[00:00:00.654] [music]
[00:00:09.280] What's up humans and welcome to a new
[00:00:11.200] octivo. Happy Sunday everybody. Okay, we
[00:00:14.160] I've been waiting for this uh because
[00:00:17.359] about two weeks ago Michael the civilian
[00:00:20.400] whistleblower he has been very active on
[00:00:22.960] X, right? and he seems really um fixated
[00:00:28.080] on Tim Phillips, the former director at
[00:00:30.480] Arrow, who was an interim director after
[00:00:33.200] Sean Kurpatre. This all stems from an
[00:00:36.000] interview that uh Tim Phillips did with
[00:00:38.079] Mick West where
[00:00:40.559] Mick West's uh asked him a question and
[00:00:43.520] he gave an entirely different answer
[00:00:46.000] where he seems to have just wanting to
[00:00:49.760] say that. And what he said was that
[00:00:53.039] there seems to be uh one of these
[00:00:55.280] witnesses or people with some evidence
[00:00:58.480] that is trying to extort Arrow. He was
[00:01:01.440] talking about Mike and Mike when he
[00:01:04.080] heard that he wanted to start coming out
[00:01:07.840] with the information that he had.
[00:01:09.840] Initially when uh I was approached to
[00:01:12.560] try to cover his case, I said no. Uh, as
[00:01:16.240] as you guys know, I've already told you
[00:01:18.320] that because the guy doesn't want to
[00:01:20.479] show his face and I have a really hard
[00:01:22.880] time trusting people who don't show
[00:01:24.880] their face or their name. The reason I
[00:01:27.119] decided to cover it is because I saw
[00:01:30.720] screenshots of exchanges, both email and
[00:01:34.320] and messages between him and senators
[00:01:38.479] and uh representatives and staffers
[00:01:42.640] of his visits to uh skiff. That has been
[00:01:46.320] contested now because there's people
[00:01:48.720] that think that it's impossible to get
[00:01:50.880] into a skiff without the proper
[00:01:52.399] clearance. I don't know how that works.
[00:01:55.759] uh they may have done an exception. I
[00:01:57.759] don't know. And afterwards when I
[00:02:00.640] started covering the case more, I
[00:02:02.719] realized that uh Tim Phillips said that
[00:02:05.520] accused them of extortion because Mike
[00:02:08.479] is trying to get a payday. But he claims
[00:02:12.000] that it's because it's something that he
[00:02:13.760] created that is his invention and uh he
[00:02:17.280] claims that the invention secrecy act is
[00:02:19.360] being u acted upon in this case. So,
[00:02:24.319] he's been trying to bait Tim Phillips
[00:02:26.480] into a debate to talk about this and to
[00:02:29.599] try to expose Tim Phillips and Arrow,
[00:02:31.840] too. Uh, Phillips hasn't responded to
[00:02:34.800] his claims. Phillips did agree to an
[00:02:37.280] interview on a show called Total
[00:02:38.879] Disclosure Podcast, but Mike said that
[00:02:42.640] after that interview, he would uh make a
[00:02:46.480] huge revelation to the entire world
[00:02:49.040] about what he's trying to do. And I
[00:02:52.640] thought that it would be maybe a video
[00:02:54.560] or some type of evidence, but no, it's
[00:02:56.959] another statement. I'm going to play it
[00:02:59.200] for you guys. The first half of the
[00:03:00.959] statement is him just talking about Tim
[00:03:03.360] Phillips and how he doesn't even know
[00:03:05.680] anymore if he's lying or just
[00:03:07.280] incompetent, which is a change of pace
[00:03:10.000] of his previous statements. Uh I
[00:03:12.400] personally do not trust Arrow at all. Uh
[00:03:15.599] but that's just me. People do trust some
[00:03:17.680] people do trust Arrow. I don't. He told
[00:03:19.840] Tim Phillips that when he was sent to
[00:03:22.080] Area 51, um it was because the people
[00:03:26.159] who sent him did see the meta data of
[00:03:29.680] photographic evidence that he showed
[00:03:31.280] them.
[00:03:32.799] And Tim Phillips was not told that. And
[00:03:35.519] Mike is say is telling Tim Phillips that
[00:03:38.080] the people who saw this data withheld it
[00:03:40.640] from him when he asked. So essentially
[00:03:43.200] that's the first half of the video. The
[00:03:44.799] second half is the revelation that he
[00:03:46.720] wanted to discuss and I'm going to play
[00:03:49.280] it for you guys right now.
