird thing to do.

[02:12:16] So anyway, um, yeah.

[02:12:18] And just real fast, it also doesn't listen to everything you say and show you an ad for whatever you mention.

[02:12:26] Did you hear?

[02:12:28] Did you hear that um oh god, I forget what his name is, but he was uh he's a really famous guy.

[02:12:39] He was on Rogan and he was told a story.

[02:12:44] No, no, no, no.

[02:12:46] Um good one, but yes, he was also on Joe.

[02:12:49] He was on Joe Rogan.

[02:12:50] People got so upset about that one.

[02:12:52] Um, and I was like, uh I think we should be like giving credit uh where it's due because like that's someone who like started a small channel and grew it over time and then was sitting across from Joe Rogan.

[02:13:07] Like that's that's like that's what we all sh want to be and see.

[02:13:12] So um, you know, I mean, like people are hating on it, but that's side tangent.

[02:13:15] Anyway, this guy he tells Rogan that he taught Alexa how to remote view, and Alexa had a pretty good sandal, yeah.

[02:13:27] So uh he all out of all the dumb AI, he called it uh like the large language models, not like anything like you know, anything further than that.

[02:13:37] But out of the dumb AI, he said that Alexa worked the best and had a success rate that you know only 10% of people that go to like say the Monroe Institute get or have.

[02:13:50] And like he was like, again, it took incredible, incredible stuff.

[02:13:54] So like the world that we're headed into is is just like such a fucking wild one, and there's like crazy news shit uh all the time.

[02:14:02] Uh there's crazy stories, crazy things happening.

[02:14:05] Um, and it seems like we're on the precipice.

[02:14:07] Like, I hate to you know keep uttering this, but you know, for the past year I felt like like something's about to give.

[02:14:15] And I just I don't know what it is, but I keep feeling us edging closer to something.

[02:14:19] And I don't know if anyone else gets that same feeling, but um yeah.

[02:14:24] Anyway, um this has been really fun, Mike.

[02:14:27] Thank you for doing this.

[02:14:28] Thank you for um you know having the courage to to come forward and and uh you know take this leap.

[02:14:37] Uh Gene, thank you for everything you do.

[02:14:40] Uh Ashton Forbes mentioned, I know people don't like him.

[02:14:44] I don't particularly like Ashton, um, but he did mention your work as the buyer.

[02:14:50] Well, no, he's yeah, he's uh he's a big fan of uh my father-in-law's work.

[02:14:56] He he's probably done four or five times now, jumped into several aspects of it.

[02:15:04] Um and he just he said something last night and I shared it because only because it it really captures the idea of what I always try to say.

[02:15:16] Um, but he said, you know, that people should realize these are important because it's like finding a Bible written in Chinese before Christ was born, right?

[02:15:32] You know, and it's it's a fairly good analogy, like them or not, it's a good analogy.

[02:15:38] I agree, I agree, and that's what I think it is a pretty good uh analogy of what we've all been trying to say about these documents for you know a couple years now.

[02:15:51] Um, so you know that it's again it's dense stuff, but um it doesn't take a a dense mind to look at it and be like, huh, there is something here.

[02:16:02] Uh if if it seems too complicated for me to understand, it's probably something I should, you know, at least ask someone to look at.

[02:16:12] Uh but yeah, uh, and then David, uh you you have a a show.

[02:16:17] Um, do you want to plug that as well?

[02:16:20] Yeah, yeah.

[02:16:20] Um it's um the best place to check the show out is uh at the website attitude of aggression.com or the uh attitude of aggression's YouTube channel.

[02:16:30] Um Gene, hopefully you'll check out the pro wrestling side of things since I I guess you're a fan there.

[02:16:35] I didn't know Gene was a pro wrestling fan.

[02:16:37] This is news to me, and Gene is I'm pretty close to Gene.

[02:16:41] Gene, are you a pro wrestling guy?

[02:16:43] I mean, I was uh I was as a kid, so I I basically just sort of tune into anything that's got any of the you know the legends of the the 80s.

[02:16:52] Okay, this is what I'll admit to.

