11:25 am,
a former U. S . Army intel ligence
officer, a l ong wi th four other members of his un i t, observed a UAP over
the Cheyenne Mountains as they exited their office buil ding . 11111
described the day as the perfect •bl ue bird" sky as there were no c l ouds,
l ittl e humidity, with a temperature of approximatel y 50 degrees
Fahrenhei t.
The object was •potato" shaped wi th di stinct edges and appeared to
l ook painted in a creamy/whitish opa l escent col or. It was somewhat
translucent with a slight shimmer . The object was made up of what can
best be described as articulating fish scales or panel s that were non
syrnrnetri cal , non-overlappi ng , and irregu l ar shaped. The object itself was
perfectl y stil l but each panel on the object shifted i n s l ow waves
starting at different points of origin but at the same time .
After approximately two minutes , the object vanished . 11111
specificall y stated that the object "cl oaked" in the space of time it
took to turn a head and there was no shadow.
and initial sketch draft are attached. Forensic artist
will re l ay additional sketch drafts through SA to
11111 in order to complete the final sketch product .