[00:03:51.519] >> Tim, listen to me.
[00:03:55.680] SSCI,
[00:03:58.799] as you know, the chairman of SSCI
[00:04:02.799] asked you a question after you reported
[00:04:04.959] that to him. You've already publicly
[00:04:06.879] said it. The question was, "Are you
[00:04:11.439] sure?"
[00:04:13.439] And even in the most recent interview,
[00:04:15.680] you have stated this was the reason why
[00:04:18.400] you were sent to the Nevada test range.
[00:04:22.880] Now, does that sound like a question
[00:04:27.520] or a directive
[00:04:29.759] that would happen if they really
[00:04:31.440] believed anything Arrow said?
[00:04:36.960] Would you really ask, are you sure?
[00:04:40.160] Would you really demand that you would
[00:04:43.600] go down to the Nevada test range if they
[00:04:46.960] believed
[00:04:48.800] the nonsense of a Photoshop picture?
[00:04:54.080] Tim, they had the metadata.
[00:04:57.919] They also had multiple videos.
[00:05:01.840] You didn't get any of it because you got
[00:05:04.240] the first answer wrong. That's why you
[00:05:06.320] got asked, "Are you sure?"
[00:05:09.818] >> [snorts]
[00:05:09.840] >> That's why you got sent to the Nevada
[00:05:12.800] test range.
[00:05:14.960] >> When he means when he says they, he
[00:05:16.880] means SSI,
[00:05:19.120] uh, he claims that they have all the
[00:05:20.800] evidence, these videos, the metadata,
[00:05:23.680] the pictures, everything he's shown them
[00:05:26.400] in the skiff allegedly. So, just wanted
[00:05:29.520] to make that clear. It's just almost
[00:05:32.479] insanity to think that a program
[00:05:36.400] such as Arrow
[00:05:38.400] and the amount of money it's costing to
[00:05:40.320] run
[00:05:41.840] is operating at this level.
[00:05:45.120] We've got to get to the point to where
[00:05:47.680] we're just done with them.
[00:05:50.240] They do need to fund it.
[00:05:53.680] It's an embarrassment. I mean, it really
[00:05:56.560] is.
[00:06:00.160] Now, with all that said,
[00:06:04.560] there was a conversation that happened
[00:06:06.319] after that. Like I said, I've already
[00:06:08.240] spoke about it. And that conversation
[00:06:11.120] with Senator Rounds went like this.
[00:06:14.080] During funding, he didn't want to fund
[00:06:16.800] through the DoD because he was worried
[00:06:18.880] they would immediately find out.
[00:06:22.400] What that fund was for was to go get the
[00:06:25.440] data link
[00:06:28.080] because you guys could deny the picture,
[00:06:32.319] but you couldn't deny the data link.
[00:06:34.960] They know.
[00:06:38.400] They know whose it is.
[00:06:41.120] Again,
[00:06:42.880] is Tim Phillips lying or is he just
[00:06:44.720] incompetent? I don't really know.
[00:06:48.160] other than changing stories and doing so
[00:06:50.160] very poorly, I'm not quite sure what his
[00:06:53.039] skill set is. He was terminated
[00:06:56.319] the best interest of the United States
[00:06:58.160] government.
[00:06:59.919] And let's leave it at that. So,
[00:07:03.759] what's the announcement? What's
[00:07:05.360] everybody been waiting on?
[00:07:07.599] Well, those videos would show the same
[00:07:11.199] performance
[00:07:13.440] as we have on record
[00:07:16.080] from the NeTs tic tac encounter.
[00:07:20.800] That's the technology.
[00:07:23.759] That technology
[00:07:26.000] is here.
[00:07:30.319] I mean, think about it.
[00:07:33.599] power sources.
[00:07:35.680] We have electrical grids that can't even
[00:07:38.400] handle the summer or the winter without
[00:07:40.000] blackouts.
[00:07:42.080] AI really is the future.
[00:07:45.599] I don't know if people quite comprehend
[00:07:47.440] how that's going to work,
[00:07:50.080] but it's the future. The problem with it
[00:07:52.400] is
[00:07:53.919] it chews electricity and water, and we
[00:07:57.599] don't have either of those abundance in
[00:07:59.599] the United States. Imagine throwing a
[00:08:02.639] power source at it that would make you
[00:08:05.520] number one and [clears throat] alleviate
[00:08:07.360] the need for water.