[02:16:55] Yeah, I'll admit to something.

[02:16:56] I don't watch the current programming, but I do watch like the WWE Unreal series, and then I also watch everything from like Chris Van Van Van Vlee, yeah, CVV is like the initial series.

[02:17:14] Dave covers all that.

[02:17:15] Dave covers all that, dude.

[02:17:17] I love listening to like uh because I love I I watched it when I was a kid too, and I was like, I I grew up in the the attitude era, right?

[02:17:29] Like Stone Cold, uh The Rock, Undertaker, Kane, uh Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero.

[02:17:37] So but but that then you had like guys like Edge and Christian and um I I do like you should come over one day.

[02:17:45] He's just getting into the at the attitude here.

[02:17:48] Like we well, what with Unreal, what I but what sorry, uh but I don't admit this often, so it's it's all coming out at once like a faucet.

[02:17:57] Uh because you know, you mean I go scorched earth tonight.

[02:18:02] It's like when you look at it from like a a a perspective of like filmmaking, and uh it's it's like this big or orchestrated uh choreographed dance that they're always doing in the ring, and then with you know, cutting promos, and like even though it's not quote real, like it's not like UFC where you just go in and kick each other in the fucking face, and you know, yeah, there's that more entertainment, right?

[02:18:30] The sports entertainment uh factor to it, I think doesn't make it any more unreal, and you know, no pun intended for the series.

[02:18:41] But I I know it's a little bit of uh it's it's kind of taboo because for a long time they didn't want to talk, they didn't talk trade secrets, right?

[02:18:50] That that was a big thing.

[02:18:51] So I was actually just watching an interview with a JBL and uh uh Ron Simmons uh with Chris, and you know it you see like the visceral reaction they have to like, or at least Ron, you see the visceral reaction he has to like talking about behind the scenes stuff because like it is uncomfortable, but like his character's legendary.

[02:19:11] Like there's a lot of guys there who want to keep that K Fave alive, right?

[02:19:16] Yeah, just and it's just they're just so old school, like you know, back in the day when like Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the Iron Sheik both got suspended because one's a bait, a face, one's a heel.

[02:19:26] So they're driving the car together, smoking a joint, and they both get suspended, you know, because yeah, you can't cross the lines, but yeah, you know like and and that's the that's the that was the like uh like I like watching Paul Hyman, uh Paul Heyman, however everyone pronounces it, because he like he somehow breaks the K fade, but he he keeps this like hook on you, and you're like, dude, this guy, that guy's that he's like, I used to hate him.

[02:19:55] I don't know why I used to hate that guy, but and I think that's because he plays a good bad guy.

[02:20:00] Uh, but again, so purely I would the reason I'm talking about wrestling even right now and choreography is uh Gene and I Gene brought this great idea to me, something I hadn't thought about.

[02:20:11] Something I had thought about kick each other?

[02:20:16] No, no, no.

[02:20:18] Uh it's a scripted short film, and it's it's it's going to be this thing.

[02:20:24] I've already essentially written the first draft, storyboarded it.

[02:20:28] Um I'm gonna start scouting locations on it.

[02:20:32] So it is going to be something that if you watch the podcast or if you're interested in UFOs, like it will have that start-to-finish storyline.

[02:20:44] But if you are a fan of the show or like this stuff, it will also be like the marketing kind of thing where I'm not gonna hide it that it's definitely like a marketing thing to like usher in this new phase of what we want to do.

[02:21:00] Um, but I think it's a really cool idea, and uh, you know, it's only gonna be like an eight-minute short film, but uh, you know, again, all these things cost a lot of money, they take a lot of time.

[02:21:12] Uh fortunately, I have all the equipment necessary, I have all the means to do it.

[02:21:16] Uh, but in order to pay like, you know, uh crew members to actually come on and and and work that day, um, you know, anyone becoming a member or um even just liking and sharing the show, uh, it helps in its own way.

[02:21:31] Uh, it really does go a long way.

[02:21:33] And it's only used for bringing guests here uh to do these in-studio uh episodes and uh to keep Gene and the lifestyles used to.

