[00:00:39.000] at the conclusion of the meeting Jimmy
[00:00:40.260] Carter was essentially either sobbing or
[00:00:42.719] nearly sobbing it was deeply upset by
[00:00:44.700] what he had been briefed on and we can
[00:00:46.680] only speculate on what that was but