[00:08:10.639] That's the sort of stuff we're talking
[00:08:12.160] about.
[00:08:14.080] You know, even just here on Earth, you
[00:08:16.080] look at Saudi Arabia, some of the
[00:08:17.919] programs they have like the line where
[00:08:19.919] you're trying in some of the most harsh
[00:08:21.520] conditions to build a city out of
[00:08:23.199] nowhere. It's all based on power.
[00:08:27.680] Take it off planet to Mars. We all know
[00:08:30.160] we're talking about that
[00:08:32.719] you're going to need a better power
[00:08:34.000] source
[00:08:35.680] than nuclear to throw on Mars just like
[00:08:39.039] you're going to need a better power
[00:08:40.240] source to power the craft there and
[00:08:42.000] back.
[00:08:43.760] It's here. I mean, it's incredible.
[00:08:48.080] You know, it's not just Fraver and the
[00:08:50.959] person that playing with him or the two
[00:08:53.839] above.
[00:08:55.519] You know, the tic tac, as we're calling
[00:08:57.120] it, was also right next to a Hawkeye
[00:08:59.120] with more eyes on it.
[00:09:02.160] The text here, guys,
[00:09:05.040] and you really should be thinking about
[00:09:06.560] what that means for your life,
[00:09:09.279] your kids' lives, your grandkids life,
[00:09:12.240] even if you don't have them yet.
[00:09:15.120] This is the biggest thing to ever
[00:09:16.560] happen.
[00:09:19.200] Will we see the tech?
[00:09:21.519] I'm not sure.
[00:09:24.480] As everybody knows, I've been spending a
[00:09:26.640] lot of time, decades,
[00:09:29.680] trying to work with the US government,
[00:09:32.880] trying to even work with the military.
[00:09:35.839] And those sort of things are coming to
[00:09:37.920] an end. Not by my own choice,
[00:09:42.399] but I've done everything I possibly can.
[00:09:47.680] So, this is the other part of the
[00:09:49.839] announcement is the technologies here.
[00:09:53.040] we have it.
[00:09:56.480] So, we're going to be pushing forward.
[00:09:59.440] We've had a lot of offers over the years
[00:10:01.440] come in.
[00:10:04.959] Um, we're going to be looking at private
[00:10:07.279] industry, but we're also still going to
[00:10:09.040] be dabbling in the military part this
[00:10:12.080] coming week. I do have another phone
[00:10:14.720] call uh with the funding department
[00:10:17.600] basically for a military branch. I have
[00:10:20.480] my idea what I want for a contract. They
[00:10:22.800] have idea theirs
[00:10:25.680] if it works out could work out for a lot
[00:10:27.680] of things including the FBI
[00:10:31.920] um who may be able to tap into the
[00:10:34.320] results. I say that because I just spoke
[00:10:36.720] to the FBI.
[00:10:38.800] They weren't interested. There was no
[00:10:40.800] investigation on me.
[00:10:43.440] All was about was national security.
[00:10:47.920] would I help
[00:10:50.000] the drone problem figuring out the UAP
[00:10:53.040] mystery form? They reached out to me.
[00:10:57.839] I'm not sure if I will or not to be
[00:10:59.519] honest with you. Uh got a pretty bad
[00:11:02.640] taste in my mouth from the intelligence
[00:11:04.720] community and the military
[00:11:07.440] and the US government because this is
[00:11:10.000] not how American civilians and patriots
[00:11:12.320] are supposed to be treated.
[00:11:15.120] But I'll keep that communication line
[00:11:17.040] open.
[00:11:19.279] So, there you go. Forget about aliens
[00:11:22.560] for a while.
[00:11:25.040] Forget about all your problems for a
[00:11:26.720] while.
[00:11:28.480] The incredible technology
[00:11:31.200] that was there. Now, I know it's mainly
[00:11:33.760] been described, you know, in a war
[00:11:35.600] fighter capacity
[00:11:37.839] where one of these tic tacs could take
[00:11:39.600] out an entire entire carrier strike
[00:11:41.600] group,
[00:11:43.600] but it could also do some other really
[00:11:45.279] amazing things. So, we'll be probably
[00:11:48.800] launching soon into the private
[00:11:50.240] industry. Um, I'm looking at another
[00:11:52.640] project. It's a little more of a
[00:11:54.240] long-term
[00:11:56.160] uh information um
[00:12:00.480] relay to the general public. I'm more of
[00:12:03.040] a worldwide um outlet,
[00:12:06.880] but I'll be here. I'll be around. But I
[00:12:09.440] mean, my job is done. You know, now may
[00:12:14.160] not be what you wanted to know. I don't
[00:12:16.480] know where they got it. I don't know if
[00:12:17.839] it was re-engineered from aliens, any of
[00:12:19.839] that stuff, but it's here.