[02:21:42] Um, I've gotten really used to saying that he's a diva because he is a fucking diva, and he costs me so much money uh all the time.

[02:21:50] He wants a new air radiant AC system put in, he wants a power chair lift, comes up the studio stairs.

[02:21:57] Yeah, it's it's a lot, it's a lot.

[02:21:59] So uh we need to keep him happy.

[02:22:01] Um no, like like Mike was saying, we're like neat, we're like right in the middle of the attitude era on my show.

[02:22:07] So we're getting close to Survivor Series 97, which is the Montreal screw job, which is the Roswell of the WWE, yeah, literally.

[02:22:15] Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, dude.

[02:22:18] Come on, we're getting close to that, and then on the uh on the unidentified history side of things, yeah.

[02:22:22] We're uh Mike's coming on tomorrow, so we'll get into some depth on that.

[02:22:27] We just finished uh the Roswell episode I did was probably the best work I've done.

[02:22:31] And I'm not, you know, I I even got Ty, I even got Mike to pause and think about a few things in that episode and and say, that's interesting, you know.

[02:22:41] I hadn't thought about that before.

[02:22:43] So um, so yeah, we're on X.

[02:22:46] What's that, Gene?

[02:22:48] Are you on X?

[02:22:49] Yeah, it's attitude of aggression.

[02:22:51] Oh yeah, yeah, it's a sore question.

[02:22:53] Oh, it used to be.

[02:22:54] I got I got somebody hacked my account and I got suspended.

[02:22:58] And they won't they won't give it back to me.

[02:23:01] And you know, even with the lawyering, and I mean I I'll put it this way there's agencies that are looking, there are agencies looking into this, but uh but yeah, I can't get a human to actually review this.

[02:23:12] But I used to be on X, I you know, and I had been on there for 11 years, no problems, and then all of a sudden this shit happens, and it's like dude.

[02:23:19] A lot of people are getting hacked uh lately.

[02:23:21] It's not James Fack, it's James Fox.

[02:23:23] Oh James Fox, V Beatrice got hacked, and it's the same thing, they come at you through your DMs, so you think it's somebody you know, and the next thing you know, you've entered your password in somewhere, and then they've got you.

[02:23:36] And it's like like Mike saying, Yeah, somebody's on my on my account, you know, talking about crypto scams and all this.

[02:23:41] I'm like, man, I wish I really did have a house like that, but PSA.

[02:23:46] Um, even if a like a trusted person like just randomly sends you a link, a hyperlink, don't fucking don't just delete the message and then you know, um, yeah, find I'm looking at data data phenomenon here.

[02:24:04] Yeah, if you know data's a buddy of mine, so data, you you give me some information, I'll get it to Dave, man.

[02:24:10] Let's get it back.

[02:24:12] If there's actually humans out there, that'd be that'd be really, really nice.

[02:24:15] But Elon fired everyone when he went scorched earth on X.

[02:24:19] Yeah, he bought he bought Twitter, and then it's like just AI, just AI answering stuff.

[02:24:24] Hey, hey, let's wait and see if we can get your account back first, man.

[02:24:27] Hold off, hold off.

[02:24:29] We love him.

[02:24:31] I like Elon, I think he's doing great things.

[02:24:33] I can't wait till everyone has a chip in their head, and then they and then your memories go behind a fucking paywall.

[02:24:39] You're like, you're trying to jerk off, and you're like, and it's like, uh that memory is premium.

[02:24:46] I still gene, it's probably about time to wrap it up.

[02:24:50] That that is a premium memory.

[02:24:52] You need to your neural links been severed.

[02:24:56] Sorry.

[02:24:57] Change your payment option.

[02:24:58] No, that's a bit from somebody.

[02:25:00] I t I stole that bit.

[02:25:01] I stole that bit.

[02:25:02] Um, I'm Carlos Mencia and um, but anyway, uh, thank you everyone.

[02:25:07] Stay humble, uh stay kind, and most importantly, stay vigilant.

[02:25:12] We'll see you next time.