[00:12:24.160] pretty awesome. So, that's the
[00:12:26.800] announcement. Um,
[00:12:30.480] there'll probably be some more coming,
[00:12:32.240] but hey,
[00:12:34.240] smile. Think about what this means. It's
[00:12:37.120] pretty big.
[00:12:38.160] >> Okay, that announcement, I don't know if
[00:12:42.639] somebody who we don't know whose face
[00:12:44.720] we're looking at or whose name uh is
[00:12:47.440] talking
[00:12:49.040] um has like a lot of validity. Plus,
[00:12:51.600] there's already a lot of um work being
[00:12:55.279] done for decades on many types of
[00:12:59.120] technologies. And I don't know, you were
[00:13:01.360] vague again, man. as uh usually you tend
[00:13:04.639] to be when you uh talk like I don't know
[00:13:07.519] if you're like withholding information
[00:13:10.000] on purpose because it's timed or
[00:13:13.600] something else is happening but it's
[00:13:16.240] really hard to understand completely
[00:13:19.440] what you're trying to do or say. What I
[00:13:21.839] gathered from here is that you maybe
[00:13:24.800] have um a working model of this power
[00:13:28.000] source. If you do, how does it work?
[00:13:31.279] what's it look like? What does it
[00:13:32.880] exactly do? And about those videos, uh,
[00:13:37.440] that's like one of the only things that
[00:13:39.519] I think could work if you actually
[00:13:41.680] showed something, not just say something
[00:13:44.480] that has already been spoken about for
[00:13:46.959] decades now, since the 50s, that some
[00:13:50.000] type of technology is here. or you
[00:13:53.040] remember those old newspapers front
[00:13:56.720] pages or a part of of the front page
[00:13:59.199] that said the G engines are here and the
[00:14:02.160] one that Nick Cook got in his office
[00:14:03.839] that made him write the entire book of
[00:14:05.760] the hunt for zero point. So it's not
[00:14:08.079] really new information.
[00:14:10.480] Um
[00:14:12.000] all I gather from here from this is that
[00:14:14.240] you saw that with your own eyes and and
[00:14:17.920] that's what makes you so sure that
[00:14:19.519] you've seen it. But yeah, the whole
[00:14:22.160] situation of you potentially having like
[00:14:25.920] a working model of the power source,
[00:14:29.519] what's like the mcguffin you use to to
[00:14:33.760] make it work? I have so many questions
[00:14:36.480] and I can already see there's a lot of
[00:14:39.279] people that don't agree with your
[00:14:40.399] approach because you're now saying that
[00:14:42.880] you're going to private enterprises and
[00:14:45.920] also you're going to stay working with
[00:14:47.680] the military. So, yeah, you're trying to
[00:14:49.839] get your payday, but also you're trying
[00:14:52.240] to push it so the public can use it or
[00:14:54.800] buy it. Um, I think that feeds onto the
[00:14:58.639] consumerism
[00:15:00.480] aspect of what we're trying to fight
[00:15:02.480] against because at the end of the day,
[00:15:05.040] you don't know where the power source
[00:15:06.399] comes from. You said it already, that's
[00:15:08.639] established. But
[00:15:11.360] this isn't just about trying to find out
[00:15:14.240] whether NHI are real or not. It's also
[00:15:17.760] about trying to understand how reality
[00:15:20.240] works and if if somebody cracked
[00:15:23.440] something in science many many years ago
[00:15:25.760] and it's a lot of different types of
[00:15:28.399] disclosures. It's not just NHI and you
[00:15:32.000] need to understand that I think because
[00:15:34.639] if
[00:15:37.040] this is like really announced NHI and
[00:15:39.360] all that this going to change everything
[00:15:41.760] and what you're banking on is that the
[00:15:46.480] capitalist model of the world or the
[00:15:49.199] consumerism model of the world is
[00:15:51.519] maintained once NHI are revealed
[00:15:54.320] officially. I don't know if that's going
[00:15:56.000] to happen. I think that's probably one
[00:15:58.079] of the main reasons why nobody wants it
[00:16:00.320] to be released within those groups that
[00:16:04.320] have the information because the the
[00:16:07.199] disruption would be massive and there's
[00:16:10.160] going to be a lot of chaos. I do think
[00:16:11.759] that if if any of this is true and if
[00:16:14.320] the powers that be truly don't want this
[00:16:16.480] out because their whole power scheme is
[00:16:18.880] going to crumble down, you're part of
[00:16:21.839] that uh by doing this. And I don't know
[00:16:25.839] I don't know if you have like properly
[00:16:28.160] gone over uh what revealing this would
[00:16:30.959] do. I'm all for it though. I would love
[00:16:33.759] to see that evidence which you didn't
[00:16:36.079] present today either. Hopefully you do
[00:16:38.880] in whatever future installment you do.
[00:16:42.079] I'm just going to say this. The reason
[00:16:44.480] that I do believe that you're telling
[00:16:47.279] some truth because you're withholding
[00:16:49.519] information as I tell you and I get it.
[00:16:52.639] uh is because when I asked around I I
[00:16:56.800] realized that you were showing some
[00:16:59.360] stuff to some of these people. I know
[00:17:01.920] that the senators from SSCI like Rounds,
[00:17:05.039] Gillibrand,
[00:17:06.559] uh people like that did see something.
[00:17:09.679] Rubio probably saw something too that
[00:17:12.240] you showed them. I know that. And then I
[00:17:15.199] got confirmation from Berles who spoke
[00:17:17.280] publicly about you. That's the probably
[00:17:20.400] the only reason why I'm following up on
[00:17:23.039] this story because the approach that
[00:17:25.039] you're taking, man. I get why people are
[00:17:28.079] robbed the wrong way in the way you're
[00:17:29.520] doing it. It doesn't feel right. And and
[00:17:31.919] I get that you have to see for your you
[00:17:34.000] and yours and that you've spent many
[00:17:36.400] many years working on this potentially
[00:17:38.720] if any of this is true. But I'm just
[00:17:41.039] telling you straight up. I understand
[00:17:42.880] why this rubs people the wrong way. And
[00:17:45.440] I think that has to do with you not
[00:17:47.360] actually fully understanding what this
[00:17:50.720] power source is or where it comes from
[00:17:53.520] because you said it yourself, you don't
[00:17:54.880] know where it comes from. I think that
[00:17:56.960] if you do understand or you get to
[00:17:59.520] understand where this power comes from,
[00:18:02.400] this power source, maybe a lot of what
[00:18:04.720] you think right now will change. But
[00:18:07.360] maybe maybe I'm wrong. I don't know. But
[00:18:09.679] let me know what you guys think in the
[00:18:11.440] comments about uh Mike's statement about
[00:18:15.520] potentially him having a working model
[00:18:18.640] of this power source. Are you
[00:18:20.960] disappointed that he didn't show
[00:18:22.400] anything? Uh I honestly thought that he
[00:18:24.320] was going to show one of those videos or
[00:18:25.679] photos that would have changed the
[00:18:28.480] conversation. This is going to just
[00:18:29.760] perpetuate people having second thoughts
[00:18:32.240] about what you say. Honestly, I don't
[00:18:34.080] think many will disagree with what I
[00:18:36.160] just said. But as I said, you did speak
[00:18:39.200] to Berles. Berles spoke about you. I did
[00:18:42.160] see evidence that you did speak to
[00:18:44.480] people from within the Senate and
[00:18:46.240] staffers. So that's why I'm following
[00:18:48.559] the story. And if any of this is true,
[00:18:50.480] yeah, it has the potential to change a
[00:18:52.080] lot of things. I just think you don't
[00:18:53.440] fully understand what you're dealing
[00:18:54.960] with. You personally from the other side
[00:18:57.760] that is not tech tech. You know, maybe
[00:19:00.080] you could do some reading on the topic.
[00:19:03.039] Um, if you want, uh, I can give you some
[00:19:05.760] recommendations.
[00:19:07.360] But yeah, let me know what you guys
[00:19:08.559] think about Mike's statement in the
[00:19:10.640] comment section down below. What do you
[00:19:12.480] think about him already going to private
[00:19:15.679] companies to uh, push this? What's your
[00:19:18.400] overall sensation you get after uh,
[00:19:20.880] watching his entire video? I'm going to
[00:19:22.640] leave it in the description so you guys
[00:19:23.919] can check it out. And yeah, let me know
[00:19:26.799] if you like the content you see. I'm
